It is impossible to cancel this insurance! I have been trying to cancel this insurance since the end of May because I have picked up Blue Cross & Blue Shield as a provider. Now, I have problems with BC/BS because they are STILL showing Homeland Health Care as a provider. Please, somebody stop the music, I want to get off!
We too were duped! We were to have our COBRA coverage converted from BCBSKC to AWA (American Workers Association) Group coverage because the supplemental discount of 15 months was ending and the cost of coverage through BCBSKC was going to be nearly $800 a month. What turned out to be Homeland Health Care when we received our package was a JOKE! Totally lied to on the phone by representative Melissa, our new coverage was everything our old Major Medical was and more! Liars and Frauds! I have since contacted my credit card company and disputed their charge!

When you spoke to the rep, did you buy through Mediplan and then the charge went through Homeland? Or did you purchase through Homeland? I am asking because I went through what I thought was Mediplan but on my credit card statement it shows Homeland.
