I had some trouble with my payments last year so they put me i a loan modification process. I had to pay from August toNovember on time, which I did. They said I needed to pay a cashiers check for the month of December which would be my loan modification deposit. I would have no payment for Jan and from Feb on I would have to make my monthly payments on time. I did that and sent my deposti in FedEx. By Jan I receieved a a foreclosure letter claiming they never received the payment!! I told themI had the tracking number but no one knew anything. I went through a hassle with my bank, in order to get the funds back Homecomings had to sign an afidavit claiming they did not receive the check. They wouldn't sign!!! SO I DID NOT GET THE MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT UNTIL LATE FEB. So I continued to make my monthly payments which they cashed. In March, I sent my April payment and a new cashiers schek for the deposit. They sent back both checks and of course I have to wait on the phone for over na hour and noone knows anything. I get transferred around and thenhung up on. The rep handling my account willnot call me back. Ughhhhhh. I'm sure my foreclosure lette ris next. Help.
