Home Loan Modification loan modification scam

• SEAN RUTLEDGE [#255938], of United Law Group in Irvine, had a hearing Oct. 23; the bar filed its petition Sept. 22. The bar earlier charged him with seven counts of misconduct in handling a loan modification for a client who paid an advance $3, 500 fee. Rutledge never took any action to negotiate with the client’s mortgage lender, the bar charges. The judge took the matter under submission and had 10 days to rule.

I totally agree and have first hand experience with BankUnited of florida which sold assets to Deautsche Bank, even if they are ordered by a Federal Court to modify a loan the still will breach the contract. they are ABOVE the law since they lobbied so many years and paid mega buck to Washington D.C. to get that way! The Obama help for homeowners is a voluntary loan mod program for the banks, so if the are not forced to help the customers they defrauded by the law they just won't do any loan mod and foreclose. Even if you followed the letter of the law, TILA (Truth In Lending Act) and brought them to Federal court, they are arrogant since they will ignore ALL law! You better believe because it is true. Study it! The news outlets will not even go near discussing what is really happening out here! the banks finance or own them of course! There are other ways to dig up the real truth and more and more people are getting savvy on this MAJOR situation! This must be exposed on a widespread basis and these criminal banks must be punished and the victims of the crimes must be made whole again at thier expense, not the taxpayers if at all possible. The Gov bailed out the wrong thing! It should have been the defrauded people!

Sean Rutledge was fair to me. I am a United Law Group customer who had issues at first too. But now that I have investigated the situation and found out that the banks were doing the same thing to United Law Group that they were doing all of us (that is why we got an attorney) I realize what happend. United Law Group did represent us with these banks but the banks broke the law and were arrogant to not work with even an Attorney. This is why United Law Group is filing class action suits and law suits against these banks for these actions. These law suits are good for everyone because eventually they will be accountable for what they did to us and United Law Group. United Law Group was a victim like all of us. I understand your frusteration though I know that Mr. Rutledge is an easy target. But I just want to go on the record with saying that Sean Rutlege was a nice man who seemed to be just as frusterated as us an seemed to have alot of empathy for what is happenig to everyone. But lets not blur the lines here. The bad guys are the banks.

Home Loan Modification They ripped me off

Hello I am one of the ones I have been ripp off too I started the program on 10-02-08, I have been through numerous representatives that were handleling my case I had called them several times and they were saying you need to submit more paper work and repetetively asking me for the same information again I would fax all the paper work and then at first they said I was turned down by Countrywide that they wouldn't negotiate a lower mortgage payment, when I called Countrywide they said apply2save never contacted them I called back to apply2save and told them what the company had said then they would tell they negotiate with a private person at Countrywide. I asked them to send me the notice that said I was turned down by Countrywide but they never did I said there is got to be a paper trail of this they would never send me anything they said they would renegotiate again for the same money. Today I received a bankruptcy paper regarding apply2save I have been scammed by those people and I want my money back!
I have numerous emails in my computer where I would email them and they would email me back.

My name is Maria Medina. My address is 1624 Topaz dr Lake Havasu CIty, AZ 86403

I worked for this company as a manager. It is a scam. You pay them depending upon the amount of your mortgage and depending upon how late you are on your mortgage which is in direct violation of federal foreclosure statutes. When you are denied by the bank because they have adjusted your information submitted to the bank {and banks don't like LIARS} you are then rold that you did not qualify. What happens to the money you shelled out? Good luck getting that back in your "contract" it states that you have a three day right of recission from the date they "submit" your information to the bank. In other words YOU'RE SCREWED! If you are in need of mortgage assistance please visit loanmitigationsolution.org to see if you qualify for the OBAMA FAIR MORTGAGE DEBT RELIEF STIMULUS MODIFICATION PROGRAM!
