Hollister false advertising in hollister store

Shopped at Hollister Las Americas Premium Outlets in San Diego on May 21st during the day. One standalone rack had about 6 long sleeved shirts in the middle of at least 25 shorts all on the same rack. There were two separate red for sale signs attached to the side of the rack. One said Sale shirts and the the other separate sign said 40 percent off sale. My son selected one shirt and one shorts from that 40 percent off rack. When we went to pay for the items, only the shirt was 40 percent off and the shorts were full price. When I asked the manager about it, she immediately said this is not false advertising (I never said that to her so she
Must have felt guilty when I showed her the rack with only six shirts in the MIDDLE of 25 shorts). It obviously was false advertising and deceptive advertising practices from a supposedly reputable (?) store like Hollister. She refused to discuss the matter and was very rude. I told her I would write to the BBB and report Hollister for this type of unethical advertising. Consumers beware!

Hollister online delivery

Hi

I bought a top in Hollister shop and the second one wasn't in the shop at the time.

The customer assistant ordered it online for me in the shop and I paid for it.

I was told I would have it within two days as I was going to a 21st on Wednesday (yesterday) but to date received nothing. Very disappointed as I had intended wearing this top.

The order number was [protected].

I was on the live chat earlier and requested this item to be canceled and a refund issued. I was told as it's been dispatched they can't do anything for me.

I am disgusted with this service and had hoped for some sort of discount or vouchers as a gesture of goodwill.

I also bought another top in store but feel the quality is not in the material and isn't fit for purpose.

Please respond as a matter of urgency

Hollister ribbed high-leg bikini bottom

Hi-- this isn't so much a complaint as it is a large request for your store (Hollister) to restock your inventory on swimwear. It is not even May yet and almost all of the mediums in the ribbed high-leg bikini bottom are out of stock. I would really love this bottom in the light blue when it comes back into stores or is made available online. Thanks again and I hope you have enough consumer demand to restock this item :)

Hollister perfume boxes

While in your store yesterday with my daughter, I noticed perfume gift boxes that were left over from Christmas. I wanted to purchase all of the items, but some of the boxes were damaged. I asked the female Asian sales clerk if I could receive a discount off of the $5.99 price. Keep in mind I paid $5.99 for several boxes when they were initially marked down in January 2019. I asked the gentlemen who purported to be the manager if I could receive an additional mark down because of the damaged package. The Asian saleswomen sort of smirked at me as if my request was unreasonable. The manger said "no" more mark downs. I did not like the way I was treated in your store, and I believe if I were a white customer, I would not have been treated like my request was unreasonable. Attached is a picture of the packages. Hollister bad staff

Good afternoon,

I am writing to you because I have a complaint about the discriminatory treatment we experienced in the Hollister store in New Jersey, Jersey Garden's Mall.

At the time, the purchase bill said Hollister had a $ 10 discount if you spent 50 or more. The first day we did not realize this offer because we only paid and read what we had spent in the store when we arrived at the hotel. On reading this we went to Hollister the next day to return all the purchased goods and buy them again, generating different invoices to be able to take advantage of the offer of $ 10 off presented in the invoice.
At first they tried to say that the promotion could not be used with products that were in clearence, but before us, we asked for the return and we had already tried it and the system allowed it.
One of the workers came to say that if he did not want to give us the offer he was not going to do it, because he was the one who works there, of course all this he said in a threatening tone.
I submit this complaint because I felt completely discriminated against and we could conclude that hollister is making deceitful offers.
I want you to respond to this email to know what you plan to do with all the hassles that caused us, that we are also Hollister's fixed customers.

Hollister false advertising

Having visited your Braehead/Glasgow store this evening, I was disappointed when I got to the checkout and was charged full price for 3 items which were advertised in the 3 for 2 section. When I queried this I was told that this offer had ended despite it still being clearly advertised. I told the assistant that this was false advertising but he said he was unable to do anything about It. It makes me very very wary of shopping in your store again and would like your feedback on this. No have taken a picture of the sign and have he receipt

Hollister online clothing order

This is the second time you have lost my order. Then when I call your customer service, they don't know where it is. That's the same story you said with my last order you lost. I have two different orders this time, what is the chance that you lost both of them. Something is really wrong with your company. Then you reorder them for me, which I was on the phone over an hour between, you and fedex, and you tell me you are going to expedite it. And I get a, your order has been shipped, and it's still taking 4-5 days to get it. You guys are a joke.

Hollister hollister jeans

I ordered jeans from Hollister and returned them because they were small after I returned them I switched bank accounts but made sure Hollister hadn't refunded my money. I never received the refund so I called Hollister and the rep told me to call my bank. I called my bank and they hadn't received a refund from Hollister. I called Hollister back and let the rep know that my bank didn't receive the refund. The rep advised that there was nothing she could do. I never received my refund. Hollister has terrible customer service and have no problem taking your money.

I decided to give hollister another chance (shame on me) and ordered a cardigan. As I checked my order status I noticed that my item was go g to be shipped to my old address. I called Hollister to ask if they could change the address since my item was in transit and still had 4 days before the item would be delivered. The rep gabe me the number to ups and the post office. I called ups to see if they can change the address but since I am not the one that shipped the item they couldn't change the address. It was pointless to call my post office because the item is going to be delivered by ups. Now I have to try to hunt down the item because the rep is no help. Again, Hollister has the worst customer service and I will not be purchasing from this company as I tend to get screwed over each time.

Hollister didn't get anything

I ordered a Hollister gift card on October 11th never received it called Hollister they said it was delivered the 19th never received it I called and I said I have no gift card and she said I apologize would you like another card and we will void the first card. I said that would be fine she sent an email to me on the 24th that said it had been a new order put in 23 minutes later I got another email that said the order has been cancelled I called Hollister back they said they had no record of email that said the order has been cancelled. At this point I'm furious and ready to be done with it I said please cancel the gift card I was told you I can't do that it's been 10 minutes since I got the email but they said they couldn't do it I said I want my money back. I was telling cancel the order I want a refund I spoke to another lady and she said it would take 3 to 5 business days this was on October 28th I've yet to receive anything I got an email on October 31st again saying it will take 3 to 5 business days to refund your money on your credit card yesterday was the fifth business day no refund I called and spoke to someone yesterday to tell them and it says I owe it shows their you gotten your refund I said I have no refund I got no gift cards but I want my money refunded I'm furious. She said well I'll turn it over to a team and you'll get an email I never received any email I called today and spoke to someone and she said it shows that it was supposed to be 3 to 5 business days I said yesterday was the fifth business day she put me on hold talk to someone on the team got back on and she said oh well it's going to be an additional 48 hours. I am furious I will never spend another penny with Hollister I want my refund on my card I have no gift cards and Hollister has my money I want a refund or I will go to the Better Business Bureau

Hollister bad staff

I usually have a great experience in Hollister stores but today was just terrible. I went to the Hollister store in Hysan Place (Hong Kong) in the afternoon. I was on the second floor looking through the racks. As I approached, I saw a male worker chatting with a female customer (both were relatively young). The whole 15 mins I was there, they continued chatting and flirting. It got to the point where she even asked for a photo with him (another member of staff took the photo for them) and they even exchanged contact info. This is super unprofessional! It clearly made the area very uncomfortable for other customers! Honestly hope Hollister can check with that HK branch and review the situation!

Hollister online, customer service, & store

A glitch in Hollister's systems prevented our order from being shipped. We paid for expedited shipping, however did not receive the package on the delivery date. Called customer service and they responded with a overnight shipment, BUT they no longer have a couple items on my order.

As a parent it is not always easy to set aside time to go to the mall.

Our delivery did not arrive the next day, or the next... Call customer support again... More of my time wasted on customer support. Are they going to pay me for my time? Not really.

Sooo... On Thursday, first call, delivery was for Friday. Called Sunday night and they told me that it was processed on Friday, however they do not delivery on the weekends... What how does overnight turn into Thursday ship, Monday arrival?!?

The only offer for my issue is $5-10 store credit or %20-30 off my next order. Well after this experience, and looking up more information about the Hollister company, I will NOT shop this business again. There are plenty of brands out there with better quality craftsmanship, business management, and customer support.

When we did received the items, they were of the wrong size. We went to the store to exchange to the correct size WE ORDERED and THEY STOLE THE CLOTHES FROM MY DAUGHTER! Refused to give them back.

WHAT KIND OF PATHETIC COMPANY STEALS FROM A CHILD!

Hollister Still waiting for my order!

I have ordered some clothing from Hollister and never received my order. Order was placed over a month ago and I still have no idea what is going on. I contacted Hollister customer service many times but these guys are completely useless! Every time I contact them they said that they will contact me back within a few day and will resolve my issue!
When I asked for a refund they didn't say anything about the money. They just said that they will come back to me within 24-48 hours! Total scam! I want to cancel my order and get a refund!

Hollister took my money ,i got no goods.

i ordered £123.00 of hoodies and a t shirt for my sons birthday.i placed the order in november and the website offered next day free delivery with orders over £100 pounds.it said payment had gone through, my order would be dispatched asap and i would receive an e mail shortly to confirm and a tracking number...i have e mailed several times, no reply.now the website is not there...my bank sais payment was taken by yadmke youxiangs, .the website really appeared genuine, i am always very cautious about fake products, the items were reasonable, not cheap, but slightly cheaper .i have never had items.and my son didnt get any birthday presents.

I placed an order too about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. They have sent me a tracking number and it says it is in China in transit for UK. Did you ever get your items? Where you able to get your money back?

On the weekend I purchased three of your brand Hollister spray and one of the three fare amount of it used already i noticed this on the day i purchased it and i attempted to return it to the shop but they refused to have it back because they thought i had usen the product and i was disgraced they had accused me i most definately will not be putting a good word around about the shop

Hollister Rude worker

While shopping at the Hollister store in Little Rock Arkansas on 09/20/2014 we had the worst experience ever with one of the workers! He made my daughter leave a dressing room she was using to allow another customer to use it! And the same worker embarrassed my daughters friend when he loudly sighed after she paid for her purchase causing people to stare! How very unprofessional and immature of him! I will not be back to this store even though it will cause me to drive a little further to the Hollister store in Branson Missouri where we have never been mistreated and the employees know how to treat customers with respect!

Hollister online service

Terrible online service! Don't pay with your bank card or they will submit an auth amount and if they back order, they will submit that amount and finally charge you. So, 3 charges freezing up funds. I had to call my bank to release 2 of the auths. And my dumb xxx forgot I had the same problem with them last year. They advertise free next day.. NOPE! I'm still waiting. Don't order from them and frankly their stores are filled with lazy men trying to figure out how to fold. I've boycotted many things and well, Hollister isn't a demanded brand in my house, they just had cheap jeans that would fit my son. I guess you get what you pay for. Hollister is on my boycott list along with Home Depot and Walmart.

Hollister Unfair termination

The supposedly General Manager, Megan, as she identified herself, of Hollister Clothing store in Altamonte Springs Mall, Altamonte Springs, FL, was rude and unprofessional to both me and my son yesterday, Friday October 25, 29013, when she told my 17 year old he was fired. I could hear her through the phone from the other side of the room. He was so taken aback by her attitude that he simply asked "am I fired you said?" then "okay thank you" and hung up. I called back and after identifying myself told her i wanted some clarification on what transpired during the phone call. During our conversation, she often spoke over me and used authoritive tones, and when asked her last name, she refused to give it saying she is the only Megan there and she IS the General Manager. She insisted yes he is fired because he did not do his call ins despite my explaining that he was given more recent instructions from Nicole, whoc is identified as the Assistant Manager, after visiting the store and those were to check the schedule to be scheduled for the 26th October, 2013, and that he assumed those instructions superceeded all other previous instructions and when he didnt see his name on he called in. She insisted HER instructions even though they came BEFORE Nicole's were what he should have followed and he didnt so he is fired. She wanted to hear nothing on what Nicole instructed and insisted she didnt need to talk to Nicole and often cut my talk off and went around anything I was trying to explain. My son has been shopping at Hollister for 7 years and then excited to have landed a job there, only to have ot have biased, unfair and unprofessional persons such as Megan manage the store. I will be seeking legal advice on this matter.

Hollister product quality

Have you ever thrown out new clothing, that you have just purchased, that is completely ideal by size, colour and style? I have. And that was Fountain Valley Sweater from Hollister.

The first time I have worn my brand new orange sweater I bought just days ago from Hollister with my white Gilly Hicks bralette that I bought at the same time, I was just shocked. My brallete became orange! My navy coloured jeans developed orange shade around the waist, somewhere around the place where the sweater was when I worn them together! I have spent over half an hour of my time and half a bottle of a detergent to wash the bra and the sweater by hand with a hope to salvage my clothes, then half an hour to clean the sink, the dryer and my hands and body from the orange paint coming out the sweater, making everything orange!

It is truly sad that with a little decrease in price the quality of apparel falls so low. I have been shopping at Hollister for several years, it was one of my favourite retailers, but now I am thinking about changing to something else.
