Upon arrival at the front desk which was prebooked they would not let me in as they said it was booked under a different name (my employer). My employer would be arriving the following day. Anyway after a long struggle I managed to get my credit card faxed to the hotel. The receptionist says do i know my credit card numbers and i said definitely not but i do know the last four numbers. He had the copy of the faxed card in his hand probably thought it was stolen. Anyway I get the room, i do not get issued my breakfast voucher which i subsequently discover when my boss arrives the following day. My boss then takes over the credit card responsibility on his arrival. That night I get a telephone call at 23h00 demanding a credit card even though my employer had taken over on his arrival that morning. The whole experience was actually very unprofessional. There is no term that could describe the way they treated me as a guest in a hotel. In all the traveling I have done in other countries i have never been treated like that. I have been to America before Chicago and they were the best people in the world. Hilton treated me as if i were a piece of rubbish and have no respect for people.
