I started to play in this casino few weeks ago and it seems that at the beginning they allow you to win more in order to make you deposit more but now when I stopped depositing I slowly lose all of my money. I really think that it is done on purpose and this needs to be reported!

I tried to log into my account on 11/15 and it says my account privileges have been restricted but I was able to play yesterday and I don't think there's a valid reason as to why it's restricted. I emailed customer support and I have yet to receive an answer. But even though my account is restricted, they let me purchase a coin package,

There was 2 payments of fifty dollars taken out of my account and I didn't authorize them. This was done on October 21,2023

I deposited $232 at this casino at 7am on 10/17/23 when i went to play a game there was not any money on it so i figured that it just did not go through so i deposited another $232 and it did not go on my game either. I went over to check my bank account and both charges were taken out.

I'm a big sweeps gambler ...I have accounts on all the major sweeps sites like chumba, and funzpoints. I've invested in high5, and I've dealt with their site glitching out and basically taking my money as it freezes up

I have been reaching out to customer service since 4/19/23 regarding 2 redemptions that my account says completed yet I have still not received these redemptions nor a response back from customer service at all.. I even reached out to higher ups in the company.. I need my money .. I won it after spending a lot of money ..

I can't access the game. I have windows 10 now and I still can't get into high 5 casino. When I try, I get a message (no internet connection). I know I have internet connection. I have over 30 million credits the last time I was in high 5 casino. Will someone please reset high 5 casino on-line games for me? My e-mail is mreg127822@aol.com Thanks.

I really enjoy the games here however I will not be playing any longer. What everyone is saying is true. I have played this "free" casino for at least 5 years. For the first 3 or so years I never purchased any credits. Then I started to make small purchases. This site is like every other gambling site. If you are predisposed to addiction playing here will not... I repeat will NOT keep you from falling into a gambling addiction. I play on other sites that do let you win, they give you a fair amount of credits for free, so you don't have to buy credits.

Do yourself a favor, turn off the game, remove it from your device for a week. One week... I hope you find like I have, the further removed you are the easier it is to pass up. All of these sites are built for one reason and one reason alone, to make money. They aren't in the business of making you happy or filling a void in your life. Good Luck!

Some of the games just have black screens therefore am unable to play those.
THIS IS THE ONLY CASINO GAME I PLAY.

I can not play these 2 games anymore for after the load they freeze up. The screen goes white. this has been going on for along time now.

Did not unlock the only game left to unlock which was "Golden Knight Sapphire" The screen froze. Tried to refresh with no luck. Thx! Please credit my account as soon as possible so I can continue playing all the other games. Now it is at a stand still and refreshing done several times results in the same scenario. I like the games at this site!

I access High 5 Casino via Facebook. The app loads, however, I cannot get games loaded. I have cleared my cache, reset my internet modem and verified I have the most current version of Flash Play. All efforts have failed. Any ideas?

You said I had to update my IPad so I could play and when I Did that it took away my money which was over a million dollars .you left me 6 thousand . This is not right. I play this game all the time as I have medical issues and stay in most off the time. Please restore my money.

Somehow my points and level status got deleted and I am back to level 1. How do I get my levels and points back. This happened before but I contacted customer service and they told me what to do. This time I can not even get a screen that has a customer service help center. Wherever I try to get in to high 5 the screen will not change.

The game loads perfectly for me and I can sign in and everything but as I'm playing a slot all of a sudden it goes back to my home screen and I have to reload the game again and it has done it three times

Yesterday, July 21, 2018 on High Five Real Slots, I had a balance of $63, 282, 329. I played one spin (an $8, 000 bet) on the "Founding Fortunes" game at Level 1. It took 60 million off the balance! What happened to my 60 million? Today the wheel spun giving me a daily bonus of $19, 110. This brought the current balance up to $3, 263, 219. I am requesting that my 60 million be put back.

When i win big, game is stops, many times, no respond. So, i have to OFF the iphone then on then same game . But my winning game is gone, my winning points it's not there .1 WEEK THIS GAME IS TOTALLY FROZEN AND I CAN'T RECOVER IT . I CALL THEM TO FIX IT, BUT NO RESULT .They just playing players nerves ...

When I updated as you told me to you took all my million dollars and you only left me a few thousand . I don't think that's right. Now I cony only make small bets! I play ed High 5 Casino every day as I heave medical issues and I can't go out as I used to . I play it all winter . It is my entertainment.

OK here I am again, this is my 4th complaint in 2 days. I thought after the extensive maintenance that was done today I would have finally been able to play my games. Unfortunately I am still having the same problem, cannot get into any game in High Five Casino, all games are frozen. I purchased $100 worth of tokens on two separate occasions and have over 104 million tokens that I cannot play. I put a dispute claim in to have the $100 credited to my credit card. Needless to say I am very disappointed. All other online casinos are ok, I have no problem with any of them, only High Five Casino. Please answer my complaint and tell me what is going on and also whether or not the credit back to my credit card will be honored. I have been playing this casino for many years, as you will see by your file, and have purchased many dollars worth of tokens so I am frustrated at this point. Also the fact that I have had no response is upsetting.

Today is worse that ever, trying to get into games is impossible. Please, please check my 2 previous complaints about not being able to get into games. You were quick to take my $100 for tokens but now will not allow me to get into the games to play and use the tokens purchased. Please, please, please, check the problem and either fix it or let me know what I should do to enable me to get into the games or refund my $100 I paid on 2 separate occasions. My computer is ok as all the other casinos allow me to get into games.

I already sent you a complaint about being locked out of the games in the High Five Casino. I have spent over $100 over the past several days for tokens and am unable to play the games. I keep being locked out and am getting frustrated that I paid all this money for tokens I cannot play. Kindly fix whatever problem you are having in this casino or I will be forced to contact my credit card company to file a dispute and have the money credited back to my credit card account. I will let them know you charged me for tokens and now I am unable to get into the games. It upsets me that I paid for something that I cannot use. Please respond to this complaint immediately to let me know what is going on, if I don't her from you in a timely manner I will be forced to file the dispute with the credit card company. It is not my computer as all other casino sites are fine.

I purchased a lot of tokens in High Five Casino and I bought another $50.00 worth and I cannot get into the games I like. When I finally get intom the game after waiting at least 5 minutes for it to upload I spin o1 or 2 times and it locks me out. I have over $100 million tokens to use and I cannot play. What is going on, if I cannot get into the games I want my $50 back since I cannot use the tokens to play. What is going on, I have been playing in this casino for years, what is the problem now. Please respond, I don't want to feel like you guys are taking our money for tokens and not allowing us to use them, RESPOND PLEASE

The day before yesterday, I had over 70 million points, the same day i went down to 4 million points. though i had a quick response from high five, it was not helpful. i spent $250.00 to purchase those points. They tell me they can not give them back but wait, here is 13 million for you sorry for your inconvience. My computer did not crash. I know you can go back and check when I purchased the points, I also know that you should be able to check my account and see the points I had. Seems every time I hit a big money payout, there is a "computer malfunction" and I end up getting nothing... when I complain, all I get is a "sappy email" on how they are very sorry and will report it to there engineers and give me a very low amount of credits for my inconvenience. I dont want their pittance, I would like my payout. I like many of you, "pay" for my credits. Anyone know where I can file a legal complaint ?

I have been playing for years and enjoyed it but now the games are all high limit games and you can not earn any coins especially in the free spin you never get anything but 7s every now and then and the new games are very hard to get rewards or free spins. I have been playing the Multiplying Bunnies game and is on level 77 and have only hit free spins once. Thinking about stop playing and look for another casino game

I have been playing H5C since it started. They have bug after bug after bug! I can't even send them a complaint about these problems as it won't ACCEPT my complaint! Could SOMEONE PLEASE take care of this as one of the bugs keeps cheating me out of my WINS! They send me a refund... but it NEVER adds up to what I should have been paid. Very tired of being CHEATED! AND there is NO way to contact them through their SUPPORT! I KNOW it'S a free game... but LOTS of people actually BUY these chips! I'M about ready to contact a lawyer... wondering HOW many people are being cheated out of REAL money...
