I was moving my computer out to attach a new ICEE connection and the video card came loose and broke. I have an extended warrenty and they say I broke it. I'm a 62 year old man who has been in service work for 32 years I have work on computers on vending machines and many others. I have purchased many items from RC Willey. That will be the last time. The employee Doug said it's his decision and thats the way it it! He was very rude.

Just made up my mind was going to purchase a big screen T.V from R.C.Willey but after reading the way they resolved your problem Ill buy elsewhere I too am a retired appliance repairman R.C.Willey you should be asshamed to have a service manager making stupid customer unfrendly dec.like that
