Hertz credit card invoice by hertz italiana spa roma (ita)

I have received invoice to my visa credit card by hertz italiana spa roma (Ita), dated 11th of february 2016. Sum is -47, 10

Please, could you check reaseon of invoice and I appreciate any extra information. I haven't use any services by hertz during last 4 months and I haven't regornize any reasons to invoice me.

Hertz car rentals

So I want to rent a car because my cars at the shop at the North Texas in Fairfield California there's two African-American guys that don't even smile they just look at you like oh my God and they're charging me $50 I don't have a card to you know get over there so they're charging me $50 for them to come and pick up the rental that I rent and then I need to walk to the shop on my cars out to pick it up there so freaking rude they don't even smile I will never rent from Hertz again my God

Hertz car rental

Upgrade scam in fort lauderdale
The rental agents are very likely paid commissions for total dollar value or rentals or upgrades.
The scam
You order a compact car and when you get to the agent you are offered an upgrade that you cant refuse. But, the total cost is not disclosed. Just the car rental. So you accept because it a limited time and you take the insurance as its a high end car but at the end you discover that you 38.00 per day rental has grown exponentially and is now ten times what you expected. This, that and the other. No apologies. You just got... Crooks and thieves.

Hertz charges made without consent or knowledge

We rented a car at Heathrow airport London. Three weeks after the return of the car we received an invoice from Hertz showing two charges of 107 GBP each for a penalty charge notice. This was described as a parking fine in
Croydon. When we tried to investigate, we were unable to get detailed information as the case was closed when Hertz paid the fine. This deprived us of the opportunity to challenge the notice. We have now been charged $300 on our credit card by Hertz without our knowledge or consent.

Hertz pre delivery inspection

Rented a car via web at Madrid Airp, Spain.
Returned on January 2nd, 2016.
Obviously signed the Pre delivery Insp form at the office, not seeing the car parked outside.
Scratches were every where on the Rims but one was not reported on the form.
When you pick up the car nobody is there to assist or to talk to at the parking lot.
When I returned it. I was blamed for an additional scratch on the rims, one of the many I believe it was there already.
I have now been charged 116eu on my CC after 3 wks.
I use Hertz so much on my frequent business trip, they can easily check on my Company Cr Card.
Never again.
Can't stand being pulled around.

Thats what they're like in spain a massive bunch of laziness
manana manana that is why they are one of the PIGS of Europe. Chargeback on your credit card its the only way.

Hertz bunch of thefts stealing money from my account

I have received 4 messages of 4 transactions deducted from my Visa card on 26-jan-2016 for a total amount of 352€ for no reasons keeping in mind last time I delt with hertz Italiana spa was in September 2015 and the amount was 279€ was deducted from my account already... I will definitely never deal with u again and I'm going to go with this case through the court and trust me I'm going to back my money no matter it takes.

Hertz car rental

I rented a car online and had a friend drive me to the Tyler Airport. I got to the desk and there was a sign stating that they would be back. The sign said they were cleaning, moving or refueling a car. An hour later, I was still waiting. The other 2 car agency agents there stated that the employees go home early all the time. It was on 12/27 at approximately 730 PM. They are supposed to be open until 11PM. At 900PM, I finally rented from Avis at TWICE the cost. I called Hertz while I was waiting and they sent an email to their district manager. They said to expect a call. NEVER received a call. I am totally disgusted. I missed nearly 2 hours visiting with friends on my final night because I was at Tyler Airport waiting for a Hertz employee to show up. Why post a sign you are coming back when no one did?

Hertz billing discrepancies

Reservation for an intermediate vehicle made on 04-26-2015 with Hertz car rental located in the airport in Cozumel, Mexico. Rental was for Dec. 12, 2015 and returned on the 19th. Rental cost quotation is 131.25 for the week. Upon arrival went to the Hertz rental booth and spoke with a female agent named "Anna". Provided Anna with my confirmation number G-[protected] and was asked for my drivers license and credit card which was provided. Anna then handed me a computer print out and asked if I wanted a liability insurance which would cover an accident had I struck another vehicle or pedestrian. I inquired what the cost would be and she related about $25.00 a day extra. I then inquired what would the total cost of the rental be including everything necessary and Anna replied "the total cost would be $274.00. I agreed to the amount and was required to initial seven lines on the rental record and to sign the bottom of the page to which I did. After signing the paper I once again asked Anna what the total cost would be to which she replied "as I told you, $270.00". At this time, I asked Anna if two other same type of vehicles would be available at the same cost for my son and a friend who was arriving a half hour later to which she replied "yes". I waited until their arrival and directed them to Anna for the rentals. I related to them in front of Anna that the cost would be $274.00 for the week and that is with the liability insurance. Anna began their paperwork and I left with my wife to the car lot. I returned on Dec. 19th around 11:30 am and turned the vehicle in to Miquel who is the attendant in the parking lot and works for Hertz. He requested my paperwork which I didn't have with me but told him I would go back in the check in area and retrieve it from my wife. He told me not to because everything was fine and he would call Anna at the Hertz booth. I went to the Hertz booth and found several people were ahead of me to rent vehicle and had to wait 30 minutes to get waited on. Anna took my paperwork and handed it to another male person at the computer who entered something into the computer and within five minutes printed out my rental charges. He handed me the papers and the cost was $468.00 instead of the $274.00 that Anna told me. I related you must have made a mistake this amount is no where near what Anna told me. Anna then took the papers and showed me charges that she never admitted when I was renting the vehicle and that I had signed and initialed for these charges. I was very disappointed at the total cost and perhaps they felt guilty about their faulty sales pitch because the lowered the price to $435.44 which was not the verbal cost that Anna provided to me several times. My plane was boarding and I couldn't stand around to argue the close to double amount of what they were charging me but I did inform Anna that they got me this time and will never get me again. They same practice was done on my son and my friend's rental. This is certainly a fraudulent practice and is not good for the Hertz Company and worse for customers who rent your vehicle without full disclosure of costs and charges. Needless to say, I will never rent another vehicle from Hertz nor will my son or my friend and anyone else who will read the fraud that Hertz allows to occur to its customers. I would strongly suggest that Hertz in Mexico review their policies for explaining the rentals. It's shame on the Hertz Company and Mexico for allowing this.

Hertz no car upon arrival

I reserved a car for pickup in Montego Bay Jamaica on December 25. There were no cars available when I got there. Hertz should have known a head of time that based on their bookings that no cars would be available. If I had known then I would have made alternate arrangements for pickup. Hertz however decided to hook me up with another offsite company which after they took us from the airport to their home based operations we were left with a 2004 very used Toyota Corolla. It was a total disaster. We were stopped by the police and only to be told that there were no insurance on the vehicle. The front tire blew out later which we had to replace with the spare and when we brought it back to the company they had the nerve to say that we must pay for the tire. A tire which had only 3 lug nuts.

Hertz withdrawal of eur 42, 70 from my credit card on 30-12-2015

On 30-12-2015 an amount of EUR 42, 70 was deducted from my master card account without any information about the reason. Assuming this action was erroneous the refund of this amount is requested. The last contact with Hertz Italiana Spa was on 12-06-2015 when my credit card was charged correctly. In the period 3-12 June 2015 I rented a car with Hertz Italiana at Roma Airport. Hertz rental car

Rented a car at Dubuque airport today. All was going well until I got to my car and found it snowed in. This was unusual as it had not snowed in4 days. I tried for a while to rock it out to no avail. I went back inside and complained and advised the attendant of cars in two spaces that could be driven out. She wouldn't give me one of them. I asked why the cars had not been shoveled out and she said that those employees weren't working today. Now after she answered another phone call she went outside and spent about10 minutes kicking at the snowbank before the car could be extricate. This loss of 30 minutes of my time should never have occurred. What kind of customer service is this? Larry @ [protected]@yahoo.com

Hertz car rental

I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. I reserved a full sized car with Hertz. When I got there they said they only had one but it had a 3 foot long break in the windshield right at eye level. Not only was this a problem it was filthy. There was what looked like several days of grime on the outside. The windows were dirty, the carpet was filthy with french fries on it and there were two McDonald's sacks under the seat. What I didn't know until I was bringing it back is that it's illegal to obstruct the view and I could have gotten a ticket for the windshield. I called Hertz at the location I was going and they told me that it was Christmas day and they didn't have the size car I had. They told me I could size down or up but I would have to pay the difference. Hertz wouldn't do any thing. If I had gotten ticket - who would have Paid It?

Hertz poor service, bad attitude

12/30/2015 - Reservation for car rental in my name to pick up car at Reagan National Airport, had to change to my wife's name at the last minute due to arrival issues. When making the change advised agent we both would be driving the car. At the airport the agent would not allow me to be added as a driver (I made the reservation, I am Gold member so they have all my information). Worse, was the fact the office located on floor one said it was closed, no lights on and no one was in the office and to go the 3rd floor. My wife and other adults went to the third floor only to be told that so and so was scheduled to be working in that office until 2:30 a.m. and they had to go back to the first floor. Returned to the first floor, all the lights are still out in the office, all four counters say closed, but there is one woman who is talking to another apparent customer and another agent sitting in front of a window that says "open". However, when approached the agent says she isn't open and to go talk to the other agent. After waiting about 20 minutes the other agent finally completes her task yells "next" (my wife and her passengers were the only other people in the room) and eventually completes the transaction. Next is the car, it has 41k miles on it and runs like it has 80k. I have never had this kind of experience with Hertz before. Now I have to make an unwanted trip back to the airport with my wife (since I can't drive the car) to get this fixed. The remedy, either a credit or learn my lesson about continuing to rent from Hertz.

Hertz refusal of driver's license

It is a real shame I was astonishingly refused my car keys upon arrival at akl airport on the 26th dec 2015... Because my "french driver's license is not translated into english". It is all the more a shame that 1 / my previous rental was all fine, only a few days before (From 13th to 20th dec) , same office ! 2 / nobody ever warned me of this pretended incredible "miraculous" change in regulations (During the previous saturday night maybe?) 3 / the desk agents were not able to find any solution at all

Hertz charging

I rented a car EX798SC at Brindisi Airport 2015-06-30. I got a parking fee. As I don't understand what it said - it was in italian, that I don't understand. So I asked your official to take care of it, if I paid what she wanted. She refused. I even talked to your site manager. Doesn't help me. When I asked what to do. The answer was to go to a post office in Sweden and pay there. I explained that there are no post office in Sweden anymore. It was many years ago. And even if I can find some place to pay, it is not to expext they understand italian. All this cost a lot of time. I had to go to my flight. And now you have feed me an administration fee of euro 42, 70 - that you have charged my credit card. I find this very unfair and an awful way of treating a customer. Hertz service

I rented a car #[protected] at Lake City 'Toyota'. I was never told that the Hertz location was in a Toyota Dealership with no signage indicating such. I arrived at exactly the Hertz rep. indicated that he was going on lunch break and I would have to wait. He never left the building by the way. Some customer service. I called on 12/28/15 to see if I could return the car (which came from Seattle airport to the Lake City location) to Seattle Airport. I placed a call and waited, and waited, and waited. When I finally got to someone, I was trf'd and I waited some more, second person and I was trf'd again and again I waited. I thought my question to them was simple, but I see that I was wrong. Well the answer was sure I could drop the car off at Seattle Airport but it would cost me nearly the same as getting a taxi. Pretty sure this is my last use of Hertz.

Hertz car rental experience and fraudulent charges

I had a really horrible customer service experience with Hertz while visiting Orland the week of 12/1/15. Being a Gold Plus member, I am guaranteed the best price on my rentals and when I provided documentation that my son got a better deal on a better rental, they refused to honor the price. Further, they charged my card on a prepay only to inform me upon arrival that only my wife could rent since she was the name on the CC. My really bad experience was exacerbated when I review the charges on my credit card from my trip only to find that they had charged me the $25.75 toll fee even after I declined the fee upfront and opted to pay any tolls out of pocket. Having lived in Florida for many years, I was familiar with the toll system. I called to inquire about the charge that I did not agree to and they said that I had passed through a toll so they charged my card. This is a ridiculous claim since I paid all tolls out of pocket and being familiar with Florida Toll Roads, I know with 100% certainty that I did not run through a Sun Pass lane. They said they had a pic of my tag during my rental and I asked to see it and they declined to give me proof. I believe this to be a fraudulent charge and most like a common scam of Hertz. Given my past experience with the company, I would most definitely believe they are capable of this.

Hertz fuel charge

12/17/2015 I was getting my car serviced at Michael's Toyota, Bellevue, WA and they took me to Hertz for a rental because they ran out of the cars I could use that I had asked for when making appt. The Hertz employee told me to leave a gas receipt and the rental agreement in the car. When I returned the car to Michael's, I had only driven 22 miles and did not get gas. I was willing to pay for whatever I used. It was a Yaris, co it couldn't have been more than a gallon. I got a receipt on email the next morning showing I had driven 1027 miles and a charge for $13.74 fuel & service. Hertz did not tell me there would be a charge at $9.99/gallon if I did not fill up. In this car, I could not have used more than a gallon. Looks like I paid for somebody else's gas. This is not a lot of money, but a ridiculous charge for fuel.

Hertz false billing mastercard

We rented a hertz car in florence from 16/10/2015 to 31/10/2015 prepaid with voucher no ppv no 842559. The car was payed in advance several months before. At return the car was carefully inspected: no damage, tank full, etc. I received a bill/card as final settlement statement of charges.in december I got the following on my credit card: 9 dec hertz italiana spa roma ita € 43, 00 I have no idea what this is for and was not notified in any sense. So I assume it is fraudulous, kindly come back to me with explanation whether it is not fraudulous or acknowledge that it is fraudulous. If it is not please give details and bills etc. Otherwise I will notify the credit card company that this item is fraudulous and should be removed from the account.

Hertz reserved a vehicle that location stated they never had once I got there

I reserved a car online on November 27th for car to be picked up on November 28th. I had email confirmation and even a paid confirmation for a compact car with the rate of $151 a week. Once I got to the location to pick up my car, the location stated that Hertz did not have any compact cars. I was asked to call reservation while I was standing at the location in front of the desk by the rep there. The reservation department on the telephone was still claiming that this particular Hertz have certain vehicles that they didn't had have. On top of driving 45 minutes to an hour out of my way, I had to upgrade and come out of pocket even more money. I ask to speak with a supervisor on multiple occasions had not spoken with anyone and there's no one to help fix this problem.
