Gunter...A felony Record is not a good example to parade in front of the Business World! Your Managers have vowed to refund the $1400.00 I sent up=front almost a Year ago before they "misplaced my file", My File dropped through the cracks, "our girl handling Your Case quit two months ago and we failed to reassign the case..Sorry!" Your Managers in a mutually authorized taped conversation vowed to send my Refund "in a week! That was September. My Years in Law made me quite familiar with scandles and scams to swindle money via delays, lies, etc. Of course Your corporation wouldn't sink to that Criminal level, .. would it? The 4 taped conversations were shared with proper Authorities in Sacramento & D.C. Send my Damn money today as Your Managers and Supervisors have vowed for months. You don't need or want more National Exposure and I'm sure the Average American will 100% back me in letters, Affidavits, Petitions, etc... Just send my money today. Otherwise..6 Govt. Organizations and President Obama can read all of Your messages filled with prevarication, delays to make interest..etc. Thomas A. Stone

I contacted Det. Watts but never heard back.! It is now 2011 and we are still trying to get a modification, depleting our 401k, working with the bank directly but still to no avail .Why does most of the help go to Fanie Mae and Freddie Mac loans? I am so frustrated and angry...

Please anyone who can help I have too been a victim of HMN since 2008. They indicated that they would help me and my family with a home modification. We expressed our financial hardship, loss of a joob and illness with our child. They told us not to worry and they would help us. Up front they charged us $3500.00. We were told to stop paying our mortgage, taxes, etc and once we got our approved our mortgage would go into a freeze not affecting our credit. Several months later and with no progress we started feeling something wasn't right. Our credit went down the drain and the bank started foreclosure procedures. We tried to call and had to leave several messages. The rep still was telling us not to worry that it's still in negotiation, it would take frome 30 to 60 days, meantime we contacted our mortgage company they told us they became bankrupt and sold our mortgages to two different companies then I quickly contaced HMN and Jaci and Reza old not to worry they were gonna handle it. They called me back and said they found our mortgage and not to worry they were going to be in contact with our negotiator. Months later the mortgage company they thought had our mortgage did not and the actual mortgage company who did have it contacted us and said that we never applied for the modification and that they would deal with me directly. $40.000.00 in debt later and our home is in process of forclosure and never could get in contact with HMN. Today finally got in touch with my consultant, Larry R, that started this whole process told me that he was sorry I was going through this and that he was no longer with the company, he left when he became aware of their fraudulent acts and gave me useful information on contacts and websites. He also told me that he believed there was a lawsuit, I still have nothing resolved and I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any information that maybe helpful to me or does anyone know about this lawsuit? If so can you please email me at laura11808@yahoo.com, it would be greatfully appreciated.

Thank you
Laura

We went though 5 worker and guess half no longer works there and I do agree nobody calls you back and you can never speak to anyone . The only you speak to is the secretary and she is rude herself and seem tired and never let you finish what you talking and speaking about.

We have been a victim of fraudulent scam. Larry Gunter of the Law Offices of Larry E. Gunter also known as Help Modify Now has taken
advantage of not only myself but many others. He indicated that his law offices
would represent my case through a modification process to save my home.
My wife and I have experienced a financial hardship and acting upon frustration with our lender and not
extending their help.

A television advertiment her in Michigan for the government put us in touch with Larry Gunter and his law office. Larry indicated because of his long established relationship with the bank he could definitely work through our lender and get us a loan modification. He
spoke very highly of himself and his practice and told us he had a 99% success rate. He also told us that if we did not get modified we would get our money back. We were in need so we agreed for his services. They charged us
$2, 495.00. Up Front we had to pay $1, 300.00 and in 2 installments the rest and 1, 195.00 all in certified cashier's check. We have copies of everything including the cashier's checks, letters and emails. It has been 6 months now with living in stress because we never got a direct answer on our status and now we can not get in touch with anyone. We leave messages (many) no returned calls and send out many many emails. We only get a call centerwhen we call the office to where we can only leave a message for Larry. He will not return our calls.

I am crying because they promised to help us get a loan modification so we wouldn't lose our home to foreclosure. However, they just took the last of their money and disappeared.

We need some help immediately we have tried both locations for Larry Gunter:

Help Modify Now, Inc. 5370 Schaefer Ave., Chino, CA [protected] and 4665 MacArthur Court Newport Beach, CA [protected] and [protected].

Larry Gunter is a career criminal. So much so that he is actually listed in the "Corporate Fraud Handbook" -
