H-E-B - texas tough double zipper sandwich bags

I am a loyal heb shopper and always will be, but I one simple complaint about one of their products that I have been purchasing. The texas tough double zipper bags in all sizes are impossible to "zip" closed. I have continued to buy them thinking the next box will be better, but they are not. My children complain of their lunches falling out of them and food being everywhere in the lunch boxes. Just wanted heb to be aware of this problem, so in future they can correct this small detail!
