I paid £9.42 to Healthsmile on 18th October and they have now taken an unauthorised payment of £53.98. I have no idea what this is for. I have received no communication regarding this transaction.

I have experienced similar. I have taken out a dispute with my banks visa section and they will sort it out apparently.
