i sent for a sample of dental whitner-pd, postage $1.95-had 14 days to return sample. unfortunately-I DID NOT HAVE A RETURN ADDRESS AND WAS TO RETURN THE SAMPLE. WHEN i phoned the company over a week ago and within the time limit I was told iI would be sent mailing materials and that I would not have further charges on my visa card.

Todate I have received no E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS GIVING ME THE INFORMATION. I need to be able to return the sample and stop payments this relaying of information may have affected my credit card.I am allergic to the product and am unable to use it and also need to be removed from the companies mailing list. I WILL BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR HELP. r BARDEN
