i am from sri lanka, i ordered hgh energizer for 79.99 USD on 03. 03 2018. but they took 83.91 USD from my account.but till today i didn't get any order confirmation mail. after that i ordered raspberry ketone max on 25 .03.2018 to get there mail address. for that i got order confirmation mail. but only do not reply mail. i have written many mail to quick contact.but it was useless. then after i called the two times but no confirmation about hgh energizer. i asked about valid e mail address but they didn't give that. i looked about healhtBuy complains. i think they are cheating the people, i was also cheated as i think. please send me some body if who knows about valid e mail address of this company or address or fax no of this company!

Health Buy is a SCAM company. Stay away from it, dont ever purchase anything from them. I refunded 6 months supply of provillus for women since early August 2012, and I have never received the refund ($180 value)

They charged me $ 138.65 without me knowing! my bank is pursuing the case and will take legal action if necessary! big inconvenience for me as its my time getting stolen!

I have ordered some item for my wife. My money was taken from my credit card on 30 Jun2014 and I am still waiting for the item. Due to waiting this long I decided to check on my order and first step was confirming that the payment was done. When requiring a credit card statement, I realised that not just one payment was processed but a total of 8 payment was processed totaling R3211.08.
I started calling the Johannesburg (South African) no on the customer service. They keep you on line for a half an hour a time and then without being able to talk to someone, terminate the call, so, you try again and again.
They, I cannot refer to them as people, as we will be insulting the human race. These creatures are the ### of the world. I wish them all the worst luck in the world like being infested by millions of flees. I hope they will rot in hell. They should be removed from society.
Please get some word out there so people can avoid HEALTYBUY.COM like a plague.

I ordered a bottle of idol lash from this company and I just received it and it came without a box and no seal on the bottle and no instructions .Also there was no receipt just a delivery note which had no information on it as to how much i paid and no contact information. I have been trying to find an email address for them to ask them some questions but they only provide a phone number and as im in australia it will cost way too much to call them..Not sure if i should use this stuff now incase it is contaminted...not happy!

My response to unauthorized credit card charges under company names such as Boom, Health & Beauty, Healthbuy.com, Pacific Naturals Company, Healthlegends.com aka Market Health, Inc k 18458 Santar Street, LLC aka 2040 North Lincoln, LLC aka Dailyinfosolutions aka 17153 Devonshire Street, LLC aka HealthOPS.com aka Naturalshealthbuy.com and up to 17-22 other numerous aka's operated under the mother corporation: GSMC, Inc. Which is located at 2049 N. Lincoln St., Burbank, Ca [protected]. They offered FREE trial products on the internet but in order to get the products, a person have to give the company their credit card number. They either get their FREE product in the mail or not, but once their credit number is given over, massive monthly charges shows up on the statements. When the phone number is listed on the credit card statement is called, there is usually a VERY RUDE person on the other end. His name is CHRISTIAN and he usually HANGS up after about 30 seconds of conversation. When calling back, Christian is usually the SAME person who answers the phone and he usually just keeps hanging up meanwhile another charge will show up on the person's credit card the following month again. His supervisor is BARBARA and she will suggest to call HER manager Yvette. You only can leave phone messages with Yvette but there is never a response back from her. This company operated under the name of Pacific Naturals Company and their products are sold thru websites such as Healthbuy.com aka Healthlegends.com aka beautyshoppingsite.com and their other 17 – 22 different aka websites. All these akas are under their corporate company, GSMC, Inc. located at 2040 North Lincoln St, Burbank, California 91504.

GSMC, Inc. declared itself to be under numerous company profiles different business type professions from offering services such as "restaurant consultants", "Real Estate loan broker and lender", Computer and Computer Software stores in Burbank, California, to selling "health, herb and beauty products" via internet. Under these 17-22 different aka companies, ”corporations" and several "LLC's", GSMC, Inc. is listed as a Corporation with the State of California as a Statement & Designation by foreign corporation on 9/20/04 and is in "active" standing and all run by 2 persons at the top: Gary McNelley, President and David Rivero (no title listed)) with Robert Freedman is the registered agent for service and listed that they have about 10 employees.

GSMC, Inc. originally operated out of Carson City, Nevada and was a mail order and website company: www.herbalphentermine.com, a company that sells herbs, health & beauty aids with advertisements of "snake oil miracle claims" that their products can cure anything until the Department of Health and Human Services (FDA) sent them a warning letter on 12/12/06 to tell them to ceased immediately such "snake oil" claims. GSMC, Inc (Healthbuy.com and it's affiliated AKA's) currently have a "F" rating with the Better Bureau and had issued a consumer warning alert. They are also under investigation with State of California Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's office.

The only remedy to get the charges off the credit card is to notify the credit card company of all these unwanted and unauthorized charges. They will reversed the charges and do an investigation on the named company that is listed on the statement that had charged the money against the credit card. However, once that company is notified and is aware that the charges are blocked or reverse, MORE NEW charges are tacked against the credit card under another one of their 17 – 22 different AKA companies so a NEW company name(s) will show up on the credit card statement on the following month statement with NEW charges tacked on against the credit card. The credit card holder will have to call up that NEW company (such as Healthlegends.com or beautyshoppintsite.com) and you would get CHRISTIAN again (who will hang up on you) ……… and the whole process starts all over again. At the end, the ONLY TRUE remedy is that the Credit card company will discontinued and retired that credit card number and issue a new credit card with a new credit card number.

I have also been scamed. I ordered Green Coffee Bean Max - 3 month supply $108.89. There is no way to get in touch with them.

Before you order from a company GOOGLE them! This company has had a ton of complaints for years. You deserve to get taken if you can't do a little checking on a company before you order online. No excuses. I can't see how people can be so dumb. I laugh at the jerks that live in another country and act all shocked they never got all their money back. This happens more so to international orders. If you can't get it at your store then the product is most likely an overpriced fraud.

Sufficed to say upon receiving my invoice from you via email stating that you have deducted $98.97, I must emphasize my complete shock and distaste of the service that this product and had only proceeded with the purchase under the understanding that it was a “free trial offer” as you provide and how you go about doing so to get any business. Disgusting conduct, and its an outrage that Healthybuy are still trading!

Considering the money your criminal company STOLE from me, as stated in my letter I clearly confirmed that I want my money deposited the same way in which it was taken (transfer direct to my card) within 5 days of receipt of goods! You are NOT AUTHORISED To keep my money any longer - as far as i'm concerned 5 days is a generous goodwill gesture on my part!

I have legal representation should I need to press forward with this, and trading standards! They are aware of you, and its only a matter of time before your company end up on "watchdog" ... I am certainly going to make as many people aware as possible from now on!

DO NOT BUY from this dreadful company. I did look at a product on the 'Net. I decided not to order, when I saw the excessive postage charge about to be levied. But they send the goods anyway and charged my credit card $99.99. Next day they sent an email saying that they had noticed I had not completed the order - but it was still sent, via an address in Scotland. To return the goods, they insist that I have to pay the postage - $32. Why should I when they themselves admit I didn't order the goods?

I wish I'd seen this Web site before I got drawn into this SCAM. I ordered the teeth brighter system that was recommended, quoting a Utah mom I'd read about in the newspaper. It appeared legitimate, and I signed up for the two product system, with two different product names, which were billed separately under two different company names, which I find have two different support groups with two different names for contacting. Purposely made confusing, I'm sure. The TeethBrilliant product by HealthBuy was very inexpensive couched as a promotion; and to order, I had to check a box that I had read Terms and Conditions. I did glance at the fine print, but failed to recognize the notice that your credit card would be billed $99.95 for TWO months for a MEMBERSHIP. The order invoice listed nothing about this, and the confimation e-mail immediately sent to my computer didn't list it either, so I didn't expect any additional charge. It just shows up on your credit card, and since the other product was similar in price (with a supposed rebate after subsequent orders) and wasn't billed until the second month ON ANOTHER CREDIT CARD (and I believe I only gave them one credit card number), I wasn't suspicious until after they had taken $200 from my account. I called the hard-to-find contact number to complain but they are flying under the legal radar even if they're unethical and misleading. Having seen these complaints about the company too late, I realized I'd been TAKEN IN by a SCAM and cancelled the credit card they had billed so they could no further access it. I would have sent the product back for a refund, but there is a good indication that I would never receive any money back, certainly not for the stupid MEMBERSHIP, so I've kept the product and will eventually try it. If the product is anything like the company, there's no hope it will really work. Even if it does, I would never have spent this amount for this system. I would advise anyone to stay completely away from this company!

All I can do is add my voice that they are a SCAM. I was enticed into ordering an inexpensive "special offer" of a teeth whitening system with two different products under two different companies with two different names that appeared on two different credit card billings. While the product was very inexpensive, they buried in the fine print of the Terms and Conditions (which you had to check to order the product) a notice that you would be signed up for a MEMBERSHIP with costs of $99.95 billed to your credit card for TWO months. When checking out, nothing about this appeared on the invoice, nor did it appear in the e-mail notification of purchase. You just get the surprise on the credit card bills. Having seen these Internet complaints after the fact, I called the support number, but they are under the radar legally, if totally unethical, and I realized I'd been "taken." I see that it would do me no good to trust them to refund any money so haven't sent the product back. I cancelled the credit card they used (which wasn't the one I listed on my order!) and would advise anyone to avoid this company completely!

sometimes what you bought is not what you need or want and you have paid for it, find out if you can give it back for a refund[for a short period of time if you send the products back within the amount of time they usually wil give you a refund or even let you turn in the item and get another product for the same price, be it a kit on how to make some money, or exercise equipment, or to donate money to help kids and to get pen pals, i think sometimes they want you to eventually adopt a child you write to, they sent my money back to me because they thought i just wanted several pen pals at the time, but they had tried to match me with 1 special little girl who would have been a wonderful little girl to write to and to go meet she and her biological parents and her brothers and sisters someday this site strongly encouraged meeting the girl and her family, but i had just had a miscarriage[not a planned pregnancy] and i really didnt think i was ready to take care of a child or children.and gave her picture back and we never had any comunication.or take back make up to the store with the recipt and get my mony back, or maybe to exchange items is a posibility if you really someone had taken off the labels and put another label on top[i couild see the other label that they couldnt quite get the label off] of it so i called them and someone told me that yes they took off the first labels and then put new designer labels on the bottles.how tacky i wish i would have told the representative.and then this other time when i got these other products it said on the bottle capsules, but when i opened the bottles it had tablets in them so i inquired from that seller of those products and they told me that they had 2 manufacturing companies with the same exact product whether you get a bottle that says capsules and tablets are in the bottles its the same proprietary ingredients in capsule form or tablet form.so i accepted that as the truth.where there honesty and truth i went ahead and kept those products where i believe were honest and the truth explanations, some people may send back those products and ask for refunds, i had a sense of feeling well with this product called hgh energizer.then i thought i might be getting a yeast infection, but i might have an allergy from using toilet paper so for awhile i stopped taking all supplements for a time trying to figure out why i was having an allergic itchy crotch, like maybe a yeast infection, then i realized that this product i had bought at rite aid store[[[ called genisoy soy protein vanilla shake]]] with all these vitamins and minerals when i had drank quite a bit i heard about actress britany murphy and her husband dying [passed on into the total spirit body i call it]they had both died she first and then her husband of Anemia and Toxic Mold, and this genisoy product i had been guzzling down, i left the dirty cups and mixing spoons out for a short time before washing the dirty dishes, and i noticed that the cups started to look like black mold, right before my very eyes, hmmm [[[TOXIC MOLD?]]]i thought well then later the rubber gloves i used to wash the dishes was getting moldy fast, hmm, if that is what is happening to the dirty cups after i just used them to drink the genisoy product, and the rubber gloves[which i never seen mold like that from dirty dishes from not being washed for longer than the cups that had been just used by me, what would be going on in my system from drinking that genisoy product?i think that is why my system had the allergy, and the mold on the rubber gloves i kept around for a while to see how the mold might grow and keep ruining those dish washing gloves [rubber]would do.i put the genisoy product into the trash can and am never going to use the product anymore, and i could also be allergic to the kinds of soaps i use in bathing.or any kind of products that are drying, like to wash clothes with, i heard that when you get older, you can become more allergic to things more. to perfumes etc.maybe to household cleaners. too.we can use cleaners that are more safe for us and for our children and to our pets.water and vinegar for cleaning, or buying and using products that are better for our Ozone, better for cleaner air for us and our planet earth.and for all creatures on planet earth in general.

I agree with all your complaints! This is a fake company. I ordered products that did not work at all! Every time I placed an order did not arrive and I had to nudge several times and then when I got the product I saw it was shipped from another company in Europe. Since they have my email address I receive a lot of disgusting spam emails promoting sex and drugs.

Def. Happened to me never completed order page incurred an error. Never once clicked a final step. Than moments later I seen in my E-mail box a confirmation of my order. The Order Page would not give a final cost summary so I could not confirm the cost I would be charged. There was no option to Quit or Exit so I crashed the page.

Then I received an email confirming that an amount approx 5 times what I was considering paying had been charged to my Credit Card. And my Bank confirmed the money was gone within minutes. Now I have to go down the path of challenging this through my bank, after I pay the Credit Card bill.

Im really concerned now, i ordered a bottle of pills, the total amount came to 61.88 australian dollars but $75.77 was debited, im trying to find a way to contact them now.

I have dealt with healthbuy.com for a number of years now. I have not ever had a complaint other than one shipment which was delivered to someone else and I got theirs. On phoning them we were told to keep the orders and they were sending the correct ones.

I had the amount deducted from my credit card that day.

I placed an order yesterday and checked the box for postage in error, instead of monthly shipping. I called the customer care, they answered the phone in good time, and the guy was friendly and corrected the faults. My account was credited with the amount immediately as confirmed by email.
