HDFC Bank non refund of claims

i have made investment on yearly basis 10000 * 3 years but after three years i am getting only 28000 only, if i invest in rd / some other investment plans i can get atleast one rupees extra against my investment but in hdfc life i am loosing my investment and also please note when i want to invest at that time i made only one phone call but i need to surrender at that time your company rules and regulations is totally different.

i have surrendor my policy on 6th august 2011 but after 12 days i.e. 17th august 2011 still i have not received my investment amount, in this regard i have made so many phone calls to your customer care centre but still i have not having confident to get my refund.

now only i listen, when you need money you will come to our door step in one time but we need money how many times we have to come to your office / how many times we can make a phone calls to your customer care centers...

you have any policyies against this please explain based on this we can act...

HDFC Bank harrasement for closure of dmat & trading account no. [protected]

This is with regard to harrasement in closing myHDFC Dmat & Trading Account no [protected]. I am continuously running to your various offices in Jaipur (Rajasthan) since almost last 6 months for closing the account (client ID [protected]), but every time the office people says that we will not close the
account, and every time provide different information & requirement for closing the account and nobody takes responsibility to close the account.

Also one of your officer's told that, we are not paid for closing the accounts; we are paid for opening the new accounts, and if you are intelligent enough, then understand, why we are not closing this account.

I have visited your Tonk Road, & C Scheme offices in Jaipur multiple times and as I
am a house wife and not able to visit any more due to my personal constraints, I request you to please get he account closed & help me from HDFC Securities for harrasing me for closing this account with immediate effect. Regards,

HDFC Bank hdfc collection agencies using abusive language

Hi,

My name is Gurmeet Singh Arora, I am holding a credit card of HDFC
Bank (no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 3343). I would like to inform you about the way

HDFC bank Credit card customers are being handled by their Collection
dept. They are harassing me for last few days and talking so cheap.

Last year I settled down my credit card account and gave them all money.
Because I paid in cash I don’t have any proof.

I got a call on 02nd July 2011 from their collection dept Naraina
office for payment. She told me your account is over due and you have
to pay Rs.175000. I told her that I already paid and settled

this account last year, she told me ok you pay only Rs.42000, I again
said why should I pay more Rs.42000 but she was not ready to listen.
Then I told her ok I will come to your branch, after two days I went
to naraina branch they force fully gave me settlement letter of
rs.42000 (Rs.3500x12installment) and they charge Rs.3500 cash as first
installment even they didn't give me receipt also. “Kis tarah ki
gundgardi hai yeh”

After a week The person’s name is Anu Sharma called me and asked for
another installment of Rs. 3500. I asked that why should I pay, when I
already paid. She has no legitimate answer but only abusive language to harass.

After many such abusive calls when I stopped picking up her calls,
She started calling at my home number and other contacts and started abusing my family members and my friends.
Even she called up my wife's office land line number and started talking rude to my wife’s
colleagues too. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable, rude behavior your people use while talking to your customers.

I want to take a necessary action against these kind of agents, that
they have no rights to call my family members/ colleagues and abusing
them as I am holding the card.
My wife has two witnesses in her office who have attended Anu Sharma’s and Neha's
calls, If these people will not stop calling my wife office, My wife will lodge
a complaint against anu Sharma and neha to legal cell.

Please help me and suggest what all actions can I take in this regards.

HDFC Bank debit card block

Lot of communication done but rather then solution you have blocked my debit salary account card and it is against role and regulation of banking as my understanding, my card never was part of my salary account and any thing for this account should discussed with me before any action taken,

I was associate with your bank since last 6 and half year, it seems that you are not interested to Carrey my account, will change my gold account due to experience faced today,

My card no [protected]

I was in hospital due to some treatment and suddenly got my card is blocked by bank,

The lady who is handling my credit card case Service Manager, Ms.Taskin Sayed not having manners how to talk to customer how to resolve customer issue, approx 50 calls done to her but not responding, however if this block is not remove today then I will escalated this matter to higher level,

HDFC Bank loan clearance certificate

Sir,
This is the third time that I am submitting this complain.My salary/saving account is in HDFC Bank, Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam (A/C No.[protected])..I had taken a personal loan during [protected] from Visakhapatnam(that time my account was in Centurion Bank which is now merged with HDFC).The loan amount has been completely cleared by Sep 2009 and presently there is no due in loan account towards me.

I have applied for a personal loan(in May 2011) from Kolkata, because presently posted at Kolkata. My loan application (ref. no.[protected]) has been rejected by HDFC bank stating that during previous loan 3-4 cheques were bounced and due to that CIBIL report I can not avail any type of loan from any bank in future.

Sir, now I am going through financial crisis and I need loan assistance from HDFC bank. I have already cleared my previous loan; it is not my fault that my name is in the CIBIL report. It is my request that please take necessary action that I get a Loan Clearance Certificate in my residential address. Please intimate the same to CIBIL also that my record can be corrected. So that I can avail loan facility from bank.

Hi,

I have applied for a topup loan on my personal loan. Till the last confirmation call i was advised a different amount. I even got a call after the document submission for the approved amount and would i like to proceed. At the end only half of the approved amount was credited to my account. I spoke to the executive Sara who was coordinating. She started giving excuses about this deduction and that. I requested to speak with her manager and also asked her to lodge a complaint.

Its almost 48 hours and i have not received any call. I am planning to move to consumer forum. I have also asked for the last call recording just to prove what was agreed over the phone. After being a customer for 3.5 years if this is the result, its better these banks should shut.

Just to meet the target, this is how the bank is fooling around and forwarding the wrong information.

HDFC Bank harassment and abusive language

I have HDFC credit card for last one year now and i have some payment due against that card, i am paying some amount every month, this month a recovery agent named Deepali from HDFC recovery office somewhere in phase 3b2 Mohali called and when i told her that i need some time to make the payment she said that she didn't call to get the date of payment rather she is sending an executive to collect the payment when i told her that i cannot pay the money immediately she started using offensive language, to be exact she said " Agar haisiyat nai thi pay karne ki to kharch kyu kiye paise, ab to payment karwani hi padegi aur mai apna executive bhej rahi hu, chahe kisi se paise mang ke karwao ya kuch bhi karke, mera executive paise lekar hi jayega" i disconnected the phone saying that i cannot make the payment on immediate basis and she kept on calling me, then after 2 to 4 days she again called and said that " sharm nai ati tumhe bank ka paisa kha gaye ho aur ab chuka nai rahe, aukat ka pata chal gya tumhari i again disconnected saying that i will not make payment to her benefit, she again kept on calling i didn't pick the phone . Then she sent her executive to my house without taking any consent from me, although he was a gentleman when i told her about the same he made me talk to Depali's team leader as per that girl told me, and she tried to pacify me, i promised her that i will try to make the payment on 30th, unfortunately i was not at home on 30th, as i was in hospital to see one of my friends, so couldn't pick the phone there, she sent an executive and they told to my mother that if i am not home you have to pay the bills, my mother refused to pay without talking to me . Then she again sent the executive for second time after half an hour, i was still not at home my mother told him the same . In the evening she again sent the executive named Manoj and he made my mother speak to Deepali, she said to my mother " kahan chhupa ke rakha hai apne bete ko, paise kyu nai dete, apko bhi sharm nai ati kya, she insulted my mother alot, then my mother spoke to Shweta her team leader and she apologized to my mother for her behavior, but never stopped calling me, then they started calling my mother as well when she has nothing to do with my payment.
I want to complaint against Deepali for insulting my mother and me for the payment when i am not a regular defaulter . I expected a goood customer service from a bank like HDFC please help me and tell me what my rights are being a customer, Do i deserve this kind of behavior?

I have a HDFC Bank credit card (#[protected]). I was keep paying the minimum balance & many times more than that regularly for the dues, as per the statement. I failed paying for 1 month in between. There were a few calls and the guy called from the bank (airport road branch, Banagalore) promised that he will send a collection executive to collect the money.I was waiting for him for about two or three days, but he never turned up. After, to my shocking, i realised that the bank has freezed my savings account with them and has taken all the money in my acoount. I was very shocked about this activity of HDFC bank. THIS IS LIKE A CYPER THEFT. There is no proper resonse from the bank on this subject!

BEWARE OF HDFC BANK, INDIA for any kind of financial transactions!

I am credit card customer of hdfc bank from last 20 months. I m paying my dues from the last time now miss poonam from hdfc cardschandigarh was calling me fr the dues but I m asking her from last six months to give me the statements of my from first to last. So that I pay the full payment and close that daily chapter. Still I made payments bt no statements were issued to me. I told her to give me the said statements and then I will give u the payment and then she started using worst words of my life. I can"t control my self nd also started... She said me to come chandigarh, I will show... And so and so...

ON 19 TH oct there was a phone from the hdfc company the complaint was lodged and the same was brought to the knowledge of the fraud contoll team and i was promised the amount will be reverted back within 24 hrs.one year had elapsed and yet there is no solution. hence this mode of complaint .dr.baskaran

HDFC Bank un happy service

I applied for credit card last month and did not receive any verification call. But I received a ref no#.. I checked the ref no# after 2 weeks after 2 weeks and came to know my application was canceled. I called hdfc to enquire about the reason for cancelation of my application. The agent said I 'll receive an email stating the reason. 1 months passed but I have not received any thing... Last week I called hdfc, this time an agent said i'll receive a call in 2 days. This time time also I had not received any call...
I have a salary account with hdfc and earn more than 3 lakhs as salary a year and I am facing this much of problem.

HDFC Bank false and illegal solicitation

This bank has the smart way of providing false information on its NRO/NRE Account operation to the customers and lure into its trap of horrible business processes. The don't have any experience in handling NRI Accounts and they are not registered with American banking network. They cannot even call any of the banks located in USA for even a small customer verification.
Their employees are half cooked and having never care attitude.
The customer service will provide only the evasive or irrelevant answers to the questions asked. They will spoil our time, effort and ulimately any business plan. They need to be banned from soliciting any business from customer situated outside india. THE WORST BANK to think of NRI services

HDFC Bank nro/nre

Beware of hdfc. Don't get trapped into them on initial false infromation.

It is a nightmare experience with hdfc. They provide fals information before opening the account and they don't have any legal authorization in usa to channel with any of the banker in usa.
The nri team, the branch people dont have any knowledge on nri account. Always push the ball to another team. Never tries to provide the solution after the account is opened. Customer is left to option of either closing the account or initiating legal action. They just don't care.
It is a worst banking experience I ever had in my life time.

HDFC Bank is the most Incompetent Bank ever! Never ever open an NRI/NRO/NRE account with them. The team is incompetent. They don't know the process of getting anything fixed. And the team doesn't get along with each other. One branch doesn't understand what the other branch is doing. They can't co-ordinate, communicate, co-exist and they don't follow the same procedures. The worst ever experience I have had is with this bank in India. And I thought that ICICI is bad. Seriously, I am going back to ICICI because they are far better in handling customer requests and addressing password resets.

HDFC doesn't even know how to handle basic procedures of opening an account. They struggle like they are school children who have been asked to do some job. Pathetic response and they ask the same question 1, 000 times.

And they ask you to send the same information 1, 000 times and then finally they understand what they have to do. May be sometimes they understand.

Pathetic service. Cheater ans liars. Dont even think about opening NRE bank account with this bank. I really have a very bad experience.
I sent all my documents them to open my account and they did not open my account, I called them 100 times and sent lots of emails but no one was replying me back so After 2 months finally I told them to not open my account and still no one replied. After 1 month of that i got email that you account is opened. How can u open my account without my permission? Its really strange. Now They are not closing my account and sending me extra changes, like overdrawning in ur account etc... I really dont understand how to deal with them now. So Please dont even think of going there.

HDFC Bank recovery

I somveer singh was take a two wheeler loan from HDFC bank in Novermber -10 after that i was paid emi regularly and 11th of June I have take the encloser from Green Park New Delhi barnch for Loan A/c No. [protected] with encloser amount Rs. 27457.97 after that i have paid the cheque No. 191950 for above amount towards Full & final settlement at same above branch and same day after that the above cheque also has been cleared by 14. 06.2011 from my bank after that recovery agent had call to me on 17th June-11 at 10.14 Pm and useing very rudly talking. i was say to him i have been cleared this loan and my cheque also has been cleared after that he is calling to me again and again from Mobile No. [protected]. now i have also confirm from HDFC custer care, custer care saying loan a/c has been closed on 16th june-11. but after all that he is not stoping the call.
Therfor you are requested to take a action againg this person.

HDFC Bank threatening and haressment calls by hdfc recovery agents

I used a HDFC Bank Credit Card 4-5 years back to which we have done a transaction of amount 20, 000 Rs with the bank. I would like to launch an FIR for a recovery agent Mr. Amit Kumar (or Amit Jain, as told by him).

I am getting life threatening calls from HDFC bank recovery agents using slang language and threatening for my life. He has called several times since morning at my mobile no., and my office extention no. and residence no. as well. He is also threatening to come to home and see us. Since morning, I have received at least 70 such calls and several others I didn’t pick up. I got such calls earlier also last year, wherein he said that he is SI calling from Dwarka police station. He mentioned a case no. against us, which we got checked through a lawyer and found the same as fake.

As per him, I used a credit card of HDFC bank, wherein the balance outstanding amount is 62, 393/- which is wrongly quoted and already paid and along with interest the same has become 1, 55, 000/-.since Feb’2007. I am trying to explain that the amount which he is mentioning is not correct and there is some confusion, and therefore I need to settle the matter through launching a complaint at consumer court, for which I should get a time till Monday. However, he is continuously calling and asking to settle the matter today immediately; else “he would continue calling us”. He is also trying to negotiate with us on money.

HDFC Bank hdfc

Last year a person from hdfc call center has called me & has asked me to try the sarv suraksha policy for 3 months & if I like it then I can take it & the amount of inr. 6296.00 / - will be debited from my credit amount. the policy no. [protected]. but after 3months I wished not to take & I have asked to cancel it & they have agreed to cancel it & have informed me that they will credit back the amount but they haven’t cancelled it nor they have returned the money back.

Now, I have received a message informing that they have renewed my insurance & have already debited the amount as shown above without my consent.

I am very disappointed to say that I have been cheated.

I would also like to raise the some questions on the credibility of hdfc bank.
Firstly, when I have asked to cancel the policy they agreed to it & how can they still charge me on the first case?
Secondly, who has given the permission to debit the amount from my credit account without my permission or signatures?

Has anybody else faced the problem & does anyone have any solution with it.

I face the same problem as u faced now they have levied some extra charges charges even i don't want that policy . I made 2 application for cancellation of policy but they are not replying yet and they have convert that policy to some dial an emi loan, I am affraid that if i refuse to pay that amount, they will send my name to cibil which might harmful for me to take new loan from other bank

what i should do in this situation ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Reg: Complaint against the HDFC collection dept Mr. Mohan

I am an NRI residing in Singapore since 1993 and I am currently working as a ‘Regional Director of Business Intelligence (APAC)’ in a world leading US based Media giant Omnicom Media Group.

I am holding both NRE & NRI accounts in HDFC Gandhipuram branch, Coimbatore since 2008. I also having 2 more investment linked insurance accounts with HDFC SLIC for my 2 daughters worth more than Rs.10 Lakhs.

I also took a personal loan under my wife’s name S. Malathi (Loan agreement no. [protected]) for amount Rs, .8 Lakhs in Dec-2010 and I am paying my EMI regularly for the last 5 months on time.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my family has to rushed back to Singapore for renewal of visa for their permanent residency status here on 5th May 2011 and they have to stay here till 26th May 2011. As such they missed the EMI on the particular month, I’ve explained the situation to the collection department when I got the call from them and I’ve promised them to pay once my family landed in India.

On Monday, 30th May 2011 around 2pm Singapore time, I received a call from this Cell Phone no. +91-[protected] and the person introduced himself as Mr. Mohan as collection manager of HDFC. He asked me about the EMI instalment due for this month and I told him that I will be paying the amount in 2 days time since the processing of my foreign cheque is being delayed.

All of a sudden, he started scolding me without any kind of respect as if I am runaway thief and used un-parliamentary, arrogant, rude words without given chance to explain the situation. I told him that this is the first time I am missing the EMI and I have only one instalment pending. But he is not in a state to listen to my explanations and request to grant me extension for couple of days. To add more insult, he threatened to attack me and my family in Coimbatore by sending his collection men to my house. He threatened for my life and my family life by sending thugs to my home.

On this backdrop, I would like to raise the following queries to you and your authorities and I am expecting clear and precise answers from you ASAP.

1. Is this the way you treat a NRI customer who holds long term relationship with your organization?
2. I hope you are running a financial institution with reputed staffs and not ‘Gundas Association’?
3. Why can’t I file a police report to seek protection against so called thugs from Mr. Mohan?
4. What kind of actions are you going to take against this rude guy?

If your answers are not satisfying, I have no other way to take this matter to higher authorities and I will file a defamation suit against your bank and this guy for spoiling my modesty and reputation and I will publish these whole scenarios to all Medias, newspapers, forums and place your debt collecting procedures under spotlight.

Also, I am planning to wound up all my accounts and relationship with HDFC once for all and I will advocate all my NRI friends the same. Due to this unwanted happening, you had missed a chance of my huge sum of investments and fixed deposits and other banks are going to benefit from here.

In my many years of banking relations, I was never treated this way and never get this kind of ill-treatment from any local or foreign banks for more than 30 years.

I sincerely hope, you should advocate, advise and take severe action against this kind of rude persons who are spoiling the good name of the HDFC. Please feel free to contact me if you need more information. Hope to hear from you soon.

FYI, I’ve made arrangements and the EMI instalment of Rs.29, 800/- has been paid on Tue, 31st May 2011.

HDFC Bank lazzy attitute and customer handling

Dear Team Am Balaji. Applied for a personal loan at your bank. Currnetly having homeloan also with HDFC. I approached for the want of personal loan with HDFC. Ms. Priya from chennai - [protected] called me multiple times and followed up for collecting the documents. Once after collecting the documentation from me during last week of April'11 there was no updates given to me. Am keep following up with the above mentioned numbers as well as one of the out sourced agent Mr. Suresh Babu ( who had visited my premises and collected all relevant documents) - [protected]. But I did not get any sort of responses from HDFC...Am really surprised and worried for such sort of customer handling that too from HDFC. Am being a good customer having good track record with my previous loans, need to understand the feed back on my personal loan...My loan Ref. No. through SMS is [protected].

HDFC Bank credit card

hi,

i am a titanium card holder. my card no is [protected]. I have not paid my credit card bills from the last 2 months due to some very severe personal health problems. I will pay the bill by 1st of next month (1st June 2011) positively.

Inspite of my repeated request your employee has been disturbing and abusing me(using very vulgar words) from the Delhi numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected]. The same executive calls me 6/7 times a day and humiliate me. This is an absolute case of defamation and unprofessional behaviour which i dont expect from a bank like HDFC.

I cannot take this ### anymore. Please take my card back. I will pay my dues and close it asap. Else i will have to inform the police about this severe issue.

You guys have issued my credit card even without my consent (i havent asked for an upgrade to a titanium card, one fine morning i receive the titanium card in packet saying that my card has been upgraded)and i have been using it for more than a year. I have paid the dues on time in the past.

I demand a reply why your inexperience executive is using slangs and abusing your customers. I was an HDFC salary account holder and i will definately go to the police and higher authorities if you continue with this unprofessional behaviour.

I have purchased second new bike Emi basis from hdfc bank. Also got the offer credit card & submitted credit card form .all the process done from my side after some time got the verification call from verification department verification also done they told will be received credit Card in 10 days also received SMS application number before 1 month.still I am waiting for credit card also called customer care but did not response properly. But note that also issue unforunitly application number is deleted my phone below the peesonal details are mentioned .

HDFC Bank Credit Cards are worst offenders and would request the reader to stay away from them.

I've been employed abroad for the past 1 year and I was told that they would issue me a settlement letter to clsoe the outstanding.

Right from the beginning, I've been behind them to put this in writing which they avoided. Their interest it seems is only to keep us debted for life and keep extracting the minimum payments. I insisted on paying the entire amount outstanding in 1 lot.

One day I find they freeze my HDFC savings account (proof attached) and take away all the money there without any confirmation or warning. By the way I was using this account to only pay the car loan which hasd another 8 months for closure. My major money is parked with SBI.

I need not mention the abusive language their people used during conversation with my wife.

After numerous phone calls and follow-ups they decided to finally give be the settlement letter. I told them I would pay a part, they need to unfreeze the bank account, following which I would clear the balance credit card outstanding.

They agreed, but this has left me with a bitter experience. I plan to foreclose the FD of 3 lakhs, I have with this bank, just in case they attach it as a lein under some other flimsy ground.

Please beware of HDFC bank - they are unscrupulous, in these matters. Our nationalised banks are the best bet, our money is atleast safe there.

I have nothing more to do with HDFC bank now.

HDFC Bank extreame harassment & nuisance letters, notices&calls by hdfc bank.

With regards it is to bring under your kind notice I am again harassed by HDFC Bank.Today(10/5/2011)I again received a letter on my shop's address from Mr.D Sthyaraj, Advocate, 11/1 P.A.N Rajarathinam, 4th Lane, G.A Road, Old Washermenpet, Chennai.600 021.
This Nuisance letter I received from Mr.D Sthyaraj, Advocate.This particular letter is regarding settlement of the Credit Card debt of Mr.Suhas P Joshi & his Credit Card No:[protected].In my all previous complaints I have mentioned that no person by name Mr.Suhas P Joshi lives on my address but in spite of my repeated mail & complaints I am always harassed by HDFC Bank Credit Card collection agency.Now this is high time for me to approach to Consumer Redressal Forum&file a law suit for this harassment.I have preserved all the notices & assurance mails sent by your department.I tried to contact your bank officers at 022-[protected]/[protected] but no response.
In spite of getting an assurance from you how come they are sending me these Nuisance letters & phonogrames after every 5 to 6 months.It's high time I can't tolerate any more..Now enough is enough.Why should I receive third party collection calls, Notice or Nuisance letters?This time there are two officers names mentioned in this letter.(1)Ritu Manek, [protected](2)Amish Randheria [protected], I called up to Miss Ritu Manek, [protected] but she was not available So I spoke with her Assistant Miss Sneha & she told me to call at 11am on 11/5/2011.I have recorded that conversation.

HDFC Bank no response from sales executive

I've submitted my all documents along with the processing fee to Mr. Bharat Bhushan who claims to be HDFC sales agent from Munirka, Delhi office. He committed that the loan will be processed within 7 days but in last 7 weeks he has hardly replied. There is no reply from his end and I have been chasing him like anything but he picks his phone once in 2 weeks and always says that he is busy and will get back to me and disconnects. He has never eplied to me till dat. I have submittes the complaint in consumer forum, Please help me with the escalation matrix and the correct office where a notice can be issued to him.

HDFC Bank in the name of emi and balance transfer offer cheating

Hello sir,

I have some problem with hdfc credit card below I have mentioned my problem please read and take necessary action.

I got a call from hdfc representative on november month 2010 regarding the hdfc titanium card, she explained about the facilities that are in the card like emi and balance transfer all are enabled default on your card. I conformed again before apply and applied. I got the card on december 2010, the representative told me that after getting your card with in 10 days you have make a call to the customer care and transfer the balance from some other card to hdfc titanium card. I called the customer care service and asked them about this after 3 days they said you don't have option of balance transfer in your card, I told about this they said, "no you dont have the balance transfer offer you have cash load offer, please wait for few months we will enable this like that". After few days I purchased a two mobile phones amount of rs.28000 using hdfc credit card, and I called the customer care and asked them to convert my 28000 purchase in to emi, "same answer from the customer care you don't have that offer, so please wait for few more months we will enable it like that" I requested the customer care to raise the request for emi conversion. They simply told me that sorry we don't have offer on this like that. So I collected money from my friends and payed to the hdfc full amount, after a month I planned to purchase a laptop some amount of 48000, this I called the customer care before I purchase and I conformed that I have a emi option, the customer care executive told that yes you have the option just call the customer care after purchasing. And I purchased after I called them please convert this as a emi this time they told "sorry you dont have the emi offer" please wait for some more months and it will be enabled on your card. Like that. I asked them I already inform to the customer care before purchase, but now your saying like this, they told me very simply sorry we given you a wrong information. Sorry for that but you don't have the emi option on your card like that. I requested some many times and emailed to the manger simply they are saying sorry we can't do anything. Like that. Please do the needful. I referred 5 of my friends and they got the card also, but they have the all options balance transfer and emi like that I asked them how they enabled you this offers, my friends told they have received a call about a hdfc medical insurance and I have applied that then automatically all the options are enabled or me like that. I also got the call but I told them I have some other insurance some no needed like that. This is full of cheating. Please do the needful. The interest of 48000 is too high for every month. Please take necessary action.

The worst bank i have seen in my life...and once you get a credit card from it ...your life is a hell for sure.
My personal experience the the same the one you have faced Mr. Vadivel. Fake promises, wrong charges and the best thing NO ACTIONS TAKEN by the bank after calling them repeatedly..Filed a complaint with the bank, woth the nodal officer and now its time for the RBI.
