I have had a car loan with CPS since Feb 2007. Recently this year I am going through a divorce. It's nasty, I am behind on my payments due to not receiving child support and low paying job. i am trying to raise 4 children and I pay what I can. In the last couple months I have given them what I can. I now have a new job and can't pay anything till Oct 16. They are calling and harrassing family members and myself. Yesterday I came home to a note taped to my door saying contact them immediately! They called my brother and threatened that they were going to bring me up on Grand Theft auto charges. These people need to be STOPPED. They will not work out payment arrangements with you. They want payment in full for the past due or nothing else. They are releasing personal information to 3rd parties. Can they do this?? Someone help or they are supposively pressing charges. Who can I call! sdd3178@yahoo.com
