I ordered sheets from them based on their high quality guarantee ... as well as their claim that sheets are returnable for any reason within 14 days. I just received them about 10 minutes ago. What they don't tell you is if you want to return them, you have to pay return shipping AND a 15% re-stocking fee for product you can't see before you purchase. I'm returning these sheets because they are ONION-SKIN paper thin! They won't last long. So, not only will they get their product back immediately, plus have a bad review posted online ... but they've also lost a potential repeat customer. If the sheets had been of good quality, I had planned on buying several more sets ... because you just can't find decent sheets these days!

I paid $149 for a king size fitted sheet for a deep mattress. When it arrived there was paperwork saying it was not returnable if it was removed from the sealed plastic packaging. I had tried other sheets on my new 18"mattress that were supposed to fit mattresses up to 22", but when I tried them on my mattress they were too small to tuck in on all sides. I didn't want to risk losing ALL my money just for the privilege of trying this sheet on my bed, so I chose to return it unopened. Also, they assess a 15% "restocking fee" for returns even if they're unopened. I sent it back at a cost of $17.90 shipping and insurance (which hardtofindsheets.com advises customer to get). They kept the 15%. $22.35. So, in essence, I paid a total of $40.25 for NOTHING! Nowhere on the website do they warn the consumer about this onerous policy of a restocking fee for a simple bed sheet. Normally restocking fees are for major items like furniture or appliances or electronics. This was a total ripoff!

The shipping charges are NOT refunded even when they don't tell the truth about the fit
(they claim it fits 14 inch thick mattresses yet only has a nine inch corner seem).
Tag says Made in INDIA products--buyer beware--NO quality fabric, thin enough to read through and the thread count must be a joke. Even the stitching is bad, looked like basting length stitches. My shipment of white sheets even had what appeared to be a small BLOOD STAIN on the fitted sheet, as if the person folding it may have had a hang nail bleed or something worse. Awful service, awful products, not at all "luxury" as they described their products. I paid $200 for a set that was comparable to a set purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $20. This company only has "drop shipments" sent to you from yet another company in California called "Got Ya Covered" you might as well order from them, you may get better service but the same crappy goods. Pay Pal had to FORCE them to give me a REFUND.
