i was subed out to do a job for dawn the owner and i alked off the job site because the company seems very shady i mean what company calls yu in the middle of the night as dawn the owner did to start a job the next morningnd she seemed to always have an excuse why she couldnt meet with me if anyone out there has had job subed out to them by hard hats pleasepost your experienceso i will know ifimade a mistake
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've also did a job for this company..I'm sorry everyone went through this, but it feels ALOT better knowing it wasn't just me. I felt at the time my company did something to cause the mis payments. My story is similar just like the rest of us.. Games being played about work not being done when there was clear evidence it was completed and checked off... I hope their out of business as well...
Mrs Betty was cleaning in a room i was outside the room i heard something.I went into the room and Betty was getting up and stated she fell. Well i got the supervisor to talk to her.I heard with my own ears Keith asked do you need a doctor.And when Mrs Dawn heard about it she rushed over and asked and begged Betty to go to the doctor, Betty said NO i'm okay i'll sleep on it and let you know. Well a few days later she did not come in she was cleaning another house for another company.Then Betty contacted a lawyer and when Mrs Dawn's lawyer tried to fill in the blanks Betty was no where to be found.Even her lawyer could not find her. I worked with Mrs Dawn and loved it.
We also did a job for this company and never got paid. I hope they are out of business!
I did jobs for hard Hat back in 2012 and was not paid for several of them. Dawn told me she was having tax problems and asked me to be patient with her and then I never heard a thing. I wrote it off as a bad business decision and have moved on.
I worked for this company for a total of 2 weeks when I was told I was hired on a as needed basis. I have yet to receive a check for my 2 weeks of work. I can't reach anyone by phone and will be going to the better business bureau and my lawyer to get my payment. It's illegal to work people for free.
It is interesting that i found this complaint board as my company The Aang Group has not been paid either for work done December 18, 2013. I have multiple numbers for Hard Hat Cleaning USA and all numbers go directly to voicemail. Eliazbeth Dawson has stopped answering emails and i have yet to receive a payment for services completed. I think that is very unprofessional for a company to conduct business in this manner. If there are others who haven't received payment yet please contact missasheya at gmail dot com. I think this needs to stop and someone should do something about this.
In response to Tressy B, We have since then had 4 accountants. We have had a high turnover in that area. We are looking into paperwork for the two jobs you say you have completed and someone from our company will be in contact with you very soon. Thank you.
In December 2012, I completed two cleaning jobs for Hard Hat Cleaning; both in the Knoxville, TN area. Inspections were conducted and all paperwork was signed off on. I have since been unable to receive payment for the services rendered. They owe me a total of $675.
After numerous attempts by phone, mail, and email to contact them, I have yet to receive a response as to why I have not been paid.
Alpha Field Services was paid by Check No. 1275 dated November 14, 2013. The check was sent to the address reflected on their Waiver of Lien with a signature required at time of delivery. They stated after the check was sent that they want it sent to a different address which presented confusion as to where the check was being delivered. Hard Hat Cleaning USA, Inc. pays their cleaning teams at Net 45 or when they receive payment from their clients which is stated very clearly in our paperwork. Dawn is great at what she does. She gave me a job when I didn't have any worked lined up. I've always gotten payment on time and never a problem. Sub contractors that walk off site don't get paid, that's common sense. And if you thought it was shady why did you send all the paper work and continue with her business? You got kicked off of the job site because you didn't clean the way cleaners with common sense are supposed to clean. Her staff is amazing and can only relay messages. As it states in the contract it's net 45. They have to get paid first, I mean that's common sense. Simple minded monkeys can read. It's not that hard. It was a good thing you didn't I sub contracted for Dawn's company, and have yet to receive payment. Her staff has lied on several occasions, I intend to pursue all legal avenues to get the money that she owes me. Your instincts were correct!
