HappyRooms HappyRooms: Affordable Prices and Excellent Customer Service

We decided to book a hotel for our trip to London in July of 2016, and we stumbled upon HappyRooms. The prices were incredibly low, and we were thrilled to have found such a great deal. We booked our hotel and eagerly awaited our trip.

However, in March of 2017, we received an email from HappyRooms stating that our reservation was no longer available. We were disappointed to hear this news, as we had been looking forward to our stay. But to our surprise, HappyRooms offered us a similar hotel in the same area of London for the same price, just one week later. We were relieved to have found a replacement hotel, and we eagerly awaited our new trip.

Despite our initial disappointment, we were pleased with the customer service we received from HappyRooms. They were helpful and accommodating, and they made sure that we were able to find a suitable replacement hotel. We were impressed with their professionalism and their willingness to make things right.

At first, we were skeptical of HappyRooms. After all, our first booking had been cancelled, and we were worried that we had fallen victim to a scam website. But we were pleasantly surprised to find that HappyRooms is a real and legitimate website. They may not always be able to fulfill every reservation, but they do their best to make things right for their customers.

In the end, we ended up saving $600 by booking through HappyRooms instead of using other hotel booking websites like Hotels.com. And to top it off, we ended up staying at an even better hotel than the one we had originally booked. We were thrilled with our experience with HappyRooms, and we would definitely use their services again in the future.

HappyRooms Pleasantly Surprised: My Experience Booking with HappyRooms.com

I recently booked a room on HappyRooms.com and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. At first, I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews online. People were saying that it was a scam, a rip off, and that they didn't receive any response when problems arose. But I decided to take a chance and book a room anyway, and I'm glad I did.

The booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I was able to find a great price for the room I wanted, and the financial outcome was accurate and confirmed with the hotel. I even had the opportunity to chat with someone online after booking, and they responded to my question in less than 10 minutes. It was a relief to know that there was someone there to help if I needed it.

Now, I'm just waiting for my hotel stay to see how it goes. I'm counting on everything going smoothly, and I have a feeling it will. I'll definitely keep you posted on how it turns out. At this point, I'm giving HappyRooms.com 4 stars because I haven't had my hotel stay yet. But if everything goes well, I'll definitely upgrade to 5 stars.

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention - I paid an extra $50.00 for an upgrade. I'm curious to see if it was worth it!

HappyRooms Disappointing Experience with HappyRooms: Executive Room Booking Gone Wrong

I booked a hotel through HappyRooms in December 2016 for my August 2017 holiday to Florida. I had stayed at this hotel before and decided to pay an extra ?250 to have an executive room on the executive floor, which included breakfast and snacks in the evening. However, the day before we were due to arrive, I received an email stating that my booking number had changed.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were disappointed to find that there was no room available on the executive floor. This meant that we had to pay a fortune for breakfasts and all other extras. I tried to contact HappyRooms several times on my mobile, but I was dreading the phone bill which was going to be an extra ?40.

After returning home, I emailed HappyRooms straight away to complain about the situation. They offered me some money back in dollars (even though I had paid in pounds), but the amount did not even cover what I had paid extra, so I was still out of pocket. I have sent several emails since then, but I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.

My advice to anyone considering using HappyRooms is to cancel and get your money back if you can. I would recommend using another website instead.

HappyRooms Beware of HappyRooms.com: A Complete Fraud with Bait-and-Switch Tactics

I stumbled upon this website while looking for a hotel for a weekend getaway that's more than two months away. I've checked other websites, but they all say that the hotels I'm interested in are fully booked for that weekend. Even the hotels' own websites confirm that the dates are unavailable. But then I discovered HappyRooms.com, and to my surprise, they have the hotel I want for $200 less than any other website. I was ecstatic, but also skeptical. How could they offer such a great deal when everyone else says it's impossible?

I decided to do some research on HappyRooms.com before booking. I've never used them before, and I don't want to fall for a scam. As it turns out, my suspicions were correct. HappyRooms.com is a complete fraud. They use bait-and-switch tactics to lure unsuspecting customers into booking with them. I'm so grateful that I checked out sitejabber, trustpilot, and Google reviews before making a costly mistake.

I hope that others will read this review and steer clear of HappyRooms.com. Don't be fooled by their too-good-to-be-true prices. They're not worth the risk. Stick with reputable websites and book directly with the hotel if you can. Don't let HappyRooms.com ruin your vacation plans.

HappyRooms Unreliable and Disappointing: My Experience with HappyRooms

I recently used HappyRooms to book a room for my elderly mother at the Ambassador Transit Hotel in Singapore. I was excited to surprise her with a comfortable stay during her layover, but unfortunately, things did not go as planned.

Despite receiving a confirmation email from HappyRooms, I was shocked to find out that there was no room reservation for my mother when I contacted the hotel three hours prior to her arrival. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially since I had already paid for the room in advance.

To make matters worse, my bank was unable to refund my money since the check-in date had not yet passed. This left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of by both HappyRooms and the hotel.

While I appreciate the effort made by Anastasia Spirkina, the concierge specialist at HappyRooms, to ensure a pleasant stay for my mother, the lack of follow-through and communication between the booking site and the hotel was unacceptable.

Overall, my experience with HappyRooms was disappointing and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free booking experience. It's a shame that my mother's layover was ruined by this unfortunate incident.

HappyRooms Unreliable Booking: My Experience with Happyrooms.com

I recently booked two consecutive stays with Happyrooms.com for the dates of November 17-21 and November 23-26. I was pleased to receive confirmation emails for both bookings, complete with vouchers. However, my satisfaction was short-lived when I received an email less than one day before my trip informing me that the hotel I had booked two weeks prior was now fully booked. I was outraged by this news and concerned about the reliability of the site.

To make matters worse, we are now facing difficulties with relocation for our bookings. I implore Happyrooms.com to resolve this issue promptly, as my trust in the site is quickly diminishing.

I have provided my reservation codes for both bookings, which are *** and BMVCQ754YBMH, respectively. However, I have since received news that we will not be able to confirm our accommodations until the morning of our arrival, when we will already be on our flight. This last-minute notification has caused a major disruption to our entire itinerary and schedule.

I am left wondering how Happyrooms.com will guarantee us a place to stay and what compensation will be provided if our accommodations are still not ready upon our arrival. I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly and that my faith in the site can be restored.

HappyRooms Disappointing Experience with HappyRooms: Lost Vacation Due to Booking Issues

I recently made a reservation through HappyRooms and was initially pleased to receive a confirmation letter to print and take to the hotel. However, my excitement was short-lived when I received an email stating that the transaction looked suspicious and they needed proof from my bank. I provided the necessary information and waited for confirmation, which eventually came with an apology.

Unfortunately, my troubles didn't end there. When I called the hotel to arrange my stay, I was shocked to discover that they knew nothing about my reservation. I immediately contacted the call center in London, but after several overseas calls, all they asked for was my nationality. I provided the information and waited for a response, but none came.

I called the hotel again, but they still had no record of my reservation and confirmed that they didn't have any available rooms on the dates I had requested. Frustrated, I called the call center again, and they transferred my call to someone in Guinea. After explaining my situation, they promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

However, another 24 hours passed, and I still hadn't received any updates. I sent an email asking for help, but they informed me that the agent was closed for the day and needed another 24 hours to resolve the issue. With my trip due in just three days, and it being an "official feast vacation," my family was understandably worried. I had no idea if we would be able to go on our trip.

Overall, my experience with HappyRooms was very bad. I was disappointed that my online booking had caused so much trouble and stress. I was given a booking number, but it didn't seem to mean anything. I had lost my vacation, and it was all because of this site.

UPDATE:

To my surprise, I received an email from HappyRooms congratulating me on getting the hotel confirmation over the reservation. However, when I called the hotel to confirm, they assured me that they had never confirmed my reservation and still didn't have any record of it. My travel date was due within 24 hours, and I still didn't have the confirmation I needed. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and my family and I had lost our vacation because of it.

HappyRooms is still checking with their partner, but it's too late now. The check-in date is tomorrow, and we have no choice but to cancel our trip. It's a huge loss for us, and we're very disappointed with the service we received from HappyRooms.

HappyRooms Mixed Experience with HappyRooms.com: Easy Booking, Clean Room, but Frustrating Lack of Receipt and Communication

I recently booked a room through HappyRooms.com and unfortunately, I have yet to receive an official receipt for my booking. I have contacted their customer service team multiple times and have been promised a receipt three times, but still have not received anything. It's frustrating because I need this receipt for reimbursement from my company.

However, I must say that the initial booking process was easy and straightforward. I appreciated the confirmation receipt that was sent to me immediately after booking. The room itself was also clean and comfortable, so I have no complaints about the actual accommodations.

But the lack of communication and follow-through from HappyRooms.com regarding my receipt has left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would appreciate more transparency and urgency in resolving this issue.

I have been in contact with a customer service representative named Kenneth, who has been polite and helpful in his responses. He has promised to resend a request for the receipt with urgency, so I am hopeful that I will receive it soon.

Overall, my experience with HappyRooms.com has been mixed. While the booking process and accommodations were satisfactory, the lack of follow-through on their end has been frustrating. I hope that they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.

HappyRooms HappyRooms.com Sold Us the Wrong Hotel - Unresolved Issue

We recently booked a two-week stay at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in Mexico through HappyRooms.com. We received confirmation of our booking and a hotel voucher that clearly stated the name of our hotel. Our credit card was charged in full for the purchase. However, when we contacted the hotel to confirm our reservation, we were informed that we were not booked at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso, but rather at their lower-end family property, the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar.

We contacted Happy Rooms to inform them of the problem and provided them with the hotel voucher that clearly indicated the name of the hotel we had booked. We also included screen captures of some of the pages of the hotel reservation and search results from their website with the price of that hotel at the time we booked. Happy Rooms then realized that they had sold us the room at a cheaper price than they had intended to.

We have been in contact with Happy Rooms for over a week now, and while they have been pleasant to deal with, we have not received an acceptable solution. We have requested to be put in contact with a manager or the one person dealing with our file, but our requests have been ignored or we are told that "the manager is currently on the phone". We have repeatedly been told that they will get back to us in 24 hours with an update or resolution, but that never happens.

We do not feel that this situation is getting any proper attention when our emails keep getting responded to by different customer support agents. We are losing patience and hope that this is not what some people are calling a "scam company". We are giving Happy Rooms a deadline of September 28 to resolve this and provide us with the resort we booked.

A reputable company would not sell something to a client at a certain price, provide a receipt and hotel voucher for it, and charge your credit card for that purchase, and then turn around and not honor that purchase, or cancel that purchase without your authorization from us to do so. We certainly have high hopes that Happy Rooms can demonstrate that it is a respectable company and honor what we purchased.

We hope to get back to you all here with an update that this has been rectified promptly and to our satisfaction.

Sandra and Chris

HappyRooms Unresolved Booking at Iberostar Grand Hotel in Mexico with HappyRooms.com: A Warning to Other Consumers

It's been almost a month since we booked with HappyRooms.com and we still haven't received a resolution to our booking at the Iberostar Grand Hotel in Mexico. We've tried to contact them multiple times, but no actual manager or supervisor has reached out to us. It's frustrating because they've had our money since the booking.

We've been offered two substandard options to switch over to, but we've refused. The customer service has been terrible, and we don't know what to do. We've issued a complaint with the BBB and the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the US. We've even reached out to the owner of Emerging Travel and Ostrovok via LinkedIn. We've also contacted travel magazines to discuss our story. We'll continue to update our post here and on Trust Pilot until this gets resolved.

We've alerted our credit card company that the credit card transaction is for a payment on a product which we did not receive, which we will move forward with as a fraudulent charge if need be.

The only solution HappyRooms.com needs to do is to stop these bait-and-switch tactics. They need to stop blaming their partners and technical glitches and deliver the product to their customers like any other reputable company would do.

To others who may book with HappyRooms.com, we highly recommend that if you do make an online booking, call the hotel you booked and ensure they have your booking for the correct stay, room category, and that it has been paid for. Honest online reviews are one of the powerful ways we as consumers can hold companies like Happy Rooms to be accountable.

On September 9, 2016, we booked a two-week stay at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in Mexico via the website happyrooms.com. We received a confirmation of the booking and the actual hotel voucher, which clearly states the name of our hotel that we booked: the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso. Our credit card was also charged in full for this purchase.

As we always do after an online hotel booking, we contacted the hotel to confirm that they received our reservation from HappyRooms.com. The hotel informed us that they unfortunately did not have a reservation for us at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso, but rather, that our reservation was at their much lower-end family-friendly property, the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar.

We've sent multiple emails to HappyRooms and made many phone calls, but their common response is that they are working with their partners to find an acceptable solution. One email response stated that their partners presented them with the solution to simply "cancel our reservation," but that they didn't believe that this was an acceptable solution. We've repeatedly asked to be put in contact with a manager to remedy this situation, but this request either gets ignored or we are told that "the manager is currently on the phone" but will be in touch. Not once were we ever contacted by a supervisor or manager via email or phone regarding this booking.

Finally, more than two weeks after our initial contact with HappyRooms about this problem, and after putting pressure on them to come up with a resolution by September 28, they came back with an email message offering a 25% refund for our reservation if we agree to stay in Paraiso Del Mar Hotel. We've responded to them that this solution is completely unacceptable and that this appears to be a "bait and switch" tactic by HappyRooms.

We've now involved the Better Business Bureau and the Bureau of Consumer Protection. After booking this hotel for a certain price and being issued a hotel voucher for that hotel and that price, it is Happyroom's responsibility to honor it. A reputable company would not come back to a customer to say they charged the wrong price by accident after they had issued the hotel voucher and charged our credit card in full, and also offer a much lower end alternative hotel.

We'll keep all readers apprised, and we warn you all, that should you choose to use HappyRooms.com, you should check your reservation with the hotel immediately to ensure it exists and it reflects what you booked.

HappyRooms Disappointing Customer Service Experience with HappyRooms - Not Recommended

So, I decided to book a room with HappyRooms for a business trip with my co-worker. We needed a room with double beds, so I went ahead and made the reservation. However, I had some questions and concerns, so I decided to email their customer service team. Unfortunately, the response I received was not what I was expecting. All they said was to cancel the room by a certain date. I was disappointed that they didn't address my concerns or offer any apologies. It left me feeling frustrated and annoyed.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with HappyRooms was not a good one. The lack of customer service and communication was a major letdown. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for a hassle-free booking experience. In fact, I would advise you to stay away from it altogether. There are plenty of other options out there that offer better service and value for your money.

HappyRooms Disappointing Experience at HappyRooms: Poor Customer Service and False Information Provided by Agent

So, I was really excited to stay at HappyRooms, but unfortunately my experience was not so happy. The agent I spoke with was not very helpful and even lied to me a couple of times. When I asked for his name, he gave me a fake one, which made me feel like he was hiding something.

I had to call the hotel multiple times just to get him on the phone, and every time he promised to call me back but never did. It was frustrating to say the least. I even had trouble checking into the hotel and ended up waiting in the lobby for hours without any resolution.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at HappyRooms. The customer service was lacking and it made my stay less enjoyable. I hope they can improve in the future and provide better service to their guests.

HappyRooms Scam Alert: My Terrible Experience with HappyRooms - Don't Book with Them!

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with HappyRooms. I thought I was being smart by booking my hotel well in advance of my trip, but boy was I wrong. Just four days before I was set to leave, I got a call from someone claiming to be my boyfriend (which is weird because he wasn't even with me at the time) saying that our reservation had been cancelled. I never got any kind of confirmation or refund for this cancellation, and when I tried to talk to the hotel office about it, HappyRooms wouldn't even speak to them. It's a total scam, and I wouldn't recommend booking with them at all. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company.

HappyRooms Unhappy with HappyRooms: Reservation cancelled, money not refunded, and prices increased!

So, I had a bit of a situation with HappyRooms. I made a reservation three months ago and just recently they cancelled it on me, saying there was some kind of technical error. They promised to give me my money back, but I haven't seen it yet. To make matters worse, when I went to re-book the same hotel for the same dates, the price had gone up by a lot!

After reaching out to HappyRooms, they told me that there was another technical error and they needed some time to fix it. I was a bit frustrated, but I decided to wait it out and see what would happen. It's now October and I'm still waiting to see if everything will be okay.

Overall, I'm not too happy with the situation, but I'm hoping that everything will work out in the end. I'll be sure to update this review once I know more.

HappyRooms Unreliable and Non-Responsive: My Disappointing Experience with HappyRooms

So, I decided to give HappyRooms a try and made a reservation with them about a month ago. I was excited to have found a great deal on a hotel room and paid in full. However, I have been trying to get an email confirmation from them for weeks now and have not received anything. I started to get suspicious and decided to call the hotel's booking department in Miami to confirm my reservation. To my surprise, they told me that they had record of a reservation in my name, but it had been cancelled. I was shocked and frustrated to learn that I did not have a reservation, but HappyRooms had my money.

I have tried to contact HappyRooms several times, but they have been totally non-responsive. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to help me with this issue. It is very disappointing to have paid for a reservation and not receive any confirmation or assistance from the company. I have learned my lesson and will always book directly with the hotel from now on.

Overall, my experience with HappyRooms has been very disappointing. I would not recommend using their services as they have not been reliable or helpful in my case. It is important to be cautious when booking through third-party websites and to always double-check with the hotel to confirm your reservation.

HappyRooms Disappointing Experience with HappyRooms: Hotel Reservation Not Booked

So, I had a bit of a problem with HappyRooms. I paid $800 for a hotel reservation, but when I got to the hotel, they didn't have any record of my booking. It was a real bummer, let me tell you. I called HappyRooms three times to try and sort it out, and the agents I spoke to were really nice and helpful. But unfortunately, they couldn't fix the problem because they use another company to actually book the hotels, and that company wasn't doing their job properly.

Honestly, it was a huge waste of time. I didn't save any money by booking through HappyRooms, and now I'm just hoping that I can get my money back without any issues. It's really disappointing, because I really wanted to like this company. But when it comes down to it, if they can't even get the basics right - like making sure that hotel reservations actually get booked - then what's the point?

I'm not saying that you shouldn't use HappyRooms - maybe I just had a bad experience. But I would definitely recommend being cautious if you do decide to book with them. Make sure you double-check your reservation with the hotel directly, just to be safe. And if you do run into any problems, be prepared to spend a lot of time on the phone with customer service.

All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with HappyRooms. I really hope that they can get their act together and start providing a better service, because I think there's a lot of potential there. But for now, I'll be sticking with more reliable booking sites.

HappyRooms Unreliable and Unsafe: My Experience with HappyRooms

I tried to change the date of my reservation on HappyRooms, but it's been more than a week and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I called them five times, but they seem to be taking their sweet time. It's frustrating because they don't seem to care about my time or money.

To make matters worse, after I made a purchase on their site, my credit card information was stolen. I don't trust this site or the deals they offer. It's a shame because I was really excited about my trip, but now I'm worried about the safety of my personal information.

If you're thinking about using HappyRooms, I would advise against it. They don't seem to be a trustworthy company. I'm considering getting a lawyer involved because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

HappyRooms Beware of HappyRooms: A Dishonest Company That Cheats and Steals from Customers

I recently had an experience with HappyRooms and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I had booked a room with them for September with the option of cancellation. However, in July, I decided to cancel my booking. To my surprise, HappyRooms informed me that the cancellation date was May 29th, 2016. This was quite confusing as I had made the booking in 2021.

I soon realized that HappyRooms was using a "bait and switch" tactic. When I clicked on the cancellation button, the date and hotel name would change. This was quite frustrating as I was unable to cancel my booking and get my money back. HappyRooms refused to refund my money and I was left with no choice but to go on the vacation in September.

Before cancelling my booking, I had made inquiries and found out that the reservation was only for one night instead of the five nights that I had originally booked. This was quite disappointing as I had planned my vacation for five nights and now I had to make do with just one night.

I would advise anyone looking to book a room with HappyRooms to be very careful. They are not a trustworthy company and I would not recommend them to anyone. It is important to warn your friends and family about their dishonest practices. HappyRooms is a company that cheats and steals from their customers.

HappyRooms Frustrating Experience with HappyRooms: Lack of Customer Service and Refund Issues

I recently had an experience with HappyRooms that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had booked a hotel in Pennsylvania for my upcoming trip, but unfortunately, my brother-in-law passed away and I needed to cancel my reservation. I called the hotel directly to cancel on the 17th, which was five days before my scheduled check-in on the 22nd. The hotel was able to cancel my reservation, but they informed me that I needed to contact HappyRooms to get my money back.

I tried calling the phone number provided by HappyRooms, but it wasn't going through. I also tried emailing them using the confirmation email they had sent me, but the email bounced back. I was really disappointed that there wasn't a 1-800 number or a help line that I could call for assistance. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like I was stuck in a loop with no way to get in touch with anyone who could help me.

Eventually, I had to keep calling the hotel to try and get in touch with HappyRooms. Finally, on the 22nd, the hotel gave me an email address for HappyRooms and I was able to send them a message. However, when I did finally get in touch with them, they told me that I would only be refunded half of the amount I had paid. They also said that they needed to talk to the hotel, which didn't make sense to me since the hotel had already cancelled my reservation.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with HappyRooms. It felt like they didn't have a good system in place for customer service, and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless. I wouldn't recommend booking with them based on my experience.

HappyRooms Terrible Customer Service and Bait-and-Switch Tactics: A Warning About Happyrooms.com

We recently made a reservation through Happyrooms.com for a hotel in the city we were planning to visit. However, we were disappointed to find out that the hotel could not confirm our reservation upon arrival. It was quite frustrating to learn that we were booked at a different hotel, which was significantly less nice than what we had originally booked.

We immediately contacted Happyrooms.com to resolve the issue. We called them every day for a week, hoping to get updates and a resolution to our problem. Each time we called, they promised to fix it and assured us that they would contact us as soon as possible. However, we never received any call back from them.

We were left with no choice but to cancel our reservation and book directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, by that time, the price had increased, and we had to pay more than what we had originally planned.

We suspect that Happyrooms.com may have intentionally booked us at the cheaper hotel, which is a classic "bait and switch" scam. We were lucky to have called the hotel to confirm our reservation and discovered the error ourselves.

We were extremely disappointed with the customer service we received from Happyrooms.com. It was the worst experience we have ever had with a booking company. We strongly advise against booking with this fraudulent company.

HappyRooms bad treatment

Never book with them, people. Several weeks ago I booked a hotel room but had to cancel due to an unseen situation in my life. The hotel employee said I had to cancel through their customer service if I want a refund. So I tried to call you, but the line was constantly busy. The email address I had was disabled. Looked pretty suspicious and sad at the same time.
I am advising you to avoid this company of scammers...

HappyRooms Total disappointment!

I'm very disappointed with these guys, in my opinion HappyRooms is a highly unprofessional company and I would never recommend it to anyone.
I booked a hotel stay several weeks in advance, they took my money very quickly and I received all the confirmations. Everything seemed fine, but 2 days before my vacation I was contacted by the hotel manager who said I needed to pay for the reservation otherwise they will cancel my booking! They said they did not get the money!
I immediately contacted HappyRooms and asked what was going on but these scammers did not even bother to reply! I had to cancel my reservation, but I'm still out of money! I want to get a full refund and need HappyRooms to contact me as soon as possible!

HappyRooms Not providing receipts

I made a booking for the Sofitel Hotels via HappyRooms. They sent a confirmation email with the statement: 'fully paid'. There was no where on the email that said what price I had paid. I rung customer service at HappyRooms to say that I need to see the price on a receipt because I can get the cost reimbursed for my job. The customer service man refused and we argued for a long time. Eventually he said that I would have to write a 'letter' to request to have the costs released. If HappyRooms refuse to release the costs paid in the form of a receipt then they should clearly state that on their website - I definitely would not have booked through them if that was the case.

HappyRooms I do not recommend using this company.

I have booked a hotel room via HappyRooms website and due to some circumstances I was not able to get to the hotel, so I contacted HappyRooms customer service and asked them to change the date. They seemed very nice and said that they will fix everything and that I have nothing to worry about. I believed them.
Later I decided to contact the hotel and ask about my reservation and only then I found out that HappyRooms did nothing! I contacted them again and they claimed that they did change the date but the hotel manager told me that nothing was changed. So I had to resolve the situation my own.
HappyRooms is highly unprofessional and I do not recommend using this company.

I booked a hotel via Happy Rooms for a trip to Australia. I paid Happy Rooms online via Credit Card. They sent me an email saying: 'paid fully'. There was no numerical value as to how much I had paid. I rung the help line to ask for a receipt. I need a receipt for my work to reimburse the cost. The guy at the call centre for Happy Rooms refused to issue me with a receipt. He stated that Happy Rooms do not provide customers with receipts. When I threatened to complain against the company he said that I could write a letter to request a receipt. They never replied to my letter. This online company is a scam.

HappyRooms Bad experience

Booked a hotel via HappyRooms and when I contacted the hotel directly to see if everything was ok, they said that there was no reservation on my name and that they did not get the money.
I immediately contacted HappyRooms and told them about the problem. They tried to fix the situation but were not able to tell where my money was. They could at least offer me another place to stay and could pay for it too. So literally I wasted my money on nothing! Horrible!

HappyRooms No confirmation info and impossible to reach them

We booked the hotel rooms through the website www.happyrooms.com. We booked the hotel 7 days before the flight, but we still haven’t received any confirmation number or information. Tomorrow we would be in Barcelona, but we couldn’t reach the hotel’s reception. We don’t feel ourselves securely and the situation is rather tricky. We don’t know what to do and how to contact these scamme*s. Please, maybe someone can help us.

HappyRooms They didn't help you if you have any problems

I tried to book the hotel room through the company www.happyrooms.com. But each time it showed error. I was shocked and contacted the real agent. I explained the situation and asked to help me, but the rep refused and told me that it wasn’t his responsibility. I was shocked with such services. But I could do nothing with this problem, so I simply closed the website and found another one.
