Hallo-tune calls

On hallo-tune call from AIR TEL - I have not pressed any mobile switch, however, my hallo-tune is changed and Rs.35/- debited from my balance. I want refund of the same also, I want AIR TEL not to call me for hallo-tunes.
This is really furstrating.
