I used the services of the company Habteks.com. We agreed about price of $3.000. After several weeks, I noticed that this company charged me twice and took about $5, 000. I contacted the customer services and asked about these payments. The agent promised to check and called back, but of course no one called me back. I still haven’t returned money back. I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
I have just started to note charges to my visa card here in NZ from Habteks.com. There are numerous charges during the past few months.
I have never heard of the CO. do not even know what type of merchant they are.. Failed to find them on web search. Can any one assist with a phone number or email address to enable me to contact them and try to get my money back. Concerned how they got my visa details.
