Guess unethical behaviour

i was called on 2016-11-14 6:34pm for a job interview at guess located in St-Laurent mall in Ottawa. during the job interview the assistant manager ryan told me that everything is good during that moment i told him that i had job with jack jones and asked him should i quit and he said yes ! a week later no calls for my schedule until i called and was noticed that i cut off because they cut hours, and when i told him that he told me to quit he went with another excuse by telling me that my background check wasn't received ... i just dont understand how an assistant manager can be so unprofessional. im a student full time and live in a apartment and im having problems with money and this type of bullcrap happens ! when i used to work in a pharmacy i was a clerk supervisor and never ever would i give that type of service.

Guess Refund policy

I had made an online purchase through Guess.ca. I had called the Guess Yorkdale store to inquire about the refund policy if I were to do it in store rather than online. The girl was very rude and not knowledgeable regarding refund policies. She said to call back when a manager was in. When I asked what her name was said she was not allowed to give it out and when asked what her manager's name was she said she was not allowed to give that out either. We called another Guess location (Sherway Gardens) right after and those employees had no problem giving out their name and were very helpful.

Guess ridiculous

Ordered a pair of shoes from GUESSFactory and received the wrong pair. Not only model was incorrect but also the size was way too small. I contacted GUESSFactory and asked for a replacement and they said that first I have to send the incorrect pair back. I asked for a return label but they refused and said that I need to pay for the return shipping. Return shipping cost a lot, but I had no other option. Later I received a replacement. Shoes were the same as I ordered but again - small size! I contacted them again and demanded a refund but they refused and said that there was nothing they could do.

Guess they just lost a customer!

I went to the Guess store and bought a bag there. I was in a hurry so I just took the one I liked the most and bought it.
Later I found out the there was a big hole on the inside! I was shocked. Guess is quite a reputable company and well known, so I never expected anything like that.
Anyways I went back to the store, explained what happened and asked them to replace the bag. They literally called me a liar and said that they would never sell a defective back. So they actually meant that I did something to the bag. They were very rude and impolite and asked me to leave the store. Shame on you Guess! Will never buy anything from them again! They just lost a costumer!

Guess defective handbags and wallets

I bought a Guess handbag and Wallet and am super disappointed and angry at the inferior quality of both items.
The handles are peeling, the colour is rubbing off and the bag is just awful. The wallet is splitting.
I do not overlead my handbag, nor my purse.
I want a refund... kindly get hold of me.

Guess i'm very disappointed with the quality.

I used to buy things from Guess in the past and really loved the clothing, but in the last few years they changed in a bad way. Recently ordered a cute bag from them and when it finally showed up I was very disappointed with the quality! It was defective and made from cheap material. I contacted customer care and asked for a refund. They agreed so I returned the bag but there is still no money. Well, I'm sure they'll refund me, because they are trustworthy and quite reputable. But I'm very disappointed with the quality.

I buy guess shoes from one shop in Maastricht in Netherland and after wearing it in 3 weeks damage and I was in Dubai for vacation I take it to guess shop in Dubai, but they tell me that they are responsible for only UAE guess items so when I come back to Maastricht I go the shop but it was closed and I still have the bill when I should go !?
And I send two times to guess customer services but without replying..!
Please respond me as soon as possible.

Guess bracelet delivery

I order a a bracelet through guess.eu. Everyday since the dispatching order I was checking everyday where is my package. Today (25/11/2015) around 3 am in the morning I checked the package and it was saying: Succesfully delivered on 24/11/2015 at 10:00 am. So immediatelly I contacted via phone number company Guess. I explained the situation in nice manner what happened. The lady on the other side was leaving me on hold 2-3 times. She said to me the name of person who recieved my package and asked if I do not know this neighbour. I said no. After she said the courier company can leave parcel with any neighbours. I can understand that, it is quite logical, but the courier did not left any message, any note, any email or text. I asked her how it is possible? She put me on hold. She told me to go to post office, grab a form, fill it up and send it, while she will contact headquarters. I asked her about adress where should I send the form. She gave me email adress. What the hell is that? Firstly she gave me wrong email, she put me on hold, and after she gave me right one email adress. I said okey, hang up the phone. After I called the DHL courier company, cause the traking number and tracking information was on their page. They told me the cooperate with Parcel Force UK. So again I needed to find phone contact number for that company and call them. They took my phone number, adress, tracking number and said to me they will let me know as soon as possible. The main thing and problem is, I ordered bracelet, I paid for it and I was waiting for it. I DID NOT RECIEVE IT. I did not recieve any email, message, text or call where my parcel if left. And why I am providing my phone number after all? After calling the main company I need to look for my parcel, go to grab some form and send it to you by email? And calling 2 couriers company and they did not offer any quick solution? Do you think this is good customer service? It was my first shopping with GUESS.eu and probably the last one. I feel myself really angry, dissapointed and it is big disgrace for GUESS.eu and both courier companies. Thank you

Guess bad quality clothing and irrespectful staff

Recently I got a black coat which is worth $110 from guess ..The cloth turned out to be the worst one I have ever seen..

It was for my office and the coat looked weird..

When I contacted the guess store, the people over there were not at all polite and asked me to leave the store..I was a very loyal customer of guess and bought many clothes and accessories there, but, the people over there were not at all respectful when I had an issue..

Guess bad quality

I purchase a pair of guess boots and within two months of just wearing them 3 times the sole detached from the shoe. I paid 110.00 for these boots. It was a gift that was purchased ahead of time for my girlfriend. I was embarrassed especially that I thought I bought quality which end up being cheap. I will never buy or recommend guess products to anyone.

Guess regarding hotel cleanliness

Doesn’t the guess & spa hotel port dickson have any type of standards for quality control? I had the misfortune of staying at the guess & spa hotel port dickson between 27/10/14 and 28/1014. The reason I call it a misfortune is because of the bathroom conditions of my room. I do not consider myself a fussy person, but the filth that I encountered was disgusting.

The room I stayed in was extremely dirty and smelly. The wall of the bathroom was full of fungus n yellowish stains and the room that shows in the agoda website picture was totally different from the room that given to me. I would be very surprised if you have not been aware or contacted in regards to these conditions in the past by other frequent travelers. Surely, I am not the only frequent travel guest that you have heard complaints from, about the conditions of the room.

I hope this letter will encourage you to expeditiously investigate the cleanliness of the rooms you offer to your travel guests. There is really no excuse for a less than perfect room, never mind the filth that was evident in the room that I was given. Raise your quality control standards and procedures, or find a new business.

Guess watch

We'll my mums expensive watch that was in perfect condition needed it's battery to be replaced, so we went to the guess shop were we always go to buy all of our products from, in surfers paradise Gold Coast, they girl bell who servers us was saying how it was I such great condition and we sent it in on the 2nd of April and we got a few calls a month later asking what we want to do with it and stuff which we thought would already be happening than, we get a call on 23rd of May saying it was ready to be picked up we than went in on the 29th to pick up the watch only to realise its in the worst condition looks like it's got wear and tear marks all over it and one of the crystals look like it's be cracked and damaged and glued cheaply back in an non of the others are like that and as we start saying this isn't the condition we sent it away in, for the girl to ring the manager bell who now tells us that yes it had scratches and that it was in that condition after going on when we brought it in how great condition it is in... Which was very strange so than we read that it was apparently send to get the battery repaird on the 10.. So what was it doing for 8 days in store when we got told it gets sent the next day! And we look on the repairs docket which than says it was repaird on the 21st of May to got sent back down from Sydney too the Gold Coast on the 23rd and was ready to pick up that day, we picked it up on the 29th and were disgusted and think how terrible service it was and who disgusting that is too come back too! Very angry as we are great customers and have sent a lot of money there! Very very upsetting and disgusting

Guess broken handle after 1 month use

My mother travelled to New Zealand to visit my sister last year. While there she popped into a GUESS store and bought me a handbag which she gave to me at Christmas (2013).
By the end of January, one handle on the bag started coming away from the bag! After spending that amount on a handbag, you would kind of expect it to last more than one month!
I have bags I bought from other merchants at half the price which have lasted years!
Having contacted GUESS online and sending them a picture of the broken product, I have still yet to get a response...

I mean what can I do? I got it as a gift. My mother is devastated that it broke so soon! How do I go about getting any form of compensation for this product that is obviously extremely poor quality.

I have about 8 GUESS bags and have always found they look pretty for a year before starting to fray and discolour... But this is ridiculous!

Unfortunately I do not think I will ever be buying one ever again. I will make sure to advise all I know to NOT ever buy a GUESS handbag! Or any of their products!

Guess rend shoe and uninterested customer service

One month ago, I buy a pair of guess shoe from catania, Sicilia from Etnea street. I turn back to Turkey and wear 3 times. Unfortunately the shoe is rend. The name of my shoe was Brigitte Glitter Sneaker belongs to this season. I contact with Guess, they asked me the details and I replied, then they didnt care, didnt respond to my e-mails. I paid 110 € just 1, 5 month ago. This is my 10th guess shoe and first time I see this. I send several pictures of my shoes for several times and they are uninterested. I lost my 110€ and nobody response. I want my money.

Guess bad quality handbag

I bought a Guess handbag for my mother for Christmas in November 2012, she only received the bag on Christmas day and in May told me that the colouring of the handle on the bag is coming off and that the strap was breaking and cracking. This is after she told me earlier in the year that the charm that came with the handbag fell off and after contacting Guess to ask if we could buy another one, I didn't even get reply from them.

I sent her the receipt and she went to the Guess shop in her area and since the 6 month warranty expired a week or 2 before they said they couldn't help her. I feel like both our consumer rights have been violated, we bought something that was suppose to be good quality for R1599 but in the end we bought low quality branded waste for more than it is worth, we feel completely cheated and will never buy from Guess again and I suggest other people shouldn't bother either!

In South-Africa Guess handbags are very expensive if you conciser what a normal South-African salary is, most people probably won't be able to afford them without buying them on credit. I paid R1599 for the bag because I wanted to get her something special that she could get good use out of but it's clear she won't be getting good use out of it at all.

Guess brand new watch that was broken

My husband bought me a guess watch for valentines day from nwj modderfortein in gauteng south africa. I only wore the watch 3 weeks cause i have another guess watch so i was not in a hurry to wear my new on then realised that the clip for the watch was broken and did not clip propley. So he went to nwj(natal wholesale jew) and they said they can not replace it and they have to send it for repairs fair enough i said ok to him and let them sent it in for repairs. Nwj never bother to do follow ups with him he had to keep in contact with him he did the follow ups. When the watch was ready to be pick up the clip was too tight and i could not open it. I sent an email for help to nwj head office and up today i have no responce from them. I am not happy at all . I wanted a refund so i can get another guess watch as i like the product but they refuse to help me. Of give me a vocher so i can get another guess watch as now im sitting wit a guess watch in my house which my husband paid R1700 that i can not use

Guess men's watch

Mens watch was purchased & within 2 weeks of the purchase date the watch was "fogging up" as it was getting moisture I returned the watch were I had purchased it & it was sent away for longer than 4weeks.The feedback was that they had replaced the watch with exactly the same one only for me to find out that it's still "fogging up" what a disappointment as I have to travel +/- 100 kilometers to the jeweler Something feminine

Guess service and warranty

I sent my two month old men's Guess watch in for service and was told after waiting for more than two weeks for a response by mail that my watch is unrepairable and not replaceable, because it was an international model. Is that my problem the watch is an international model sold in the U.S?

On the forum provided by Sequel International (authorized repair facility for Guess) I was told to select four replacement choices. Well, after searching for a replacement on the Internet and selective retailers, I couldn't find a watch within the same price range I purchased my original watch for. I called Sequel International to see if they could provide me a similar style within the same price range new or used. The answer was no and they said they can not issue a voucher or any type of credit. After speaking with two different representatives over two spanned and two lengthy conversations with a manager, I ended up forking out an additional $37.50 to replace my less than two month old watch.

I will NEVER buy a Guess watch or any other product from this company.

I purchased branded Guess bag from Guess UK but item I’ve received was faulty and dust protector was missing. I took this bag back to seller and presented my receipt as well but they refused to change it for another one and no money was refunded as well. Avoid buying from Guess UK

Guess avoid shopping with them

I bought a Guess bag in Rome, Italy. (i've got the bill in my possession to prove it). I then went back to Paris, France, where I live. Now I am in Rio de Janeiro for hollydays until September 14th and I found out that the edges of the handle were peeling off! It's a sort of a rubber that's glued to the edges of the plastic parts to keep it from tearing apart (the sewed parts are still ok, though). I'd like to know what can I do, the soonest as possible (to avoid it to continue peeling through). I can send photos of the damaged parts and a copy of the bill if necessary.

Guess unhappy customer

hi,
i would like to bring to the notice of the Guess Clothing company about the dont care attitude i received from a store they supply their products to.2 months ago i went to a foschini store to purchase a Ladies Guess Bracelet for a birthday gift to my best friend the value of which was R599.00
when going to pay for the item the lady gives me the Bracelet in only a satin draw string bag, no box of any kind. i know these jewellery items cum in boxes because i purchased 2 of these bracelets previously from foschini. When asked why is it not in its Complete packaging she said they are not supplied with the boxes anymore.
this really frustrated me, how do i gift someone a piece of guess jewellery in jus a little bag, it wld look old and tacky.
kindly look in this matter. i would like some feedback on this.
