They lost a pair of USD$400 trousers and denied it.
Now, they've put a burnt hole in a USD$200 shirt..which I will approach them today about. Their service is disguisting and they are completely inefficient - yet they have no decent competition, so we are stuck. I use the one in the city centre mall in Gurgaon. How do I get my money back on the shirt that they've ruined?

The cleaners should be responsible for the damages. You as as customer were stupid to pay that much for a pair of pants. ALL YOU REALLY BOUGHT WAS A SIMPLE PAIR OF PANTS WITH A VERY EXPENSIVE LABEL. THIS MADE YOU FEEL IMPORTANT. SAME AS FOR TH E SHIRT. DID THE CLEANERS CHARGE MORE FOR THE EXPENSE OF THE CLOTHES OR ARE YOU LIKE MOST PEOPLE WHO WANT TO PAY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE.
