I purchased some stuff from the website www.groutrevive.com and paid about $100 for the order. So the seller sent me confirmation info, where he told that the delivery would be for free and within 5-7 days. After that he never replied to my emails, as well as he didn’t deliver my order. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
I placed an order with GroutRevive.com and it’s been a month and I did not receive an email confirmation and do not have means of contacting them. I have not received my products.
Ducaya.. we suffered a severe online attack over the last few months. Customer billing data was always secure because we redirect to paypal and a secure server for payments BUT we lost a LOT of order and customer data as well as email communications.. not to mention our website came to a complete halt. Our web support staff have completely rewritten the site from the bottom up and it is now hosted 100% ssl, as opposed to just the shopping cart. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience on the part of our customers. However, I'm fairly certain that all payments have been refunded and we are starting with a clean slate. Again, we apologize to yourself and all other customers that got caught up in this mess.
