Beware, scam! I have ordered an Asus Zenfone 5 at Grossoshop and it should be sent by Delivery Duty Paid. Thus, no customs duties would have been incurred. The product was falsely declared and not sent by DDP. So I should pay 44.81 euro customs. The traders speculated that the customs won't recognize the false declaration . I order a lot from the internet and I am extremely experienced. Unfortunately I got cheaten, but will never order again in Grossoshop!

Unfortunately not by Grossoshop ! I have never ever heard from Grossoshop after complaining.
I opened a problem file at PayPal and after sending all the documents they refunded me the money from a gesture of goodwill. They gave me the advice to refuse the shipping and contact them immediately.

Hi, the same thing happened to me, except that I have to pay 80 euros customs. Grossoshop tells me to send them a copy of the bill with the customs fee, but I don't know how they would send me my money back. Was this issue resolved for you?
