Very interesting - I just looked over the weekend - had similar charges. I called them and they were closed over the weekend. So not only did they charge this month - they have been charging my credit card since January. I don't know how I missed it. So I called my credit card company and it's not being charged as revolving which mean monthly someone is entering my information from TLG*GREATFUN. I called them this morning, pushed zero and demanded to speak to a manager. After getting a speal from the woman on the phone about what great offers they can provide to me - BLA BLA - THIS IS A SCAM! Management credited my Visa for the last four months and said I would have to contact Corporate to reverse the other charges. Call them now... Great Fun - [protected] - and their Corporate Fax number is [protected].

We were also charged 35.99 on a credit card that we have not used for at least 4 months. How they got it I do not know. We have been hit by three different companies on our phone bill and at least two including this one on a Visa Card. Luckily I caught the Great Fun scam right away...called them...cancelled all future transactions and demanded a refund. They refunded it within days. I am absolutely amazed that companies like this are allowed to exist. CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL! The same stuff happens there. You have to fax copies of invoices etc to get refunded...ridiculous!

Somehow this company got my credit card number when I ordered shoes from Footsmart online. I got some info in the mail, but never authorized them to charge my account. I did not want their services. I thought I had it canceled in March when I had a charge of $36.99 to my acount. Well here it is 4 months later and the charge is there again. When I called to cancel it, the person I spoke with named Chang speaks so fast and does not listen to my request to cancel, but refers me to their website - another deadend if you want to cancel your membership. Very frustating!

Just saw a $38.99 charge on credit card that didn t authorized Called Great Fun and was told that when we visited AirTran website we signed up for membership/quarterly payment, that offer included a $25 coupon towards a flight, that we accepted the offer We don't sign up for anything without looking thoroughly into it so don't understand how it happened The person I talked was v nice and promised a total refund.

(Not so) "Great Fun" got hold of my online checking account information somehow and, using the "Paypal system, " on March 29, 2010 charged $12.99 to it. I never authorized the transaction and have no idea why it occurred. Are not-so-"Great-Fun" a bunch of thieves, or what?

I just realized that my checking account has been charged for the past couple of months for something I have no idea what it is. How do we stop this? i called the number but of course got NO WHERE! The business ( if it really is a business) is not open. Now I have to eat the charges and cancel my card because of some jerks who rip off people! I have no idea how they got my numbers! i never buy anything over the net!

I have just noticed a number of credit card charges from some company called Great Fun. Never heard of them nor did I ever sign up with this company-I don't even know what they do. They have made several monthly charges on my credit card that I did not authorize and I have tried to contact them several times with no response. I guess I won't get that monthlycharge of $11.99 put back on my credit card fromt he last 4-5 months.

I have been receiving charges to my amex account of $12.99/mo for 8 months. I was able to find the phone number [protected] on the amex statement. I called the number to cancel and was told by the representative that I had choosen an offer for rebates when making reservations with hotwire.com. I don't recall agreeing to any offers and typically never would.

Beware of making reservations using HOTWIRE.COM

I purchased a airline ticket on line for my mother. I kept getting pop ups from Great Fun. I received a membership card in the mail and $12.99 has been taken from my checking acct for the fee. I cannot get connected to them in any way. This is a fraud and I want My money back and want to know how the airline Air Tran could allow the to get my card numbers.

Great Fun has been charging my credit card twice a month since January 2008 and I just noticed it on my credit card year-end summary. During 2008 the charges added up to $247.40 and ranged anywhere from $0.25 to $18.27. They are not even a real company, they just charge people membership fees to do nothing. I can't believe how many people they have screwed! How can they not be liable for anything?

Great Fun made charges of $12.99 to my credit card on several occassions without my authorization. They told me i checked a box on Hotwire to authorize the charge when i rented a car, which signed me up for $10-20.00 discounts. The only box i checked was agreeing to the terms @ Hotwire for a car rental. BEWARE, thought i was getting a great rate but got a hidden surprise (charge) instead.Will not use Hotwire again.

Like so many others, this Great Fun company has fraudulently charged a monthly fee to my American Express Card. They have agreed to cancel the 'membership' which I did not sign up for, but I have to send a letter/fax to be credited the multiple charges to my credit card. These people/this company should be put out of business - and their credit rating should be less than 'unsatisfactory'. End of rant!

This company should be multi millionaires by now judging by all of the people they have scammed...This is outrageous! I still haven't found the end of the trail yet...each statement reads $11.99 debit from my checking account...I don't know how long this has been deducted! This fraud must stop at once! Attorney General...Class Action Suits...Let's go!

Was sent a post card informing me that charges for membership renewal would be made if I did not call to cancel. I have NEVER! authorized this company to charge my credit card. How they got my credit card information remains a mistery. Please help.

We have been unknowingly billed every month for 12 months for a $12.95 "Membership" . We have been paying the credit card without noticing the charge. American Express can only give us back credit for 2 months. We are furious. This is a scam. We were scamed at Orbits while getting airline tickets. Somehow we we were automatically subscribed.!

Great Fun is a great membership to have. This membership has saved me lots of money this month. With the changes in the economy, I have been able to use my Great Fun membership to put money back into my pocket on my everyday expenses me and my family. What i suggest you do is give it a try you'll see how much money this membership can save you and your family.

Whoever this company is charge my debit card twice in one day. I called they said it was a mistake and that the charges would be reversed. But they only but one charge back on. I'm so tired of these companies that think they can get by with anything, I think it's time something is done. They think they can just take money from the little people and nothing will happen. I'm contacting a lawyer to see what can be done!

In November 2007 I reserved a parking place near
the SeaTac airport, but later cancelled it. Ever since I have been receiving checks from this Great Fun Co. I have asked them to stop sending them but to no avail. I have read of other abuses on line and ask that this be investigated and stopped.

I didn't authorize for this plan with Great Fun, there was some money taking out of my account $11.99 and it also a overdraft fee of $36.00. I have been calling the phone number for the last two weeks and it keeps saying to call back. So some one needs to cancel this plan and refund my account in the amount of $$47.99 right away.

Ordered airline tickets on line. Signed for $50 rebate. Never received any info from GreatFun but have been charging me a monthly fee. Tried to call and cancel account but "lines are all busy, call again later."

Great Fun unauthorized charged my account 3 times by $11.99. I called them at [protected] and demanded to return my money. The rep confirmed my complain but instead of returning my money they mailed me a check for $9.25. By sighning this check I would enrol in their membership. This is a fraud practice.

Biggest rip off ever. Called to cancel and not only did they not cancel but they put me on another subscription. Buyers beware this is a scam and a way to attach credit cards just low enough not to signal a withdrawal. .

Greatfun offered a DOUBLE the value of the Walmart Gift Card which was due to a response by September 1, 2011. I mailed my response back received 1/2 of my gift card promise which was $50.00 and is still owed $50.00 gift card. Please have Greatfun honor their promise and offer.

They charged our card with a false transaction. We had never heard of this group. Someone needs to lock them up after all the complaints that have been registered against them. How long can they be allowed to do this theft?

I received a letter today, indicating that I owe them (Great Fun) $16.99 and that they were unable to "collect the payment amount from your account". Mind you this is a closed account and furthermore, I never authorized anything, purchased or ever considered Great Fun.

There is a charge on my credit card of 17.99 ...This charge was not made by me and no one else has access to my computer...Please remove this charge immediately, it was done without my consent...my e-mail address is kitkattk46@comcast.net, and I look forward to this being taken care of immediately!

This Great Fun so called savings program has charged me $38.99 7 times for what I have no clue. They told me that I signed up 08/05/09 when I booked a flight on Air Tran. This program is a bunch of SH**. I'm faxing them a letter and hoping for a refund!

great fun has been taking $14.99 out of my credit card. Not only have they been taking money out of my account but i have not received a single thing for the money. I have had to cancel my card and get a replacement. I think something should be done about this company (scam). They need to return everyones money!

Why hasn't something been done about this "company"? How many people are going to ignore their bank statements when this company is charging for memberships that have not been authorized? What does it take to have them listed as fraudulent?

My CC was charged $149.99.I have No clue to what this is about.But I do know I will not pay this.I need to know what the money was used for.Can you tell me where the purphase was sent/Or what it was used for? I DID NOT do this...Hell I have never even heard of the Company.
