Great Clips customer service

I went into your Hillview Great Clips locatin in Greer SC located in the Walmart parking lot off East Wade Hampton. I came in there were 4 women cutting hair and your manager greeted me Welcome to Great Clips and they checked me in. One male ahead of me. After maybe 3 or 4 minutes they called the male ahead of me. I waited for the next girl to finish. Five minutes she finished and swept up and grabbed her drink and went to the back. I'm thinking maybe she had to go to the rest room. Finnaly after 5 or 6 minutes she came back went to the register and clocked out for lunch leaving me sitting there. I thought ok then your manager finished looked at me couple of times and smiled and went to the register and she clocked out and left. The manager of all people. That left 2 girls so she finished and in the mean time a couple of women had walked in and the other lady she was a African American took one of the women who had just walked in ahead of me and by this time I had been there over 20 minutes and the African American said this woman already checked in but had to go to Walmart so that is why I'm taking her ahead of you. I'm thinking what the woman left and then she comes back and goes ahead of me after I did what you are suppose to do. I waited my turn. I'm thinking what if everybody checked in and left, do they expect to go in front of people who waited and didn't leave. If everybody did that you would have some serious problems. If I had checked in and left and came back and one of those women tried to take me before someone who checked in after me but waited I would not allow it. It's my fault for leaving I lost my place I will get my hair cut after all the people who did what they were suppose to do and waited even if I checked in before them. That is not fair. I can't believe the employee thought that the woman should go before me. By then I'm getting pretty mad and there is one girl left and she is finishing up with a little boy with the little boys mother standing right behind her running her mouth and want let the woman do her job but she handled it very professional like A good professional should. She was very polite and respectful and the mother said I.m sorry I'm in your way and still stood there. I.m thinking no she's not sorry are she would go sit down. This was not a 2 year old that the mother needed to protect he was at least 6 or 7 and the mother could have sat in the chairs and watched and if the stylist was having a problem then you call the mother. The boy was very well behaved didn't need the mother there in the woman's way. The stylist was great let the woman stand there and talk and answered her questions like a good professional should and she finished and pulled my name up and called me that fast. Exactly the kind of employee Great Clips wants representing them. Then she had to hear me because by the time I git into her chair I had been waiting 45 minutes because 2 girls 1 of them your manager didn't care and the other thought the woman who left deserved to go before me. If your stylist made her a promise that when she got back from Walmart she would be first even if people were waiting and told her that you checked in before them so you go ahead of them then you have some serious problems. I've been in customer service almost 40 years and never treated a customer like those 3 girls did. That stylist should never had made that promise. That woman should have been told yes mam you can leave but I will have to take the customers who checked in and waited first even though you checked in first. When you left you voided all that. The woman who cut my hair is what Great Clips needs and should represent. The other 3 no way and it bothers me because one of them is a manager and how she was chosen and the person who chose her bothers me a great deal. The woman who cut my hair needs to be your manager because she knows what is important the customers needs and will help Great Clips attract other customers who are going else where. I wan to make sure that this woman does not get in trouble she has glasses and blonde hair and if you are a the register her booth is the second on the right. In fact her booth is right next to the sorry excuse for a manager. She had to apologize for the other three. I tke that back she didn't have to but she did any way. I told her I was mad and I am going to complain on these three girls but I will make sure they know you did the right way and Great Clips is lucky to have you. I almost forgot to tell you lost 2 customers because they walked out because nobody there to help this poor girl. I'm not sure that's why they left but they left. The other girl who was there was to busy helping her buddy who cut in front of me. When I started complaining I made sure that girl heard me and told my girl I hope she hears me. Then the manager comes back when The stylist is finishing up with me and acts like nothing happened and went straight to the register and took someone like she should have took me 1 hour before that. No apology no nothing. In fact I don't think she realizes she did anything wrong and she is the manager. That store is in a lot of trouble. I told my stylist that my wife dropped me of and she was at Wal Mart buying things and I guess I could have checked in and said I need to go to Wal Mart with my wife I'll be back. Would I be first when I got back. I better not be because I left. Also the stylist who cut my hair was hungry and tired and needed a break but would not until every customer was satisfied. I could see the girl was over whelmed and told her so but she said customers first. She is right and being a good employee means sometimes you sacrifice for the customer because she realizes without the customer there is no business and she doesn't make money. This girl is customer first money second. Those kind of employees are hard to find. She should be rewarded some how for the professional way she handled everything from the mother in her way and talking her head off to the 2 girls that left with me looking at them and one your manager and the other playing favorites she did a great job and I told her to tell those three girls what I said and I was going to complain and I was telling my stylist that my wife may call because it's taking so long and she knew there was one male ahead of me with 4 stylists cutting hair. About the phone rings and the stylist asked me do you need to answer that. I said no because if I tell her what happened here she will be up here and those 3 girls will have a bad day. I'm not going to tell her until we get home. Then the phone rings a second time I told the stylist I told you I have to answer it this time. The stylist said I am almost finished I said don't you hurry this is not your fault You want to do a good job and cut my hair like you would regular' Those girls messed up so you don't let them huury you for their mistakes. I told my wife I was in the chair and almost done and she said ok. When I hung up I told the stylist I am so glad she didn't ask me what is taking so long because I want lie to her I would have told het the truth and there would have been hell to pay for these 3 girls. I thanked my stylist for a job well told her that these 3 girls will never touch my hair you will cut my hair from now on because you care about your customers and treat them with respect. I made sure that the manager and the other girl heard me and I also said you represent Great Clips well but you are the only one in here that does. I still can't believe that a manager who greeted me and checked me in and knew how long I had been waiting and watched the first girl not take me and go to lunch she smiled at me and went to lunch. I hire and fire managers and I know people you have some problems at that store that need to be addressed the first is fire that manager and put the girl who cut my hair as your manager and that store will be one of your top stores because she knows what it takes to be successful. If I hired her she would need no training as far as customer service. I 've complained enough and the girl who took the girl before me because she checked in before will probably try to cover her butt by telling you the woman had an appointment. That is not what she said she said the woman checked in before you but had to go to Walmart no appointment. You deal with this how you see fit but if I don't like how this was handled then you have not heard the last of me I will go higher until I get a person who cares just like my stylist. My stylist never once said a bad thing about her fellow employees even though she had every right to. SDhe handled it like a pro after 2 girls lrft and one girl dismissed me she made my stylist handle all that and she did very professionally and very respectful even though she is the one who should have been at break are lunch. She has her priorities straight and would represent your business well. Thank You for your time and reading my complaint but I felt thios was something that could not be overlooked and needed to be address. I see one problem you have the wrong girl as manager and 3 wrong girls working there. Before nI go I want to let you know I love going to Great Clips and this is the first issue I've had. It should have never happened starting with the first girl who should have cut my hair and didn't it went south from there but thanks to one girl she put out the fire and should be reconized for the way she handled it and none of it was her fault. Damn a manager acting like that I can't believe it I asked my stylist who is your manager because I was going to complain to her and she said she just left and her booth is next to mine. I said the one who greeted me and checked me in and smiked at me and then wen to lunch knowing how long I have been sitting there is your manager. My stylist had to tell me the truth she said yes sir I said you need to be looking for a new manager and she still would not say anything bad about her are the other 2 girls. I said well I don't need to speak with your manager seeing she ran out and left you to handle all this. Who ever hired her does not need to be doing the hiring. Either they can't spot talent or she wasn't checked out thoroughly or she lied on her resume. Either way she is no manager and a competent person would have known and never hired her as a manager. You put this girl in charge of keeping your customers happy and leading by example she failed on both and so did the person who hird her. How many more loke her did this person hire and put in a manager;s job. I would check it out. I'm sorry I am not use to a business as customer oriented as yours that depends on customers to surrive would have a manager and employees work for them and not notice. I would and would and take it very seriously as to how far up the chain this incompetence goes. Someone dropped the ball. I don't tolerate that kind of behavior at my company and especially as people oriented as your company is you can't afford to hire the wrong people you have a reputation to protect and 3 people like that can do more damage than you think and when you do find out it's to late the damage id done and then you are in damage control instead of customer mode. Also the employees who do their job the right way get punished for those employees mistakes because they now are in damage control instead of customer mode and it makes them think about making mistakes or not wanting to make mistakes and they lose focus and to much pressure and your production and customer goes down not to mention morale. All because of three employees which you could fix with minimal damage but when one is a manager of the store that is getting the complaint and watched her employee walk out on me and then she does the same thing you have big problems and it rus towards upper management. I've been through it and no what it can cause so you take care of it swift and hard and remember it's not personal it's business. Have a good Memorial Day weekend I expect to hear from someone soon I am not a person who is just complaining I am a person who knows good customer service and respect when he sees it and know good employees when he sees them you have one good employee out of those 4 girls one is worth representing the Great clips name my stylist. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but I was so upset I did not ask her but you will find out who she is. She is the one who works because customers need help while the others go to lunch. My name is Donald Johnson the complaint dept at the other place you call to complain has my phone number if you would like to speak further. Believe me they got an ear ful too biut the woman who took the complaint did not seem concerned or it was her voice either way she doesn't have the voice or attitude to be taking complaints. She asked me all the right questions but with no passion like I was a person who is complaing it will blow over, Wrong I am a person that complained who does customer service and is boss and never have I or would allow any of my employees to treat a customer like I was treated. ENEXCUSABLE. If I allowed that I would fire myself for it happening and for hiring the people who made it happen. It's not hard to see a good people person in an interview if you ask the right questions. A person who want treat customers right can't answer those questions correctly or try to bull their way through it want work I catch them every time and tell tem you don't have the right temperament for the job especially when hiring a manager, I know this girl was not checked out or has a relative high up that helped her or is seeing one of those bosses no way she slips through the cracks she was let through. Also I was told there was no corporate so I could not complain. I guess that's why they told me that I should have asked my stylist she would have told me the truth but I wanted to prove my point. I was right they protect themselves plus I did not want to get your good employee involved anymore she did not deserve it. I expect to hear from you very soon or I will go higher up.

Youre mad because one stylist needed to eat and another was done her shift? Would you rather a hangry stylist or someone ready to go home rush through your cut? What makes you so special that someone should stay late and lose personal/family time or not take their needed and deserved break? So they're bad stylists because they needed to stop working? Id hate to work for you.

Great Clips employment

Great Clips is a complete dump. No organization just negative drama and gossip. I was terminated ..lol. A daughter brings her elderly mother who is in the latter stages of dementia and just leaves in her the salon for me to babysit her. The poor lady did not even know where she was nor her name. She wandered out of my chair, all over the salon and almost fell. I did not sign up to be a caretaker of soneone s elderly demented relative. Finally the daughter shows up to pick her mother up. This happens at least once a week here with this mother. The following customer who sits in my chair immediately afterwards is a local Poluce Officer who had witnessed the whole scene whike it played out. He was furious and reporting it to local authorities. Then my Manager informs me that there was a major com pool aint and terminates me. Really? This dump is only a stepping stone to me. I am furthering my education. If you are an alocholic or drug addict you will fit in fine with this paticular store.

Great Clips hair cut unprofessional lady

The Lady that made my hair cut was not professional at all. She doesn't know what she is doing. That was my 2nd time with her, she looks under training and I was like laboratory rats. I ignored many events because my look was so bad and ugly. Until know I have comment from friends about that misrable and ugly hair cut.
Anyway, I'm not going there anymore and told my friends about that bad service and unprofessional employee.

Great Clips attempted to book a haircut - relocated to bel air - md

My family and I had relocated to the area about 3 weeks ago. In the mail, I received welcoming coupons for the 615 #5 Bel Air Road, Bel Air, MD Great Clips at the TollGate Market Place. I have always had my hair styled at Great Clips having moved here from Annapolis I was expecting the same GREAT SERVICE. However, what I received instead was an abusive, unfriendly, unprofessional and uncooperative attitude from a male stylist that was at the phone desk on Sunday April 02, 2017 in the early to late afternoon that day. The issue was that I do not know the area that well, I was attempting to find the location of this great clips, and phoned the store. I had to phone twice to be certain of my location. On both occasions, it was the same person, and on both occasions he was rude and abusive. I asked him to provide directions, and he sustained an attitude of talking over me, and not listening. It was very frustrating. I asked him to please stop talking and to please listen so that I could tell him where I was, and he could then give me accurate directions. Well, he said, "we're too busy for this - you need to find your way here." I was really upset and angry at this. I hung up and said I would take my business elsewhere. So far I have convinced about 31 of my family and friends to go elsewhere, and by social media they might do the same and convince their friends and family. I TRUSTED THE GREAT CLIPS BRAND and this #### destroyed that trust. I will never, use Great Clips again. The market is VERY COMPetitive, and GREAT CLIPS at TOLLGATE MARKETPLACE, BEL AIR, MD was the absolute worst experience I have had in dealing with a business over the phone. BEST ADVICE STAY AWAY AND GO TO SPORTS CLIPS - THEY WERE AWESOME !

Great Clips male haircut

I have been using the same Great Clips for over a year. The last 2 visits were terrible. I had the same stylist both times. My have is side parted and where my hair lands over on top of existing hair, there is a large hump because the hair is not thinned. I asked to have my ears and eyebrows trimmed both times. Not done correctly. Both times I had to go to the local barber shop to have hair, eyebrows and ear hair trimmed correctly. Also she does not use a trimmer to create a clean neckline. Had to have it fixed also. I like the convenience of checking in online and have had good experiences before. I was told at the location that there is nobody to complain to and yo get who you get.

Great Clips inappropriate/unprofessional behavior

My wife and I had haircuts done today, 3/12/2017. We arrived at 10 am where Andrea greeted us. This is the Plano, TX location in Suncreek Village located on the corner of Alma & Hedgecoxe. I have been a customer here since your existence at this location. Dawn who was "on loan" from another store arrived late (because Andrea said she was late to me and also texted Bobbie/Bobby to inform her/him) and after getting situated (approximately 8 minutes) met with my wife. My wife who is a U.S. citizen shared with her that in her native country a method was used on styling and cutting hair, etc. Dawn exasperated that she was American and "I don't do it that way". She was absolutely disrespectful to my wife and would not allow my wife to complete her statements yet Dawn would interrupt the conversation. Dawn further stated "you are not going to insult my intelligence". I told my wife to get her hair shampooed and lets get out of here before the situation escalates. When I checked out and provided a minimal tip, Dawn decided to take her frustrations out on me and stated that we didn't give her a chance "due to her appearance" (I am a minority myself and a VP of HR as well as sit on a diversity council). Dawn is a female African American. I listened contently as she attempted to tell me that "she doesn't need my money and how rude my wife is" all done in the presence of other customers. After about 15 seconds, I informed her that this conversation is over and that she shouldn't be sharing her opinion with me. I departed the store. Issue 1) Probably not the values of your company, Issue 2) Unprofessional/Ethical Behavioral concerns. Recommendation: Termination. Being in an at will state and depending on your company's philosophy, you do not have to provide a reason for term. I will leave this up to you. Next time I will not be as reserved with this employee if she conducts herself in this manner again. I highly advise to take a terminable action otherwise you will either have a future litigious matter with myself or other customers if you wish to continue carrying this risk. Great Clips haircut 2/9/2017

The haircut was not completed correctly. I need the fade to be completed. I also have to lose money I could be earning to leave work as a teacher, to go to salon to get this fixed. I will be leaving my school I have our Night to Shine Prom at my Legacy Church tonight with over 2200 people expected, that I have to attend to support people with special needs. I am very upset with this, it couldn't of happen at a worse time. I did not realize until I got home later that even after 9:00 pm. I was at my Church preparing for tonight's Night to Shine Prom at my Legacy Church. I had my wife take a picture of the 7 cuts the stylus made on the back of my neck. I need my hair fixed & I also need to talk to someone about the cuts to the back of my neck. The stylus could of said something. I did just receive a call from the manager she sated the owner will be there. I will let you know if everything is made right. This very upsetting. Elfego Orona

Great Clips your express check in

My name is Michael Derenak. My phone is [protected]. I will never use your service any longer. Numerous times Ive gone to various great clips which were virtually empty and have been told Ill have to wait . It seems there were others who had online made appointments. These online appointments are bad for your business. You always need to have one stylist available for walk ins. I realize your online appointments make it easier for some and since your corp. is profit hungry you will keep them. You will fail in the longrun. I have been a faithful customer for a few years now. I am finished with Great Clips. I have found a classier place at a better price who will accomadate walk in customers. Eat #### great clips...See ya...! Great Clips hair donations

On November 15, 2016 I went to the Amelia Ohio location of Great clips to donate my hair. I grow my hair for two years then I give it away. This time, I was charged $14 for the cut and then I was also informed I had to mail the hair myself to the organization since there were no envelopes for this purpose. How shocked I was since the last three times I donated the hair cut was free. My ticket number was 420947. Time was 11:09am.
I doubt if I will ever go back to Great Clips for any donation I am making. Doing a good thing has caused me to have a bad taste in my mouth.

Sorry that I am upset with Great Clips.

They may have changed their policies. There are other hair salons that may offer the donation service for free.

Great Clips (kathy)

[protected] (kathy) I took my Granddaughter to get her hair trimmed and this lady Kathy was extremely rude when I was trying to explain to her how I wanted my granddaughter's hair trimmed. She couldn't even understand what I wanted and I didn't understand her because her speech was slurred.. So she became agitated and rude..I told her I didn't know the exact hair lingo to describe ways to trim hair...and I wouldn't... I am not a stylist . She had a major attitude with me and treated me and my Granddaughter in a very unprofessional manner...The other ladies/stylists there beside us were rolling their eyes and shaking their heads at her behavior, but they never intervened to help us out or to reprimand her... I wanted to walk out, but two of my other Granddad's were getting their hair trimmed as well, Then while she was bending down cutting my Granddaughter's hair she suddenly got a headache and said "Oh, that hurts when I bend down like that" and proceeded to stand there with her eyes closed for several minutes until her headache passed (very weird)...She clearly had something wrong with her physically and mentally..maybe drugs..her speech sounded slurred.. I thought... something was just not right with this (Kathy)..Anyway, I have never had a negative disturbing customer service experience like this one before anywhere ever and thought I should let you all know about it... I would hate for someone else to have a bad experience like I did.. She was rude, unprofessional and wrong for treating us the way she did unfortunately, I know this complaint will never see the light of day or even be acknowledged by Great Clips because they don't really care about the customer experience why else would they have employees like this lady..and why would the manager stand there and do nothing when a customer was being mistreated.. But hopefully someone looking for a review for this place in Osage Beach Missouri will see this and be forewarned of the kind of people they have working in this place I will never give my business to another Great Clips again anywhere and I will post about this in every business forum I can find

Great Clips never again!

I will never come back to GreatClips! These people are terrible and highly unprofessional and I have no idea where did they get a permission to work!
Went there and just wanted a simple haircut. Told them that I don't need anything super modern and I don't want to experiment with my hair and that I want just a simple classic haircut!
They did not listen to me and made something that actually made me cry! My hair never looked so ugly before! I hate GreatClips, they did not listen to me, ignored my every word! Do not go there people, you will regret that! These people are not professionals, just a bunch of amateurs!

I think the same thing the great clips I took my 86 year mother to I could not believe the way the people looked that worked there.
Now I'm no fancy pants but when I worked with the public I was always required to maintain a clean professional appearance well the people working in this great clips were dressed sloppy they had tatooes and piearcing's all over them. just a terrible statement for them to make towards their customers.

Great Clips worse than terrible

You guys suck. You need to gob back to school to know how to cut hair. Go to a barbershop school, you guys really need it. If not, you guys should hire people who been in a barbershop. You guys are freaking terrible, I was not satisfy with my cut. I will never come back to that place. You guys don't give what I ask for. I ask for a normal haircut and you guys gave me a buzz cut, don't yall know the differences between a buss cut and a normal cut. I am sorry, yall need to close and reopen when yall know how to cut. I need this was gonna happen but it even worst than my expectation. Now I have to fix my hair and restart my waves process again. My haircut is really bad and it suck. The stylist there or whatever you guys call it, couldn't even say this is a good cut. Yall suck, you worse than terrible, and yall need some serious help. The great clips I went to is the one close to vons in las vegas 89113. They got a gas station and a little ceasar over in that area too. They suck you guys. Don't ever go there in your life. Don't go to any great clips in you guys life. They are not great, they are terrible. They should call it terrible clips. This my advice to you as well as my review. Have a good life, "terrible clips."

Great Clips horrible haircut/style

I got my hair at Great Clips at Lakeside Plaza in Salem, VA on 4/29/16 by Susan and I wish I hadn't. The workers there were scary, like they were found in an alley. I didn't want to prejudge the lady who cut my hair but turns out I was right because she gave me a very strange haircut.

I contacted Great Clips corporate but they said since it's a franchisee that it's out of their hands, yet on my receipt it says service and products are satisfaction guarantee. So obviously Great Clips does not stand behind what they promise. BS!

Avoid Great Clips at all costs!

Great Clips customer service

Good morning,
I wanted someone to be aware of what is going on.
On Saturday the 30th of April 2016, my wife took my son 6years old to the location on 90th and Maple in Omaha NE, I have been using this location for approx.. 7 years and have used great clips before that, to get his haircut. It was about 10 minutes until 5pm and the hours posted show open until 6pm on Saturday. She was immediately informed by one of the stylists that there is more than an hour wait and since they close at 6pm they would not be able to render the service that day. My son cried as he enjoys the sucker and balloon. She also said that there were only two people checked in on the screen. She told me this story when she arrived home upset. I then loaded everyone back up into the car and drove back down there. When this stylist saw us get out of the car, I could read his lips “ Oh, this ballsy mother f!” Not in EVER have I been treated with such disrespect. I then kept my calm and got my son William’s hair- cut. I told this stylist that I was able to read his lips and told him how absolutely Rude and unacceptable his behavior was. After all of this I was still able to drive back home and look at the clock, 5:45pm.
I just wanted someone to be aware of this situation so something can be done, I myself am a business owner. Unfortunately I, my family, and most likely anyone else who finds out about this situation will no longer be patrons of Great Clips. Thank you for your time.

On 6/15/16 I thought I would treat myself to a day out including a hair cut at Great Clips in Tacoma WA. I have been to this location many times before, most the time I get what I want and the rest of the time you can't tell that I've got a hair cut, like now. I didn't mention to my husband I got a hair cut and he didn't mention or notice it either. The lady that did my haircut was stressed and explained that they only get between 13-17 minutes to complete a haircut or you get sent to retraining. On top of this the other two stylists on duty just went out to smoke at the same time. So the lady doing my hair had to stop and check in another guest and answer the phone. Now this was cutting into her time that she had to cut my hair. I'm done with your stylists clipping a few strands of my hair and then telling me I got a haircut. How dare Great Clips tell me how long my haircut should take. By the way that other customer walked out, I'm sure she also could hear and see what was going on.Terrible customer service. Jennifer D.

Great Clips employees

There a lady who works at Great Clips in Glen Allen, Virginia. Not sure what's her problem. Rude to everyone who came in the store. She has medium to long brown hair, a little on the heavy side. I watched her while my daughter was getting her hair done. The young man who was sitting in her chair seemed upset. If this is how you run all of the Great Clips then you need to close. Will not be back

Great Clips hostile work environment

There are so many complaints as to all the abuse hairstylist endured working for this company, whether it from the owners or being treated unfairly by management. Why don't we all get together and file a CLASS ACTION suit again working in places where you do or die (sweat shops). Career destroy by money hungry owner who don't about your concerns.

Let all come together as stylist and file a class action suit against Great clips we all endure enough pain and suffering to win a case. we all no how these places are ran like sweat shops, and how you are not allowed to take a break when it's busy or even get called off your break or lunch. I was humiliated and verbally abused I was even put on blast in- front of my co-workers and other stylist that didn't no me when I had to train at another shop because of one mistake out of 10 years doing hair. I was told by the owner I didn't no how to cut hair, when he was receiving crappy haircuts from other stylist, it was no big deal to him, but since I was a woman of color I was frown upon and belittled for my mistake. something that I loved to do, now my spirit was being crushed, I was being watched like a hawk. everyday at work when he was around he harassed me and no other stylist, he would stand over me and watch like he knew how to do hair and of course he didn't. it didn't matter if I had satisfied customer and request, my customers loved me and the owner hated me. so he played with my hours and cut my days until eventually he let me go. I still keep in contact with some of my co-worker and she said my customer where so sad that I no longer work there and they ask if she knows where I am. but unfortunately I no longer do hair my dream died from all the stress and humiliation till I suffer from anxiety and fear of doing hair.

Great Clips service

Took my 3and 6 year old sons and the girl was so mean to my kids .have been there before and was treated well but this time the girl smelled like a brewery and didn't look professional at all ! And when I tried to tell her how to cut my child's hair she responded I know what I'm doing !, the cut wasn't so bad although I could see some deep cut marks .but she told my kid that he is old enough to sit still and behave and she kept poking him with her comb .I asked how long she's been cutting and she reported long enough to work there ..really ? Her name, was Marlena and next time I will wait for the other 2 girls cause this Marlena is not good with kids at all ..I don't understand how anyone could be so mean to children period

Great Clips haircut

I have never had a problem with great clips until last year when I went to get my lil man haircut twice Amber clipped him right behind his ears so I called em and said I don't want her cutting my lil man hair more! Took my lil man back today 1/13/16 to get his haircut all off leaving him bald which is what I wanted well that wasn't what he got Cassidy left patches in my lil man head so I paid em the $11 and left pissed and then took my lil man to Hair By Us to get it done right there goes $5 thx to Hair By Us my lil man looks cute as ever! I won't be going to Great Clips anymore!

Great Clips poor job

date of haircut was 11/19/15. the girl was polite but lacked experience . instead of misting my hair with water she soaked my hair with water and then combed it down . I told her none off the top, taper the sides and back of the head. then trim around ears and along hairline at back of neck. when i got home and looked in my mirror, the sides were not tapered properly nor was the back. the hair was cut higher above the right ear then the left. I discarded my receipt. I would expect a free haircut the next time i get it cut.

Chopped my hair off when I asked for a trim Submit Complaint Complaint avatar0 Angry a few seconds ago Country: United States They (stylist name Sefora or something) cut my hair in tiny little layers in the back when I said trim only for my shoulder length all one length bob - I reached the owner Brenda - the one in Alpharetta, GA at North Point Mall, and she said she'd return my money and give me a free cut to fix it (like I'd ever walk in there again) and I asked her how she would feel if she just spent a few years growing her out from an illness and someone chopped it off and she said, "Well you could buzz it off" Later, I called her back and I told her that she really did need to see what this stylist (who only works weekends) did to my hair because there is no correcting it since it's way to short. She told me to call the store and ask for her manager that she didn't want to see it.
