I had the same thing happen to me and have called twice and they keep charging my card. I wonder if ProActiv realizes was scum they are aligning themselves with? I encourage everyone to contact the better business bureau.
I talked to one girl Amanda Personal ID 49464 who was useless and told me her supervisor Cindy Brown never talked on the phone. She later recanted and told me "Cindy" wasn't working.
