www. grants360.com, I went to the website login payment of $ 1.89, was ok with that . Got my credit card bill today
was charged $57.61 on 4/18/09 called to cancel . they referd me to www.refunds @grants360.com . That site not
coming up keeps going to grants360.com. I want a refund on my $57.61 .

I called grants 360. Regarding the email address: You are supposed to send them an email with the confirmation number that was given to you and the amount of money to be refunded. They are supposed to return an answer within 24 hours. I asked what happens if I don't get an answer within that time. She said call back. I am going to try it. Let you know what happens. The number is 1-866-978-3069.

I was charged 1.95 and 57.61 to my account and did not receive ant thing for my money. I want my money back on my card account. I am taking every step to have someting done about you and your so call company. I am asking that you put my money back now. I want nothing else to do with you.

it was a good thing that i checked my credit card today. they took 57.61 out of my account without me knowing about it. as you can guess i called them everything except a child of God. they JACKED ME but good. i want my money back NOW!!!

Interesting how you all think this site is the one who ripped you off. If you don't read the fine print, this is what you all get. It's a scam like all others. GO TO YOUR BANK manager and file FRAUD. That's the only way you will all get your money back.

I was charged $1.98 and was sent an email to that affect. Then they also charged me $57.61. I contacted them and they said they would cancel my account and refund me $40 only for my trouble. Of course I emailed them back and said no I want my $57.61 refund total. I filed a complaint with the FBI about them also.

I was charged $57.61 from my account from the grants and had not authorized this payment. I called to get a refund for my $57.61 and was also referred to the refunds@grants360.com. I am only being directed to the grants site and nowhere in there does it have for a refund. I want my money back and too will notify the better business buerau.

I was unaware of extra charges please transfer funds back on card and remove me from all lists dealing with this company.
