i was reading about this helpful site and thought i'd look into it, ordered the cd and have still gotten nothing about two weeks later, now they charged 74.95 to my card! i never authorized that and it was supposed to be free!

Anyone know how to go about getting my money back?

You need to file a dispute with the institution that has your credit card or debit number. Mine was Chase. They will credit the account. Mention that you did not sign up for anything and told this company company all you wanted was the cd for $3.95.
