Grant Seeker Pro Government Grants

This is a scam: If you receive a call from Les Turner or Millie Cole regarding Grant Seeker, disconnect the call. Mr. Turner told me that someone would walk me through the process step by step. Then, I receive an email from Grant Seeker informing me that I am entitled to a 30 minute consultation session which is misrepresentation! The phone number Les Turner calls from is [protected]. This was supposed to be money back guaranteed but I see that they can get away with false advertisement right under the federal government's nose.

Grant Seeker Pro useless material

I just called the corporate office and spoke with Michael Davis, operations manager who was totally rude and offensive. I also tried many times reaching the company to cancel my order only to find that the phone was not being answered. When I called on my cell phone and they didn't know it was me, was when I finally reached them to cancel it. The woman who was so helpful before in signing me up for this useless program did not even know where I should send it back to. Great service ! Then I was called a "big jerk" by the top executive for calling my credit card company and challenging the charges. He told me that his company now has to pay $50.00. Get over it Michael Davis. When your company puts out such an inferior product and expects people to just sit back and take it, well I guess your just wrong. Then this immature little brat of a man, Michael Davis hung up on me instead of choosing to talk to me to straighten this scam/fraud out.
Michael Davis, you are in need of some anger managment and should not be in the position you are if indeed you assume that this company of yours is legit. Never, ever again will I do business with these ###s!

Grant Seeker Pro faulty claims and fraud

Ordered access to there web based info. The customer care red tried to rush me off the phone after getting my credit card info without giving me a authorization code. Then I didn't get the email with my user name and pass like I was supposed to. Attempted to contact the customer care rep two more times. Both time he stated that the email has already been sent. Finally got in contact with Adam his sup, got the email within 5 minutes. I was satisfied at that moment till I got a email from Adam that reads... and this is a copy of that email.

First of all, let me apologize for the email that was sent on Friday. I sent out an urgent message in regards to our "Government Assistance" product. I failed to check the site before I sent out the email.

To my horror, I found out that the site was not processing orders correctly, and was actually telling customers that their order was declined, before they ever put in their credit card!

Well, let's just say that the conversation I had with our tech department, cannot be replayed in a public forum. The site is up and running and I wanted to resend this because I think it's way too important for you to miss.

If you are angry with me, so be it, but I would rather eat crow and be wealthy, then stubborn and still struggling.

Both the customer care rep, and the sup show no professionalism in there attitude toward there customers. There are many postings about this being a scam in hind site I should have looked for them before giving my info. Please look into these people before others get taken for a ride. Lord knows it's hard enough in this economy without wolfs waiting in the wings to fleece people out of what little they have.

Grant Seeker Pro Unathorized charges

The information was old and useless. They charged my card for a subscription that I never saw the fine print for. They said it was on the invoice on the email but I couldn't find the email. They told me that I was suffering "memory loss." I canceled any future charges with my card and disputed the charge. The yelled at me on the phone when I asked them to stop yelling and discuss this with me they said no I won't stop yelling at you. Really nice folks to deal with.

Grant Seeker Pro Scam

Grant Seeker Pro is a scam. I too did some research on various grant websites. This was one of the top rated programs recommended. The software and book I received were useless. A total waste of money. That was about 6 months ago.

Yesterday I got my credit card statement and Grant Seeker Pro had made an unauthorized billing of $29.95 on my account. I have not spoken to this company in 6 months! When I called the company today, I was cursed, and hung up on! The man used the "F" word three times in one sentence. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I have reported them to my credit card company and am also going to report them to the Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau.

Wow I feel like such an idiot cause I am another one that has been scammed. I too paid $100.00 plus following my cancellation i got charged 39.99. Then with some ugly emails back and forth I told them to lose my email address. I too will be taking it up with the attorney general and also the BBB. I never got a name of the person but the bottom of the email reads as follows.

This is really disheartening to new business owners that have put everything into trying to have a successful business, obviously with not a lot of money left to play with I applied for the grant to try and help kick start business, but all I got was “RIPPED OFF”. That money could have gone into my business.

Grant Pro is a scam. I returned by package two weeks ago and I am unable to retrieve by Authorization Return #. However, I can provide proof of the receipt on my bank account and my USPS receipt to verify that i returned the package.

I was informed by a disrespectful representative that I will not receive my refund unless I can provide them with this number. The number I placed on the return slip.

I will be reporting this company to the Attorney General Office and the Better Business Bureau. The representative I have spoken to on several occasion has been so rude and disrespectful . I will be taking them to small claims court to retrieve my money, as I have proof that the package was delivered to the correct office.

This is a total scam and I would discourage people to purchase this book. It is a total scam.

I also paid you a 119.00, that I had to borrow. After my official sign up I called my helper in your business, I had all kinds of promises made to me about your help every step of the way. I went thru the book listened to the cd and called her back with my questions and was told everything I need is in the book. I am a disabled man trying to start a business and you wasted my time, and money and a year later I am in the same place. I don't know how you sleep at night, but I am finding many businesses to be like this in the cyber world. If I don't hear about my money being sent back to me by the end of October 2017, my lawyer will be taking this much further. These types of online businesses have to be stopped, taking money from people trying to find away out of there situation.

I was charged $109.95. I was told about the service for consultation but was not told about a cost. My card was charged an additional $39.95 for four months. I found out and called and ask to cancel that and to refund the money. They refunded the last month charged. I called a year later and was told they can do a business plan for me for $1, 500.00 and other $500.00 for looking for grants. The lady sound genuine but asked me how much i was worth in credit cards? I did not know that grant givers wanted this information. I think NOT.

I bought this for my small business but it was completely useless. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!. Their "expert" that calls you pretty much tells you the same thing that a doorknob would. I would love to get me money back but since they suck so bad that will never happen.

My names Jeff/ High Sierra Plumbing in Susanville, Ca. Like all of us we were looking for Gov. Grants etc. Well here goes another one friends. A fool and his money are soon parted. No pun intended I to have fallen into the same situation as the rest of you nice people. Just as you all I pressed google after I made a purchase from Grant Seeker Pro. Before I could read a few comments on this Company and get back on the phone, they of course didn't answer the phone. Cathy Brown called me from this #[protected] first. Friday this all happened, by Monday I was at my Bank Pronto, called the Bank Fraud line reported the situation and a full refund was put into my account. Hopefully this all works out for me. I was called by Cathy Brown on Monday after I informed them that I was canceling our dealings, funny how that works when your working another salesman at their own game. For all its worth and all that was said or not said to me, I'm glad that this has happened to me. Hopefully in the future when I read something on the internet I will not think the free rolling thoughts that I had as a younger man. All is good, a hand shake is a firm deal, The Lone Ranger will come to my rescue, and Sky King will fly me to my next job. Happy Trails ya all/Never Say Whoa in a Horse Race.

WoW...I really wish I would have viewed these reviews before dealing with this company! I'm in the process of cancelling and submitting my request for a refund of $109.93, it's weird how everyone is charged different prices for the same product. I've only had the product for one week and see that it is not at all what was represented to me. I have spoken with Molly Cole and she directed me to her supervisor Sharon, whom never returned my call. The other customer service reps were not offering any assistance at all. I will keep this audience posted about my experience if I do not get results. And if all goes astray, we will have to come together as a unit and take this company...DOWN!

Well, I looked at the site, filled in the general information, and then clicked next. I was sent to a page to add my CC information. I did not enter in any more information and simply left the site. I received an email today from someone from Grant Seeker Pro using a Hotmail addy. I also received eight phone calls in a row, from the rep today. I came out here and noticed all of the information that you had provided. And in case anybody is wondering what happened to Jay...let me pass this along. I CC'd Jay in on my response to the rep. I had received the following delivery error message: "The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full." If that doesn't deter you, nothing will. Thanks for the posts.
