You placed your order for our Grant Master CD on 6/2/08 and it takes 10 to 14 days to arrive, it has only been 10 days. Secondly you were sent a Thank you email directly after you purchased the CD. (I have not recieve anything not even and freaking email that they said I would recieve so that "I CAN LOGIN TO GET GREAT OFFERS AND ASSISTANCE" I has a bunch of lies. ) The email was sent 06/02/08 21:39:54 and you opened the email 8 minutes later 06/02/2008 21:47:22. Our data base shows that you did log into our members web-site and set up a unique password “$40 for a service that I have not receive”. So you did receive the service for which you were charged for. The 7 day trial period is for you to have a chance to use the service that we offer to determine if it is a service that will benefit you. The trial is not for the Grant Master CD the CD is free and yours to keep whether or not you cancel your trial membership. The Trial membership and additional charges are not hidden in the long terms and conditions. They are list in the first paragraph in the terms and conditions and it refers you to read the Terms and Disclosures on the sales page.

Bonus Material Terms and Termination.
By purchasing this product, you agree to adhere to the termination agreement as outlined on the order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email, which is that you, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund of the upfront cost of any shipping and handling that may or may not have been charged to you for delivery of said product. Furthermore, any free trials that may or may not be offered with this product are only free during the said allotted time of the free trial period as outlined within the product sales page, confirmation of order page. If you have not cancelled the free bonus within the free trial period (if offered on product purchasing), you are agreeing to purchase the bonus material and/or service at a monthly reoccurring cost. This can be cancelled at anytime simply by calling the customer service number provided in the confirmation email and stating your desire to cancel said bonus material. However, in order to not be charged any future reoccurring cost, please give ample time (2 business days) to be cancelled out of any reoccurring billing system before the next scheduled charge to your account (this does not apply during any trial period). Not cancelling trial programs constitutes authorization, by you, the buyer, for any charges (as outlined) for the associated bonus service until your request to cancel has been received by our customer service staff. By not cancelling the bonus program during the trial period or prior to two days before a scheduled billing cycle, you agree that any reoccurring charges billed to you will be non-refundable.
