Maybe you should complain about the companies that are actually charging you, none of these are Grant Consultant.

Grant Consultant Unauthorized billing!

I have been trying to several days now to cancel a membership with this company, the phone number that was given to me Is: [protected] and the other phone number is [protected], well you can never get anyone to answer the phone and today finally I was able to speak with john and when I called his name John, he said nothing and just held the phone. spoke with John on 3/6/08, I was just trying to get my money back and to cancel my membership. I had no idea it would be this hard.

The same thing happen to me as well. They contacted me by phone, and got me interested. Than told me that all there was to pay was $3. 87. There was no other charges will be made to the card, and they verified that. There were no mentioning of a $49. 95 a month fee whats so ever. They charged the card for four months. After they told me that there won't be any other charges to the card. Luckly they refunded the charges, plus shipping. Now i'm trying to conact the person that called me the day and talked to me. I really need to talk to them. I have a situation on my hands that needs clearing up. Now i called the grant consultant custmer service several times trying to get the name of the person that called me. And they keep saying that they have 100's of operators working there for them, and that theres no way of telling who that person is, now isn't that a line of crock. That operator has a number, and that number is put down when they get a sale. Thats how that person gets payed, so don't tell me theres no way of knowing who that person is. Theres a way to contact that person, if anyone knows how please let me know. Thank you.

I had signed up 2 recieve a grant from the government through grant consultant i paid 3. 87 for a proposal that i had never recieved that was suppose to give me tips on how to recieve the money 2 weeks prior 2 that i recieved a phone call from them saying that i had been approved for the grant in the ammount of 3500$ that it would be deposited in my account in 24hours prior 2 the phone call all i had 2 do was leave 29. 95 in the account from the 3500$ 4 days pass no money was deposited still i wonder if they were going 2withdraw the 29. 95 from my account anyway i jus made sure it was nothing 4 them 2 withdraw but it was still a waste of my time my 3. 87 and me giving bank information 2 a scam company i wonder does the government has anything 2 do with this if so wut could be done about this and how can i b compensated.

Product was ordered by unauthorized teen and company does not answer phone in order to cancel order. They referred my to easyhelpcenter.com which is this center and stated i could cancel here.

Hello, my name is William Murdock, I was shock to learn that $49.95 was taken out of my checking account in February on the 19th, 2008. So if you please return my money and take me off your list as a customer that i'm not. I do not want your service, and if you have taken anymore, please refund me that to from January. Thank You

Unauthorized charge of $3.87 on 12/23/07 for something I did not sign up for nor did I purchase. I have several charges during the same time frame and various companies totaling close to $200.00. They can now try to use that number as it no longer exists, my bank closed that account but I am still out the money and no way to get it back.

I paid shipping charges for a kit they were supposed to send. I never received it. I was supposed to get a welcome email within 48 hours and that was never received. When I called the first time to let them know about the email I was given a password to access the website. When I go to the website I am never able to leave the opening page. The password does nothing. It just comes back to the same page.

Now when I try to call customer service I cannot get through. There is just silence and after about 5 seconds it just hangs up. On my confirmation page they say they are going to charge my card $49.95 for membership. I have to contact my credit card company to tell them not to accept the charge.

Please remove me from your free trail membership. there is not enough money for your company to withdraw any moneys out of my account. I would appreciate all moneys be returned to my account. Thank You.

I order acd that is suppose to help me get grants for my daughter and they said it will take 10 days. I paid with my cc and didn't receive anything so I called back and told them. They said we'll send another one out free of charge. well It been more than 10 days age. so I called just awhile ago. I spoke with their account support team and asked to cancel again and explained what happened. He said " you should get it tomorrow if not call monday and well cancel it. " I want to cancel it because If I don't I'll be charge $49.95.

I was charged $49.95 and have not even heard of this company before. I have never used there services nor never even given them any account or credit card information. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and the police for this unauthorized charge on my account. I feel that banks should add them to there list of fraud companies so this won't happen to other innocent people.
