Grand Incentives 2 do not fly free voucher

I am so disspaointed reading all the negative feedback. I was really hoping for a miracle. I have Ambit energy and I wanted to use 2 vouchers for the One fly free vouchers they provide. Mind you I know I made a simple human mistake in not sending my license, I got a letter back saying oh well boohoo, it's all void and done now. I am looking forward to a vacation in NYC this Spring and this could have significantly saved me some money if granted. I sent everything they needed I read the fine print in the voucher, except in the sheet where I chose my dates. I honestly did not see it needing my license. I called Ambit and they said to try to to call customer service and see if something can be done. I am calling tomorrow. Ambit said that I should ask for someone above just a cust serv agent and see if I can fax or scan my lic. I mean we live in 2013, tech is just a click away. Too sad to see that cust service is not what it used to be. I am hoping my issue can be resolved. Ambit will reimburse my points if this is not resolved. But really do I want to use them again if this is the company at hand. I will post my resolution tomorrow. Here is hoping, here's a just a busy mom who is human and made a simple mistake. You know in the long run they win cause they will get something payed...stay tuned...

so here is a bit of a follow up...i called today and Dana answered. Dana pretty much told me that her supervisor Carol was out of town this week and she would not be back till next week, so I asked for someone higher, she said that her manager Connie would return my call. Still waiting. After I stated my situation she said that most likely nothing would be done, and mind your her pitch in her voice escalated a bit, as if I was deaf, she continued to tell me that pretty much the terms and conditons were clear and if they do this for me, they would have to do this for everyone else...mmm, not what i expected. I am waiting for a resolution still, emailed the grand incentives admin here and see what happens. i guess since we are all human and make mistakes and they would have to make an exception for us all, then cust service has no meaning. i am keeping up with ambit about this matter as well...keep staying tuned...

Awful customer service! Awful! Christie pelham should never get on the phone with a customer/client. She and customer service should never be in the same sentence much less paragraph! Do not purchase vouchers/certificates from grand incentives or any of the other names that they use. I was told that they have 17 different websites!!! Please know that I...

This is the most duplicitous company I have ever dealt with. They have failed to send me a refund of my $100 deposit even though I've Faxed them copies of the money orders for the depost and the certified mail receipts on 3 occasions. I was assured (2 months ago!) that the refund had just been sent out. When I called on several occasions to inquire about...

Grand Incentives further inconvienence

Update for me, after posting here the 1st time on this company, where I sent in my requests four months in advance to get something back almost 2 months later to have " Nothing available " for all 3 choices, I requested my deposit of $50 dollars back since my vacation dance card was now full & the vocher could no longer help & would be expired by the time next years trips come . I got NOTHING, I was forgotten until I came on here & told my story where all of a sudden, they were anxious to help .
They wanted me to send my info which I no longer had since I gave up but told them if they were serious about making this right to just send me my unused deposit back & got an e-mail on Nov 2nd saying my refund is being processed & should take 2 weeks, what, a regular check would not do ?, 2 weeks passed & nothing & then 2 more weeks, we are in the same state, what's thee holdup ?.
I came here again & typed this 1 month no refund FACT in & got another which leads us to this " further inconvience " comment, got another e-mail saying the check will be sent on monday but WAIT 10 days for it to post, what ? you guys don't have $50 in the bank from all this money you take from people who can't find this site, 10 days, oh great, the $50 would of come in hugely handy on my trip coming up in 5 days, but since I have to wait 10 days for whatever reason, that's money I won't be using on this trip so now 2 trips have been marred up a bit by this company BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Thanks so much! I got an offer for a 7 night resort stay in MX for suffering thru a sales pitch for a RAINBOW Water Vacuum Sweeper. Got to looking at the "free gift brochure" I was given for allowing sales person into my home. This morning I finally got around to looking REAL close at the brochure...was kind of interested in a week at a resort in Cozumel, MX. Just decided to do a web search before jumping thru the hoops required to book this "vacation"...THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THIS WEB SITE BEFORE I MADE ANY DECISIONS! After reading all the complaints here - I tore up my "free offer" certificate - they won't even get $9 out of me.
OH, BY THE WAY: The Rainbow sweeper presentation was boring - but I wanted to see the new model as I have one that is 50 years old. The new one is nice - but not at $2500! Love my old, old RAINBOW! Hate all I'm reading about GRAND INCENTIVES, INC. RAINBOW: I'm offended that you think so little of your potential customers as to hype GI's "free gift" as an incentive to buy!

Grand Incentives where's my refund

Going to post another one on this company - but recieved a voucher from a blood center, sent my deposit in 4 months in advance of my trips along with my 3 choices & got " not available " on all 3 & wanted my refund back for services / deposit not needed .
Waited months with no reply, so I made complaint here where all of a sudden, a reply was given about how they were sorry & they would refund my deposit of $50 & on november 2nd 2012, I had an e-mial saying my refund was being processed & should take 2 weeks, it's 4 weeks now & considering I am in the same state, even if they sent it via turtle, it should of been here by now, i mean, you can get stuff to California in 2 days, so as long as I wait, I will continue to BASH these crooks so nobody else hopefully get's taken to the cleaners by them & has this nightmare & they should be EMBARRASSED considering they do these vochers for Blood Donors that are hard to get in the 1st place, so again, if you have a vocher from Grand Incentives & haven't done anything with it DON'T - DO NOT - DON'T

Grand Incentives fraud fraud fraud

Recieved vocher for 2 nights free hotel stay at select areas, 2 of which fit my vacation plans to a tee, my 1st choice was Sedona, Az, where I wanted to go on Wed & Thu, planned in april when I was going in September, so I made that my 1st choice & Scottsdale my 2nd since it was there & I was still going on Wed no matter what & threw Nashville in as my 3rd choice since I could fit it in, but mainly to have 3 choices & sent in my $50 deposit & this was early june .

It was only after that did I see a country mile long of complaints against this company & feared the worse & 2 months later I got a letter stating that not 1 of my choices was available at all & since my vacation dance card was full, I wanted my $50 back & wanted to call them but I also read complaints that since it is a Long Distance number, you can spend more money on hold than it is to get your money back & people were saying if you do get through then your the luckiest person alive & when I called, I waited for 5 mins & said " NO Way " & sent them a letter saying just give me my $50 deposit back since they cannot accomodate me & here it is, 3 months later & no refund & i'm 110% positive if I call I won't get anybody & if I send in another letter they will play " Lost in Space " & give me a total runaround .

I told the blood center my last visit yesterday & advised them to disocciate with this company or others who got " Taken to the Cleaners " from this company may stop donating blood & for anybody reading this that has a voucher & is seeing this before using it, DON'T, THROW THE VOUCHER AWAY ALL YOU WILL DO IS GIVE CROOKS $50 FOR NOTHING

I went on the site of Penny Auction and purchased two vacation for two nights and three days that was from the Grand Navigator company. Now I see this is a scam, they are requesting $50 more to be repaid once vacation is taken. I looked this company up on internet. Can not find where to talk to them about the two vacations. Is there a way I might get the money that I paid for the vacations?

Grand Incentives the requirements are rediculous

I completed their forms and sent the money order. Our trip was voided! They said our form was not completely filled out. I tolded her the only fields that I didn't complete was the fax number because we don't have one. She told me that I should have put NA, none or a line thru it! I told her there wasn't anything indicating that I needed to put NA, none or line if you don't have a fax number. She said it doesn't matter, the form was not completely filled out and I should have read the instructions! Really? they voided the trip because of that? Rediculous! They returned the money order but now I have to pay $15 to get it refunded which can take up to 30 days. They make it almost impossible for your to get the FREE trip which of course isn't free because you have to pay the $50 per person processing fees plus taxes, port fees or whatever other fees that get tacked on.
If you want to get one of these FREE trips, make sure you put something in EVERY blank spot, send a US Postal money order (they won't take any other kind of money order which they will void your trip), send certified, etc, etc, etc. good luck, you'll need it.

To Whom It May Concern:
We supposedly received this free trip just for listening about Summit Travel/Vacation Network, Inc. We filled out their form completely including the certificate number and certificate code that they asked for. It is not free. There is $149 processing fee for each of you (cruise travel). If travel is between March and August, it is only 50% off, but they do not list the total cost. Accommodations are for bunk beds and that is subject to availability. The entire letter of Details of Participation seems to be filled with loopholes for them. (It seemed worse for the other types of trips.) There is 30 day deadline to return the form. There is a year expiration date on the trip. A minimum 90 days advance notice to process reservations is required. Against my better judgment, we went ahead and signed and sent it in. They have 30 days to reply.
I was thinking that they would send us the options and dates and that we could get them booked. Then we could plan airfare and another vacation. They did reply within the 30 days. They sent us almost the same form to us to fill out again. There was no further reservation correspondence mailed. I decided to read the reviews before wasting 30 more days and any money. I could not find a toll free number or e-mail address. Their web site doesn’t have much more information than their literature contained. After reading the reviews, my fears were confirmed. I decided to stop while I was ahead and not waste any more time with them.

This company is a fraud. I submitted my planning form and it took them 4 months to reply that none of the dates I chose were available. I called and asked for my $100 deposit back. The woman answering their help desk phone was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and got a different woman who says it will be 4-6 weeks. Ha! Bet it takes much longer than that. Beware of this company!

Grand Incentives fraud

Received a free hotel stay with a wedding dress purchase from angeloliques bridal boutique in cornelius nc. Placed a deposit and couldn't print out agreement, first time spoke with a person when I called, after multiple attempts to print agreement, not one answer or call back after multiple messages. This company is a scam, do not use grand navigator when given with large purchases or be persuaded to make a large purchase with a free vacation... It is a waste

Grand Incentives cruise not honored

We were given a certificate for a 7 day cruise on 3-22-12 as a gift for attending their presentation in Roanoke Va. We sent our 100.00 deposit by money order as we were requested to do on 4-12-12. All of our paper work has been summit ed and we have nothing. They won't even tell you anything when you call after you finally get to speak to someone after waiting for hours to get through. I want my money back . How do I get it? Wanda Lester [protected]@aol.com 6213 Potts Creek Rd Covington Va 24426

Thats an interesting comment by GrandIncentives because I'm just reading up on the terms and conditions for the 5 day Cancun trip and see item #4 says: When requesting dates for your vacation, you will need to provide your $100 (USD) refundable room guarantee deposit, payable by check.

Grand Incentives company is a waste of time

This company is horrible! I have called multiple times and every time i call i am told to call back on a later date and that is when i can even get a hold of somebody, usually i just sit on hold for up to 2 hours at a time to even talk to someone, everyone there has an attitude and nobody there is competent enough to answer any questions, i "won" my trip which already is false advertising when you have to pay a $50 room deposit, i have wasted too much time on this company including writing this complaint so others don't waste their time

Grand Incentives Rejection of Registration Form

We applied for Now Boarding airline tickets at $50 each. The tickets were offered as an incentive to attend a Vacation Club presentation, which we did. We were required to submit 3 separate travel dates within highly restrictive parameters, a postal money order, and copies of our drivers licenses. We met all time limits and submission requirements. We received the attached rejection letter stating that our registration form was incomplete and that our certificate had been invalidated. The only items not filled in on the form were "Business Phone" (we are both retired) and "Fax" (we do not have a fax machine). Attached are copies of our registration form and the Now Boarding flyer (Item 2. There was no legitimate reason to invalidate our certificate.
