Site takes your credit card info fine but then tells you "our search is temporarily unavailable" and directs you to 3 of their "partners sites" who ALL charge you for what you just paid for. I'm calling my credit card rep tomorrow to void this transaction and alert them to this scam website using CLICKBANK for payment processing. Don't pay this site anything you won't GET anything!

Site took my credit card, but when I tried to use the site to locate my grandson, absolutely nothing happened. This seems to be a scam, and I am sorry I fell for it. I am trying to have this taken off my credit card.

You all are absolutely right! I paid for this service and it can't even provide me with general information! I haven't found not one thing or person I've been looking for. I will try and get my money back as well. For everyone else, DON'T PAY A SINGLE DIME TO THIS COMPANY!!!

That's what has happened to me too. I've sent numerous complaints but now they tell me that my receipt number is incorrect. I'm looking at it now and it's the one they sent me.

I'm glad it was only $49.90 + tax. I bought the lifetime plan in Feb 2007, not worth one dollar much less $50.
