GotTransmissions.com Porsche transmission shipment delay and subsequent product failure

I purchased a transmission for my 1999 Porsched Boxster. It took longer to to ship than communciated. My Porsche dealer installed it and it failed after a 3 mile test drive. I sent Gottransmissions email they provided and it bounced back. I am getting the run around from their customer service department. Invoice number 356300. Thank you for help, Jim

GotTransmissions.com transmission

I have a 2007 BMW 530i that had a transmission failure.
I ordered a used transmission from Got Transmissions on December 4th, 2019. The transmission was delivered to the repair shop on December 19th.

The shop installed the transmission and I have been attempting to get the warranty, 12 months or some miles, activated.
The warranty rules state that the warranty has to be activated within 10 days of receipt. It is impossible to do so. Both of the email addresses listed on the website get kicked back and nobody answers the phone.
The transmission was installed last week and is already acting up.

This business is a fraud. Stay away!

GotTransmissions.com this transmission is stuck in 3rd and won't shift!

All used transmissions are tested, visually inspected and cleaned$585.00 (grade a used transmission) 1 year or 12k mile parts & labor warranty.
It has only been a week since I have got my van and it's stuck in 3rd and won't shift. Not even 90 days. I'm waiting to hear something back of where I should take my van to avoid additional charges since I have already paid to have my transmission replaced once.

GotTransmissions.com didn't ship transmission and still charged a 25% restocking fee - do not purchase from this company

I ordered a used transmission from gottransmissions.com and after paying my invoice and delays I cancelled my order. After several weeks and many calls and emails, I finally received a refund, but it was only 75% of the invoiced amount I paid. After several more calls and emails I learned that they were charging my a restocking fee for an item that never left their facility.
I was ripped off - do not buy fromthis company!

GotTransmissions.com buyer beware!

I also fell a victim to this www.gottransmissions.com company. And my problem is exactly like others had. I can't reach anyone from customer support no matter what I do. I tried all the possible ways - sent them messages via email and called their contact phone number and it got me nowhere. I simply wasted my time with no result and I guess there is noting I can do here.
There are few positive reviews online about Got Transmissions, but these reviews are totally fake and probably written by someone from Got Transmissions. Buyer beware!

GotTransmissions.com they switched me to completely different rep and didn't send correct parts

We ordered transmission from the company www.gottransmissions.com. We knew the exact type and year of the car, so we used correct information. But the seller sent us wrong parts and after several our complaints, they agreed that it was mistake. But they started to avoid us and when I called them, the rep switched me to the second line, where the rep knew nothing about these parts and delivery. Awful services.

GotTransmissions.com defective transmission and the warranty was fake

I bought transmission from the company www.gottransmissions.com. It was the worst experience, ‘coz they provided it on time, but it stopped to work after couple of weeks. I called to the support team, and they told me that my warranty was completely useless. I was shocked that I wasted so much money. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

Scam Company Do not use them. I ordered trans from them advertised to have 57k miles. knew it was scam after they did not contact me after taking credit card for 3 days, then said it would be 15 plus days to deliver, i emailed to cancel, no response, called credit card company to dispute charges. told to wait to hear from got trans. never did. they finally sent it 18 days and what arrived was junk trans that had been washed outside, inside had black burned fluid and metal debris inside.contacted them again no response. still working with credit card co to reverse charges!

GotTransmissions.com they took money and never delivered orders

I bought Honda transmission from the website www.gottransmissions.com. I paid with my visa card, but the seller ignored me and didn’t provide any confirmation info. I wasted time and money, and they simply scammed me and tricked out of my money. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

GotTransmissions.com fee for nothing

Ordered a transmission for a chevy truck on 20 Mar 14. After hearing absolutely nothing from Gottransmissions.com I tried to cancell the order on 28 Mar and was told the manager that did that was not there and would be in Monday so i said to put a ship hold on it. On Monday 31 Mar 14 i called and cancelled the order and was told there would be a 25% restock fee and was told there was nothing I could do about it. Called back and got a machine and asked for a call back and never received an answer. Do not trust this outfit! 25% restock fee on a $745 part is a lot for them doing absolutely nothing.
