18004404397 - this number now being used in the small print of the ad for googleprofithouseonline - AFTER you give your credit card details they tell you its 5 day trial - to cancel call that number - of course no reply and international charges apply - reverse lookup fails to find address.small print gives a further address in NEVIS, Caribbean! if anyone has an address please let me know.

further to 1800440 4397 - reverse lookup has this as Brands Customer Services Xm West Lafayette, IN . Hopefully people will stop using his scams.

it's a DAMN SHAME as big as GOOGLE is that know one can find or log on to GOOGLEPROFITHOUSEONLINE.COM i JUST PURCHESED this myself and printed out my login # and I also can't find the home site to login to see what it's about this is the page it brought me to so it must be a SCAM BY GOOGLE!!! no wonder there worth so much money they take your money only for you and me to find IT'S A SCAM. DAMN SHAME WHEN YOU CAN'T TRUST GOOGLE!!!

i have just been scammed by this Google profit online... i will be contacting my bank and my better business bureau in the morning...

I have just been scammed by this same Google Profit House thing! I'd even read their 'Terms and Conditions' and everything and it said it was a '5 day Trial' only and would only charge me $0.99!

I then checked my online banking account and saw 2 payments withdrawn - one for $1.19 and another for $34.56!!!?? Sheeesh!

I have already contacted my bank and they are lodging a dispute. They can stop that payment or reverse it or something, and they've also cancelled that card number! I'm so glad I checked my online banking account and realised what had happened in time!

The 'Toll free' number they gave was (and for me this is not 'Toll free' ) :

1-800-440-4397

...this was to cancel subscription but this number keeps getting disconnected!

They also gave a street address to lodge complaints/cancel subscription:

I really hope something gets done about these ones!

I also have been scammed by this company. You asked for an address in your posted comment that I read today. I work for a place that has access to a specific search site that allows you to find businesses and such by phone number. There was only 1 company that came up when I searched 1-800-440-9397. It belongs to "XM Brands INC" out of Hollywood, FL ( not CA) and Hialeah, FL. I only found 2 addresses: 3609 N. 29th AVE Hollywood, FL 33020 amd 5753 NW 158th ST Hialeah, FL 33014. I hope this helps you as much as its fixing to help me. When I called today to cancel my order I asked about my $1.97 refund. The lady told me there would be no refund because they do not give out the refund for the trial period. Lucky for me I printed off the Terms & Conditions that simply states in paragraph 3.2 " You may cancel at anytime during the initial 5-day trial and receive a full refund of your $1.97. Please call 1-800-440-9397 to make arrangement to receive your refund." As I read that to the operator I was talking to, she hung up on me. Oh well, guess we'll see what the BBB has to say.

That sounds identical to the clauses in the 'Terms and Conditions' of the one I got stung by (mentioned above), except the number is slightly different (1-800-440-4397) and the address given is West Indies Nevis. I called the number, through Operator assistance because I couldn't dial direct, but it kept getting disconnected or it was constantly busy or something. I never got to speak to anyone.

My bank is doing what it can re: lodging a dispute about the extra payment of $34.56 from my account (I had only agreed to $1.19!), and has cancelled my card to prevent any future unauthorized payments! They'll have details soon as to the person/company and bank withdrawing this amount and I'll post back here.

I am so angered by this - I never even got any confirmation email, nor received anything even remotely related to this that I've apparently signed up for! Nothing!

I have been scammed as well. Thought I was gong to be making money not losing it!! Just checked my bank account and $84.84 (£53.53) has been debited. My bank has said it can cancel my card so no more payments can be taken from my account, but I don't know if they will be able to get my money back. When you are on a limited income losing over £50 causes problems to family finances.

Last week my visa bank called to verify charges suspected as fraud. Someone somewhere was purchasing small priced items on my card. One was at Kjs Too, and there were several others. Visa removed the charges and issued a new card. Today, I received 2 packages, one is identified on the label as Dazzling Teeth, from Order Fulfillment Center, 3609 N. 29th AVE Hollywood, FL, phone 1-800-440-9397. The other is from Glow.com. Strange to me that the fraud resulted in the items being sent to me.
