I’ve been in mail order for about 45 years. My web business has been a Google adwords advertiser since there has been a Google. Over the last 15 years, I've paid Google somewhere around $140, 000-$150, 000. That's a lot of money. I have tracking software on my server. The tracking software shows that we are right now receiving about 10% maybe up to 20% of the traffic that Google says they are sending me. Google says the only tracking software they acknowledge is Google analytics. When I tell them that it makes no sense that Google wants me to use Google to confirm how honest Google is being, They slough it off. TWO of their “senior representatives” spent an hour each on the phone with me in the last year PROVING and ACKNOWLEDGING that there were invalid clicks – one session to the tune of about $1200-$1400. And they told me credits would be forthcoming. I even received follow-up calls from “Googlers” telling me that credits were coming & they were working on it. Then they kept pushing it off and pushing it off. Days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months. Now they say those issues are too old. And they cannot help with anything that old. So all they did was tell me they would make it right – then kept pushing it out til now they are saying those are too old to credit. Well, the last few months, they are overcharging again. Charging me for many times more clicks than the tracking software says they are sending. And they are running and hiding again - claiming they will do an “investigation.” Right now, it looks to me like they owe me as much as $2, 000 in credits. And more than likely a lot more. I have Google set up on an auto charge to my debit card. I move just enough money over there to cover inbound charges. Their “senior rep” “Michael” told me today [protected]) that if I want the ads to run, I have to pay them more, NOW. When I told him that THEY need to get the credits put through first, he said they would not. When I told him, they were in essence trying to put me out of business, he just shrugged it off. There wasn’t even an ounce of humanness in his voice. The 800 pound gorilla has grown to 8, 000 pounds. It is more like Google is the modern day mafia & a business has to pay them whatever they say or else they will stomp you in the mud. And the really sad thing is I see these stories in the news, on line all the time. Google has been sued many times – and lost. So it is a fact that they do do wrong. They have been caught with their hand in the cookie jar so to speak. And because they are so powerful, . They keep on doing it. And they keep on getting away with it. I don’t have the money to sue them. And the government seems to be afraid of them. Meanwhile, they’ve taken my livelihood from me.

Respected CEO or Head of Google, I along with my 5 family members including 2 children of about 9 and 10 years age have booked air asia flight ticket on 29th Nov 2015 onward journey and return ticket on 6th Dec 2015. However, on 6th Dec morning we have received an Google update that airasia flight is delayed by 4 hours (00:55 AM ETD) and hence accordingly we reached the airport by 9:30 PM to check in and board the flight. However, when we reached the checkin desk the lady at the counter said our flight has left by 7:55 PM. This was a shocking and panicking situation for me as I had to report to work the next day and my baby to school. When we showed the update received through Google your employee at the counter said it was not from airasia and hence cannot take any responsibility for that. When I asked about a solution she said there is other flight till 8th Dec 2015 and that too we need to pay 1000 ringgets (INR 17000) additional amount as penalty to reschedule our booking to 8th Dec 2015. How can Google send updates without the information from air aisa airlines?. Just imagine the trauma for a single parent like me and all the 5 of us who were supposed to reach India, visakahapatnam by 6th Dec night. We had no place to stay and had to rush out at the middle of the night at 12:00am back to kaulalampur. As we had no money left with us and all 5 of us, we literally stayed on roadside for next 2 days with the 2 kids. This has left me and my family with bitter taste and I can never forgive for what was done to us by incorrect update on flights of air aisa by Google. There are some more victims like this on the 6th Dec 2015. Ever since we missed the flight there were multiple repercussions and emotional disturbances and nightmares for the 2 kids who were accompanying us as they missed the school the next day and were traumatised about any punishment at school. My daughter even till date gets up in the middle of the night and screams in her sleep "mummy, we are going to miss the flight" run run, "Teacher will punish me". I had to reschedule my travel to Hyderabad (within in India) for important visit, by cancelling the train ticket and book a flight ticket (INR 8000) and take my daughter along with me as she was emotionally disturbed with the whole incident and could not leave her behind in Visakhapatnam. I have no option but to file a case against google for what I and my family especially the 2 little children had to go through which left them with trauma. I feel responsible to notify you with my intention hence this complaint mail. I am attaching my itinerary for Malaysia trip and also my spice jet flight ticket as the impact evidence. I was just notified after an year of a "past due" balance that it was sent to collection. Not once was I notified and at no point did I owe when I shut down my account (over a year ago). I was told that there was several attempts which at one point I talk to someone (false notes..). I strive in good credit and not having past due balances. This company either has bad representatives or it's just a flat out rip off. At no point did this company help my business and it was a complete waste of money. I will not recommend this company/service to anyone I know.

Back in Dec 2014When we initially signed up we were given all the bells and whistles that after 2 weeks absolutely nothing was done so we closed the ad down. Then when in early Nov 2015, they billed $51.47 and if we didn't pay, they'd take action. So yes, I paid BIG mistake! They then took $50 more that same day, then $120 the next week, then $200 more a few days ago! We called, said it was what we wanted and refused any refunds! Now how's that legal? I'll shut it and have shut it down but want my money back for unauthorized bank withdrawals asap! Crooked thriving company!

Mark, identified himself from a Google Affiliate (unspecified), called on Thanksgiving with a sales call. His number is 303.823.4351. When I told him I did not want to talk with him on Thanksgiving, he became verbally abusive...ending in calling me a 'crazy b****h'. Nice affiliate Google has, huh?

Dear Sir, On about the 20th September 2014, i joined a free trail with google play music, and one year later on, my fee was taken out of my account and the next month another fee was deducted again, the reason why i am very angry with it is that i would have appreciated a warning that the payments will be deducted within 30 days if i did not take any action, i feel that this action is totally wrong so i would appreciate a refund from the fees for the Google Play Music Trial...my email address is [protected]@gmail.com... i look forward to your Reply Michael Stanley

I have paid tracker on site with the same time zone as in Google Adwords, but google adwords showing huge overcharge if my tracker show 500 click for a day, google charging about 850 clicks. I sent them email with proof but they the reply is the same - system is automatic

I have been trying to send an email to my uncle in Pennsylvania from new York but I get no response from him then after I talked with him in Pennsylvania when I was visiting that he told me that all he got was a gill on his computer screen and there was no message and my email is through googles Gmail and it is aaron.levi.[protected]@gmail.com and I have been trying to send letters to my uncles email and his email is through yahoo.com and it is Jim G [protected]@yahoo.com but every time I try sending him an email it fails to reach him and when I check my email account that it says on the computer screen getting address correct so that is my whole problem plus I gave my email address to my uncle and he sent me an email from his iPhone and I received it and it was sent on the 18th of July and then I wrote back to him using a computer and I sent him an email on the 23thrd of July but my uncle never received my email and I have tried sending him other emails but they never get through either so I’m not sure but I think he can send me messages but I can’t send him any and this has all happened this year.

We tried to order a charger cover door for a Samsung S5 phone for 9.99 on Sept. 4, 2015 on our Wells Fargo Visa debit card from Google MachineZone Google.com/ CH CA. We cancelled the order, because it wasn't the right item, but were charged 99.99 four times on Sept. 4th, 99.99 six times on Sept. 9th, and 99.99 four times again on Sept. 10th, for a total of $1, 399.86. They promised to refund the fraudulent charges, but we still have not been refunded.

I have a complaint that when I was in Korea, the sea of Japan was marked as the east sea, but it is marked as "the sea of japan" in all countries accept Korean site. it appears to be ignoring Korean people, although Korean people proved the issues, I think. anyway, I wish that Google change the name of sea as soon as possible.

Earlier today I went to logon to my outlook account, only to be told I was logging in from an unusual location. So after having a security code sent to another one of my email accounts, (A suggested Hotmail account) I was told the code did not match my outlook account, and that I would have to send another code to another one of my other email accounts. (This time an yahoo account!) WTF! Who in the hell gives them the right to be tracking all of my account? It is none of there business who I use for my personal emails. So now I am locked out of all of my nsm email accounts? Which means I will not be able to work away from home, nor it seems once I have returned home...

Google Partners initiate their call by saying they are Google when they're not. They fail to disclose the total cost of their programs; then you get charged through your bank for a cost much higher; Bait and Switch. Google Adwords is a self generated scam because Google controls so much of the Internet traffic that consumers are forced to pay their high prices just to get recognition. There have to be fair practices, bait and switch and other consumer protections that they can be held accountable for. Who in the AG's, FTC's and other regulatory entities are lining their pockets with Google's ill gotten gold. I no longer trust Google. I'll pay the higher SEO prices not to have Google ripping me off. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Starbucks, McDonald's, Republican and Democrat Parties, and the US Government are just a few members of the Evil Empire that someday must be required to atone for their abuses.

I noticed a discrepancy between the number of clicks Google Adwords was reporting for my product and the number of clicks Amazon.com was reporting for that same product for the exact same time period. The product ad on Google Adwords had a unique referral number, linking to Amazon, so that the only clicks reported on Amazon would be those coming from the Google Adwords Ad.

Amazon reported 37 clicks during the period. Google Adwords reported 66, with an average of $.78 per click, for a total charge for the Ad period Jun 16-Sept 14. of $44.56, an estimated $22.62 in overcharges.

I paused the ad accounts. On Sept 15th I called Google Adwords to report the problem. The next day, my Google Adwords account reported completely different figures for the June 16-Sept 14 period. Now an additional $22.19 was added to the figure I owed. I have screenshots of the Google Adwords pages for that show two entirely different reports for the same time period.

I have made several calls to Google and have sent all the screenshots, of Google pages and of Amazon pages, and the customer service agent, Shannon, responded only with, "No everything is working correctly on our end."

I have run Google Ads for years, but I didn't start using unique referral code until a few months ago. Now I feel that I very well may have been overcharged all this time.

The charges never authorized of $9.99 for music since June 2015(3 charges). If you cannot undo the previous charges I demand a stop on new charges.The very sparingly use of music in June did not carry an agreement to charge any money from my account.

I have contacted the maker of the game and they said they would look into the problem. It's. Been locking up every time its suppose to spin. Right now it has 16 to 20 spins on it.the handle comes down drops away and then nothing. It will not spin or move. And then I can't play again until the coins build back up, and it will get off the spin part.. I realize this is a trivial thing. But to us little people out here playing it is or can be very annoying. Would you please look into this for me.
