As a new client of GoodLife Fitness, I have known them for a month only. The experience
that I have had with them is very negative. They lack organization and respect
to clients. They lost my account information and made me to go to the bank 3
times to bring it to them again. It took them a month to update it in the
computer. In the meantime when I was coming to the club, they were questioning me
every time about “problems with account”. Even their Head Office called me
saying that I didn’t pay for a month of membership. I had to explain them over
again that I have submitted my account information and they should have it. Of
course no one knew where it went, so I had to go to the bank again and bring it
to them again. I had to pay cash for a month of membership. At the end no one
even said “sorry”.

I am very frustrated with this experience. Staff loses
client’s account information and they turn it into client’s fault. Before
calling me and saying that I didn’t do something, they should have look for
faults within their own company.

3 sessions with a personal trainer included in a new
membership is nothing more than a brainwashing about signing up for a permanent
trainer. All I learned from my “personal trainer” is her 2 most commonly used
words “I hate” and “price list”. She hates certain politicians and nations. I
am not into politics at all. She repeated all the time that she would show me
the price list to continue personal training with her even though I explained
her that I cannot afford it now financially. She did not hear me. When I heard
of these 3 sessions at first, I was excited and hoped that they would help me
to learn about proper exercising and what I need to do to reach my physical
goals. I didn’t get any of it. My intention to go to a fitness club was to feel
better emotionally and physically and not to learn about political dissatisfaction
of fitness trainers and to be constantly pressured about “price list”.

At the end, I regret that I purchased a membership at
Goodlife Fitness. At the very beginning it brought me so many negative
feelings. They wasted my time and instead of feeling better emotionally, all I
got from them is just an additional stress.
