I ordered ingame currency from ESOgoldstore.com, a division of goldah.com. They claim to have sent it to me did not. Their confirmation mispelled my character name which leads me to believe they sent it to another person or didn't send it period. I have copies of emails and livechats in which they say they'll send me screenshots of the transaction but they don't. Do not buy from these people. Just don't.
I would like my money back from buying these coins because they have gotten me band from PlayStation within 30 minutes of receiving them. I would like a full refund of £80.00 whenever you can do quickest refund. Otherwise I will get my money refunded by my bank advisor and maybe take in to consideration of closing your business down

this company is the worse that i have seen in a long time. they are very unprofessional about their transactions. their customers support is full of ###. they are useless and cannot do anything. this company should be shut down and reported for fraudulent activities and scams. not trustworthy at all. Id recommend throwing ur cash outside a window rather than giving it to this company.

False advertisement to say the least for Goldah and ESO-Gold they claim fast service and delivery of in game currency, but nothing could be further
from the truth, delivery takes for ever if by some miracle it will ever occur, and the customer service is horrible. I ma not sure i will get my gold with them or will have to file yet another dispute in paypal, but the time and energy already put in makes the gold service a last resort for me from now on.
If possible i would resell in game shop items to players not to deal with these shady and unreliable sites.

I tried to purchase credits for firefall - first off they advertise a certain price but when you got the website they are actually charging 40% more - so I asked a online rep about this and they apologized but assured me fast delivery
after I made my purchase I was told they didn't have credits in stock and they would be delivered asap - after waiting 24 hours I again contacted them and was assured I would have my credits in 4 hours - after another 8 hours I contacted them and told them to cancel my order - which they didnt do
now I have to file a dispute with paypal to get my money back
