paid off my loan online and not with certified check. called next day to informed them, i was paying my off/overpaid because of online talk with rude telephone staff mark #897-8508, oneal#897-8673, xyza#897-509, etc. could not get pricipal off, did not send by certified check. never in my life 63yrs paid off my parent houseloan, iam disable now. what happen to quality service . phyllis a terry #0306877544 acct 919-880-9120
