This game has weekend events for prizes. But when you run out of free plays ( stamina) you can choose to buy gold and spend your gold to refill. I was willing to purchase this gold with my credit card. The gold was delivered in a timely manner and I spent it on the refill when I used it I was refilled but then the game kicked me out and I lost my growing point total for wins based on wins in a time limit. So my point totals were lost . At first Glu mobile denied having this glitch but later admitted it was an ongoing problem they were training to fix and they were sorry but were not refunding me. Thanks for milking $700.00 Canadian out of me
Unauthorized credit card charges to my account
Never heard of in any way until now about this supposed "business/company" Never! Yet, somehow they're able to make Multiple Unauthorized charges to my account starting from what I can see on June 17, 2016 till so far most recent today July 6, 2016 in various Random amounts. From minimum amount of $4.99 to so far largest amount of $50.00. Not only are they committing multiple crimes in theft & fraud with my account, but CONSTANTLY causing my account to be $60.00 overdrawn in which I have no choice to pay off every pay day I have, just for the newly vicious cycle to repeat itself thanks to this thief of a "company" managed to get my account & card information. I live paycheck to paycheck barely getting by as it is already all my adult life, that something as disgusting as this happening to me doesn't help guarantee my next meal what so ever, Especially if I can't somehow get this entire issue resolved, made right, every penny stolen from me refunded in full immediately no hassle & NEVER to continue any further NEVER again at all!
I have been having the same problem. It seems they pride themselves in avoiding complaints. When we call, the recording says go online. When we go online, it says click into a Game Title for assistance. I have been receiving multiple charges on my credit card Monthly for something I do not purchase! I have been disputing with my credit card however it continues to come back every month. How do I stop this? I can not get in touch with 'GLU". How do they keep billing my card? SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME! I work 3 jobs to support my kids, medical issues and funeral costs! I don't need this continuous problem!
Unauthorized charges
I just had a charge of ~10 us dollars (55, 75 kr) applied from glu mobile without any kind of authorisation on my part. My belief is that they knowingly game the google wallet system, because google does absolutely nothing to protect credit card holders from fraud through smartphone apps.
