Glow.com said in their advertisement that I could get a free sample of Raw Natural products for only $4.95 shipping and handling. They sent the product which looked like samples and then charged my credit card $90 WITHOUT my consent after a few days saying that I was supposed to return the products in their packaging if I didn't want to buy them at retail price. THEN, in addition to this, they sent me another shipment of the same products a month later without my consent and charged my credit card AGAIN! They then state that they cannot refund my money for the first shipment at all but can give me a store credit as long as I return the second shipment of items ( I obviously do not want a credit - I want my money back!). This is definitely a scam meant to trap people by charging their credit cards without their consent. In the fine print they say all this, so they claim it's legal! Definitely a bad company to avoid!

Skip the BBB complaint and try the Department of Consumer Affairs. This company is an "accredited" business through the BBB (they pay for membership). They have had 171 complaints since December of 2008!
