Tumwag ksi ako dahil sa nicki minaj ticket, nag simula akong tumwag para makuha ung code sa nicki minaj ticket last sunday june 30, at sabi sa akin within 24-48hours lng matatanggap ko ung code para makapapalit ng ticket sa sm ticket, pero umabot na ng isang linggo pero wala pa dn akong natatanggap na code o kht na ano mang code. ngayon na dumating na ung code, at tumwag ako sa sm ticket sabi nila wala nang avail na seat sa lower and upper, gen add na lng ung avail. napaka unfair un sa amin ksi ang reason bkt kami kumuha ng ticket ay para lng dun sa concert na un, at kung sana nag send mga maaga ung code sana hndi gen add ung makukuha nmn (which is tumwag ako last sunday monday and tuesday sa sm ticket and sabi nila avail pa din dw ung seats), ang point ko d2 ay sana kung binigay nila ung ticket within the give time frame (at sana ung mga agent nla na hndi nag nnotes) ay gnwa ung tamang traboho nila na gwan ng praan ung issue ko sana hndi ko na tanggap ung code ng late,, tapos kanina kausap ko si kaye santos with employee number: 9817, hndi sha nakikinig sa akin at super hndi sha marung mag empathy since super badtrip na ako sa nang yari salagi nyang sina sabi na hanggang dito na lng dw sorry na lng dw.. sana kung my recording kau jan pakinggan nyo ung call na un para malaman nyo kung pano sha mag manage ng escalation at nung part mag sasabi pa akong mga ways or option para sa magawan ng paraan ung issue ko, bigla nya akong ni - release! super nakaka inis ung ganun super tagal kong nag antay para makakuha ng supervisor tapos rerelease nya lng ung call ng basta bstaa,, ang gusto ko sana ya bigyan ako sana ng credit para d2 hndi na nmn kukunin sana un ticket pero bbgayn nyo ako ng free 3 months montly service fee or what kaht ano bsta credit d2 sa account nmn,, sa totoo lng super loyal kami sa globe dhl sa tagal nmn gumagamit ng globe now lng ako naka experience ng tl mismo ung mag rerelease ng call.. db call avoidance un? moving on sana isa sa inyo ay tuwag sa akin or mag email sa akin para ma resolve ito. dahil as of moment feeling ko, kung ung tl nila marunong mag release ng customer. what more pa kaya ung mga agent. pa hirap sila ma resolve ung issue release na lng ung ggwn nla. kung totoo na pure customer kayo sana makipag usap kau sa akin asap, ito ung number ko [protected] or email nyo ako sa email add ko, allan. I received a NOtice of Legal Actrion form Globe Teleocomes for not paying my internet bill of P3900 and in the letter i got it say that i need to pay P11, 000+ how come. Is Globe really sending this Legal notice from arboladura marcelo & associates law offices...

I've been a subscriber of Globe for more than 5 years now and never in my life had I experience such crappy customer service. Globe Telecom scam charges

I have detected huge scam on Globe bills. They will decieve you first and sign. When they say free calls dont just take it to be correct. All Post paid user should scan their bills thoroughly. I am going to the media to unviel thier true colours.

Walk in at 10:30 am cubao ali mall branch this oct 1, 2023, Its almost 12:00 and hvnt been seen yet. Only 2 customer service tellers. Could you improve on efficient service

yes scan your bill. We were one of those that they have added charges to which are completely unauthorized. Had talked to several representatives but as expected, I was given false promises and a lot more misinformation. Agents are also rude. I will be transferring to DITO and hoping that I will not experience crappy services

Globe Telecom request for upgrade of model

Globe telecom philippines really had bad customer services. Other staff are idiot. I requested for un upgrade of our broadband modem since March 31, 2012. During my follow-up for a confirmed schedule last April 4, it came out that the customer service staff at SM Megamall was not able to report, facilitate my request. Then i made another request thru their customer business service hotline. Again, no report was facilitated and to date no proper action taken yet. They are only very fast in asking for payment and cutting the line of unpaid account. It took me 2 hours to be assisted at SM Megamall last March 31, how inconvenient!

Globe Telecom tattoo at home; poor customer support and technical service

I subscribed to Globe's Tattoo at Home, upon installation their technical team used the old bayantel line instead of installing new lines for my globe landline. This resulted to unstable internet connection and frequent disconnections. The previous bayantel line was faulty and informed them of this matter which was the reason whyI switched to Globe. After my countless complaints to their hotline, Globe techincal team still refuses to install new wirings for my globe line. Numerous promises from their agents and supervisors to fix the issue as soon as possible lead to no resolution of the problem. What they do is when i complained, they will make a job order for the technical team, however the technical team closes the job order stating that there were no problems found without visiting the premise. When you complain, Globe find ways to blame you for the problem. Their customer support agents as well as the managers are very rude. They don't listen to your complaints, they just make reasons for their poor service. A wee k since installation and daily complaints resulted to no action from Globe. Only empty promises and excuses are what i got from this company.

Totally agree! - Globe customer service sucks! I reported faulty connections within weeks of installation which resulted in no internet and phone connection. They responded after three days. You lost 3 days of work and they dont even provide you any compensation. Now barely a month after connection, the same thing happened. After reporting the issue to them 2 days ago, here i am still with no phone and internet. Very poor service!

Globe Telecom globe's crappy service

Crappy service. I've been a Globe client for almost a decade now. I recently applied for their Blackberry handset promo (which comes with a new line). Their website info says 2 days only for processing. I waited and kept making a follow-up on the status of my application but no one would tell me why it's taking so long. After a month of waiting, they delivered my new handset at home. I thought the issue was resolved until I tried using the handset...it was defective. All that waiting for nothing. So I went to their Center at SM Manila to return the handset hoping to get a replacement. The rep told me I have to wait another 60-90 days as they would have to send it to SG for review/ fixing. BS. I asked to just have the entire transaction canceled because it was just a nightmare applying for a new line. They said they definitely can cancel it but they would have to charge me the price of the handset. Seriously?!

PLEASE READ!

Nagkaron din po ako ng bad experience dyan sa Globe last friday lang. Me and my classmates went to their office at SM Manila Cyberzone kasi we want to check yung mga postpaid plans na inooffer nila kasi we want na badly ng new phones. While my other classmates are checking on their phones ako naman napansin ko tong guard(well siguro naman siya yung guard don) na sinisita yung dalawang Adamson students bout dun sa paghawak ng tablet kasi nakapulupot na daw yung cord ng tablet sa kinalalagyan nito. Well okay nakapulupot na nga yung cord pero dapat bang pagalit sabihin and at a tone na akala mo pagmamay ari nya yung tablet na hawak ng 2 students..actually napahiya yung 2 students at umalis nalang bigla ng office. Pagkatapos umalis nung 2 ito naman si manong guard pumunta kagad dun sa spot ng may tablet at ginalaw galaw na nga na akala mo baka nasira yung tester product nila.. Later, i ask my classmate na paki kuha naman ako nung brochure nila kasi wala ako makita sa paligid ko. So here it is, binigay na nga sakn ng classmate ko yung brochure, it was a whole bond pare poor quality lang naman. Then i glanced na nga dun sa paper at tinignan ang nilalaman nito. Sabi ko "dan, paki kuha nga uli ako ng ibang brochure kasi hindi naman ito ehh, pang broadband itong brochure".. actually, i hardly see the prints in the paper sobrang liit naman kasi ng mga fonts and you hardly see the pictures! puro broadband see the stick ang pictures na nakikita ko. Tapos sabi ba naman in a sarcastic way ni manong guard saken na.. "hindi mo ba tinignan mabuti? ayan ohh sa taas, ehh yung pictures lang naman ata tinitignan mo ehh" aba kung makareact akala mo siya kinakausap ko? Then nagsalita naman ako " ehh syempre una kong titignan yung pictures kasi yung ung attractive" malamang diba kasi nga ang panget ng quality ng brochure nila! Then i stepped papunta sa mga classmates ko, hinatak ko yung isa tapos sabi ko "halika na nga, umalis na tayo dito! kaya nga umalis yung 2 estudyante kanina ehh.. then walk out na ako at tinitigahn siya.. At ang sama pa ng tingin niya saken ahh.. syempre masama rin tingin ko sa kanya. Actually hindi ito yung first bad experience dun sa office nila sa SM Manila Cyberzone.. matagal na rin akong tinatrato ng ganun ng guard like dun sa 2 Adamson students sa paninita niya inappropriately sa mga customers. Hello? customer po kaya ako! Tapos yung isa ding guard kuno dun na kasama niya tumatawa pa saken nun classmate ko pag alis namen! Sama talaga ng loob ko nung time na yun! SANA NAMAN MAY GAWING AKSYON ANG GLOBE BOUT THIS AT PAGSABIHAN NILA ANG SM MANILA BRANCH NILA. Thank you!

I had raised a complaint regarding a very appalling experience at one of their services branch in makati. This was in july. And on it is october, none was done to compensate. They just care about the money the customers pay them and they do not offer a good customer service in return. I believe mobile services is not their product, it is customer service, the way they treat their customers matters most than their product.

Globe Telecom cannot reload call card

I bought a 100 peso globe call card for my prepaid phone. While reloading, got this message, "I' am sorry, but you are not allowed to recharge" and got cut off right away. I again tried after a couple of minutes but got the same message. I called customer service, although the guy at the other end sounded fairly accommodating, they didn't have an exact answer why it wasn't going through. They just suggested to try again in a couple of hours (with apologies) since they didn't find any issues on my account. Again called, did as I was told, And they still could not resolve my issue, this time, was advised to try after 24 hours (How convenient!) So I said "ok" since number1, it was useless to argue with CSR's who seem to only rely on their FAQ sheet, and number2, They cant go further than number1, and leaves me no options anyway. So I tried after 24hours, got the same issue, called customer service, And this time they Finally decided to refer the issue to their supervisor, and was told, they will do the reloading on their side that will take 3days to process!

To me this is unacceptable. If I cannot refund the call card (which they can verify if i go to any of their shops) they could at least resolve the issue on the same day. They have verified through the ccard serial number that it was valid so whats with all the intricacies? And why do we have to go through all this and just be contented on this kind of service? Is it because, this companies know for a fact that, we the people just have to accept that even though they can only offer this level of quality of service, We the people will still patronize them. Why? Number1, We can't just change numbers, and inform all our valuable contacts of the change. Number2, They have the better network coverage in the areas where we frequently use the service. This is the sad truth.. Globe Telecom is one of the huge and dominant telecom provider in the Philippines, they make a very good profit, I just hope they improve their service and help change a culture of a cynical society. - afc

i totally agree! i am having the same problem since yesterday while loading a 100 peso call card and i still couldn't get it to work up to this very minute. it always says i am not allowed to recharge. the hell! whatever the hell that means! i am going to the nearest globe shop and they will have to load me another 100 or hell will break loose!

Globe Telecom mobile internet

I just want to tell you guys that Globe is just a mess!
I registered to Surf all day plan (P20/24hrs) last night, around 8:47PM.
After receiving the confirmation that I can use the unlimited browsing of facebook for the next 24hrs, I started to browse the site.
While browsing, there's an error message that says "request time out", so I checked my balance. It says that I only have P5 balance. So I was wondering, because I still have a 10 peso balance after I registered. So i just ignored it and browse again. Then same error showed. I check again my balance, and it became P0.00! So I was pissed off. I reload again which is P10. And same thing happened! So I wasn't able to use the promo. I can't call the customer service because my load is insufficient, of course! Globe stole it! So I tried chat @ globe.com.ph.
And whenever I explain my inquiry to the representatives, they always disconnect me! The names where Belle, Hanzel, Ardee and Princess. They are such stupid! They can't answer my concern. They should resign from being a customer care representative!
And this morning I reload again. I called Customer service at 211.
I spoke to Michaela. She as nice, she addressed my concern and gave me a reference number : NVA11080000397 and was given a time frame of 5days for my inquiry. Then I asked her that I will browse again because according to her, my surf all day plan is still active, so I did that. And guess what? same ### happened! They stole my load!
I'm so disappointed with GLOBE! I just wanna get my load back, that's it!

Goddamn GLOBE im using globe plan 1500 per month and its very slow, when i check my internet type it says 10 mbps...but when i open the browser it takes minutes to open...what the hell globe...is this ur work?..such useless internet and so weak, wish you bad luck!..so and so again...such a waste of money and very intimidating...if i were you and im looking at this...i would be so ashamed...eh?...your internet is a pain in the ### GLOBE.Stop servicing GLOBE, even your costumer sevice is also a pain in the ###...dont you feel ashamed GLOBE.Even the internet that your giving is a fake...such foolness work.

I registered to SUPERSURF50. However, i never had the chance to use the internet as my kbps is 0.00. what a heck this globe services are. Been experiencing this for more than 3 years. Im just expecting of any changes to be introduced by the Globe Telecom, thus, i am still trying to use it. The thing is, im losing much (money) without benefitting from it

Globe Telecom defective phone

My Blackberry Bold 9700 was defective, and its covered by warranty. I brought the unit to Globe Telecom. I was told that the unit will be repaired for at least a month or two. After three months of waiting, i went to Globe to pick-up my phone, surprisingly when the staff evaluated the unit, the unit wont reboot and wont turn on, the unit was still defective. I was given the same reason "the unit will be repaired for at least a month or two."

Does it really take this long?

What should I do next? Continue waiting? Follow up? Or write Blackberry?

It's very inconvenient and annoying.

Globe Telecom breach of contract

I have been a loyal globe consumer for almost 15+ years.i normally pay my bill every few months as it is a corporate account, and was never a problem before.i've accumulated an outstanding bill of 93t for 4 months due to majority, data roaming, which i rarely use at all.i have a requested credit limit set at is 20t a month, which means that when i reach such amount, they are obliged to disconnect my line automatically..or atleast let me know via text, call, or e-mail.this has not been done, and now i am stuck with the matter, and a huge bill, because they overlooked my specific deal/pact with globe.i will bring this complaint up with them tomorrow, and if they do not discard of my excess amount due, i will definitely seek immediate, legal action.this is a breach of contract, and is very serious case or litigation against them.i hope that this comes to their utmost concern.due to my privacy, i will remain anonymous as of now.please be aware of this concern of mine, and others im sure, having other loyal globe subscriber friends of mine undergo similar instances/problems with globe.thank you, and i expect that you uphold your name, and deliver in every aspect professionally.

I went to Thailand last month and while there, I registered to their BDU service incrementally for three days since I wasn't sure if it was going to work on the first day. When my statement came in, I was only expecting an additional 1200++ charge for BDU, but to my surprise, Globe is charging me 134K for data services that I used abroad while registered to their BDU service. :|

Any advice on what should I do? What happens if I don't pay? Will I get sued or worse, arrested? I really have no plans of paying 134K for phone and internet charges that I avoided in the first place by registering to BDU.

December of 2010 you have promo of free Cellphone for plan 1, 295... I was not able to get your free Cellphone... after 2 weeks of connecting your Landline and Internet to our home you send your first bill... on the first few months the line was ok we have access but as time goes your service becomes poor in a month sometimes two we have to line for 2 weeks no internet sometimes no landline...now last week of october 2011 we have to internet access and no telephone line... we pay our account in full but your service is very poor... help, ...my brother subscribed internet from GLOBE Telecom 1.999/month. After a few months he wasnt able to pay so the Globe disconnected the internet. Fair enough. After a while the lawyer keeps calling and harrassing him to pay. So I took over and try to negotiate if I can pay installment. He was like, not a person at all. he's stict to the payment plan he made. I tried to talk thru email to Globe representative and they said since the plan is historic, I can pay in installment basis. There you go I thought it's a relief. But this lawyer still calling saying this month they're expecting FULL payment. what can I do?

Well, mine is not a complain but an inquiry if you authorize a person without valid Identification connecting internet connections for only 2oo pesos a month without receipt;monthly collections will be made made his kumpare without ID card from Globe. The process of connections made through assigning password to existing globe modems, then this person connects hundreds of modems in our place in Paranas Western, Samar zip code 6703. I am interested to have internet connections from globe but I make sure that this is legal. Thank You for favorable action on this. I hope you have time to check this unauthorized person using the name of globe Phils.

Globe Telecom technical services

I have been a Globe DSL subscriber for about 3 years and have been a regular caller to their customer hotline. The net connection I have works for awhile then goes haywire again especially when it rains. Now that the rainy season is here, I am sure that this net connection will be down most of the time. I want to talk to a supervisor or someone other than the customer service people who ask the same questions and answers in the same manner (I call them robots) but they will not give any forwarding number or email address.
I am in a business myself and when some equipment goes down most of the time then there is a need to look into the matter seriously and repair the problem. I dont know why they want band-aid kind of repair.
Globe should look into the matter of maintenance for their subscribers. Also I am tired of talking to "robots", I hope they place real people who can go into a discussion or explain why a problem exists.

Globe Telecom non credit of share a load

I have been a globe mobile phone use for several years and the service of globe has deteriorated.
The ff. are my complaints:
1. Poor accounting services - quick to bill a service not used ...postpaid celfon no - [protected] . I have been billed twice for Super Duo. After a complaint, the first one was removed and an assurance that the second billing was going to be corrected. Received the billing with that same amt, I upgraded my mobile phone last March 2011 and cut off that line and still get that biling. Please do something regarding this matter.

2. Yesterday, I tried to share a load with my postpaid to prepaid no [protected] three times. I received a txt message that it was successfully tranfereed but it was not. The ff. are the transaction ID: [protected].transaction no [protected], transaction ID [protected].
I would appreciate that the unsuccessful transfer not be added to my bill.

Globe Telecom 8888 superunli25 and unlitxt20

I go for SUPERUNLI25 but last April 18, I registered unlitxt20 because it's so hard to reg the former and the following day same time, it expired. I received a text notice from 8888 that my unlitxt20 had expired. I then tried to register SUPERULI25 and this is what I always get from 8888 and it's April 20 already;
"Sorry, ikaw ay naka-subscribe sa isang service na hindi pwedeng gamitin kasabay ng Globe SUPER-UNLI. Hintayin na mag-expire ito so you can register to SUPER-UNLI."
I checked my balance, texted someone, checked my balance again and my load was deducted so how can 8888 say I"m still registered to UNLITXT20?
Is this Globe's one way of lessening SUPERUNLI25 users? Will I be able to register SUPERUNLI25 again?

Ako naman nag register ako gounli50 tapos di pa nag eexpire hanggang ngayon I cant call na but still can text . Kahit wala ako load I can text one week na di pa mag eexpire di ako maka unli ng kahit ano pero unli text ma ko forever

Beware of the POWERSURF 50 also to 8888 it promised one day of unlimited surf time but if you reached 80MB, the system will tell you that you reached the maximum usage, and you can try again the next day. This is a very deceiving service Globe has. Lesson learn do not trust globe for your internet connection they will always screw you over.

I can't access my prepaid number in UNLITXT20 . 8888 seldom texts me this " Your number has been detected in sending to many texts etc." Why is that ? And my regular 20php load is now gone ! WTH . I just wasted my money . Please fix this ASAP.

dude, i have the same problem with you. my unlitxt20 expired, and so i registered again, but i received a message from 8888 saying that i am still registered to their unlitxt. i texted STOP to 8888. but 8888 replied that i am not registered to any of their unli services. what the ###?! i tried texting but my regular load was comsumed. what the hell is the problem

Globe Telecom promos of globe telecom

Failure of said telecommunication company to deliver to me, the promo dti
0949511, unlimited text and call for 1 day to globe/tm subscribers, exactly as
Advertised.

When I checked my balance at 6:04pm, march 25 it was p66.00. I registered with
The abovementioned promo and received the confirmation at 10:09pm march 25.
After said registration, I made my first call at around 8:30am to [protected]
Which call was disconnected after several minutes. I tried to reconnect several
Times but failed to do so. Instead, every time I redialed, I heard a recording
Saying that I do not have enough load to make a call or so to that effect. Upon
Hearing the same, I checked my balance only to find out that instead of having
P41.00 to my credit (Which should be the balance left after deducting the p25.00
I spent for the promo), I had only p2.00 left. Meaning my p41 load was consumed
By the call I made to a globe subscriber, [protected], even while my super-unli
Subscription was still active.

Using my cp with p2.00 load, I was able to call 211 to register my complaint, my
Reference number being dcm [protected] which I was instructed to give every time
I call to follow-up. I was told to wait for 3-5 days before any action can be
Taken regarding the matter. I called 211 one more time that day to clarify some
Matters which I forgot in my initial call.
Hearing nothing from globe, I called again 211 on march 31 to follow-up and was
Told to wait for one more day or up to april 1. I inquired if I have to call
Again the next day. I was replied there was no need to call; they will send me
An advisory/notice thru my cp. I received nothing from globe so I called again
211 on april 2. Still no action has been taken on my complaint and was told that
My case will be referred to the concern group.

After 7 days, my case was still for referral even after I repeatedly told
Globe’s representatives the difficulty I am going thru. They have not exhausted
All means to address my grievance.
What was worst was when I tried to use my cp with p2 balance to call 211 today,
Again to follow-up, I can no longer use it even after successfully using the
Same cp to call 211 four times in the past. A recording kept on saying “sorry
You do not have enough prepaid credit left in your account to make a call. X x
X”. A call to 211 is now charged? Again, another
I believed my cp was blocked to prevent me from further calling globe telecom.
It was not the first time this happened to me. Prior to this incident, my p237
Load was consumed in the same manner as this case so I cannot let this incident
Pass without seeing to it that globe telecom rectify its errors to me and the
Rest of the subscribers who suffered the same misfortune.
Globe telecom, return what you unlawfully took from us, subscribers.

Today I called their customer service regarding their promo viber20 unlimited for 1day. instead of availing this promo you should avail their unlisurf because you will also be charge for their internet fee. Don't trust their promos. Instead of comforting their customers, the customer care agents are very rude(especially the gay agent, forgot the name but similar to Vice Ganda voice). They accuse you of wrongly using of iphone 3gs setting, they said that they have records of me browsing the internet which I only used the viber20 promo. False advertisement. For 12 long years of using globe.. Tomorrow I will permanently shift to SMART. Their Flexisurf is real not like the bogus Globe Promos.

Globe Telecom service

Globe Telecom is a lying thief... They launch offers to their prepaid subscribers but you can only avail of it on the first try and after that when you try to register again, they'll just keep rejecting your registration attempt. They will keep sending you msgs saying that they cannot process your registration... Instead they will ask you to avail of their other cheap promos... its just their way of promoting their lesser used promos and will just keep you topping up your mobile phone for more credits... It's just plain stupid... They're just scamming people to subscribe to them...

When I called their customer support, they will give you different information on why you can't register to the promo you want to avail of... I don't know why I started to use their service to begin with, I'll just switch back to my previous subscriber... Good Riddance...!

This nightmare service started this june, i wasn't able to make a call or send a text message until. I already talk to several of their agents thru phone calls, chats, i even went personally to their customer service at moa to report this but until now they have not taken any action with this. they just told me same thing that this is a system error and i'll just have to monitor this for 24 hours but after countless 24 hours of waiting and reporting repetitively, until now this have not been fix. Asside from unable to make a call or send a text message my billing for 4 months have been delayed to top it all, the regular monthly amount of 300 i am billed was increased to a whooping 9, 000 of course again i complained and again they said they will fix the billing error but as i have expected until now this also has not been fixed. i am really having a headache but i don't know who can i turn to for help. Im just hoping that someone from globe could read this and take an action with my issues.

Inconsistent quality one minute it's working fine next minute it surrenders we did a speed check on a ping test both upload and download speed were less than one ! My ping 351 ms can you believe that? I contacted club several times and what they say every time is it's going take at least seven business days and then they don't do anything again I'll send them e-mails or e-mails they say the resolve it for us quickly and they don't answer the e-mails and they don't solve the problem.

Im planning to subscribe to Globe's 1 month supersurf so i tried the P50 first. TOO SLOW. I can't even watch youtube, pictures are not showing, can't update apps! The signal's H, I have enough cellphone ram and memory, cleared cache and cookies, apn settings okay and all that stuff. So I start a chat with globe's bullsupport. First I was connected to someone with the name JENNIFER, she asked me bullquestions and made me wait 5 minutes for each of her replies which at the end just told me that she will file a REPORT and contact me after some unknown timeframe. Then I asked to be connected to a superivisor, I asked 5 TIMES. LOCAL CALL CENTERS! Then I got connected to a supervisor after a couple of CAPSLOCKS. Then ROGER the supervisor DISCONNECTED THE CHAT then I got back to chat again and connected to the DISCONSUPERVISOR ROGER. He told me that "please be informed that I did not disconnect the chat", how would I know? I should've said Please be informed that I do not have a way to check if you did not disconnect the chat. Then the chat ended with still filing a report that will be within 7 DAYS! HOW SLOW CAN YOU GET!?

This is how a local account works. The slowness of GLOBES INTERNET is as SLOW as the CUSTOMER BULLSUPPORT.

I, too, experienced the same thing. Globe even got the guts to advertise that they were the "LARGEST 4G NETWORK" when you cannot use it their services well inside Mega Manila. How foolish they could be? I am a postpaid subscriber and yes, I'm paying 1799php to a network who cannot even stream a 2minute video, cannot load a 312kbps-sized photo and cannot update an app? WTH?! Local centers is not a help. ABOT MO ANG MUNDO? seriously? whatta crappy thing?!

Globe Telecom services of globe telecom

Recently I am not very happy or satisfied with globe telecom, my name is benny yap, globe platinum plan.
My phone number is [protected], I have make a request to change my freebies from roamimg inclusive to
Unlimited surfing on dec 13, 2010 and the staff who took my call told me it will be ready by dec 14, 2010.
After one week I just followup with globe again regarding this changes but I found out it was still not change yet.
The globe staff again told me they will make the changes asap and gave me a ref#slp10120001694 to follow up
Again. So I follow up again after 10 days and found out that it was still not change yet.
I really do not know how long do globe need to just make a change like this one and everytime when we call they give
Excuses or tell you they do the changes asap. I believe if I am under the category as platinum plan we should have
Some priority on our request.
I really do not know if it was already change now but I have inform the globe staff that all charges for the surfing effective
From dec 14, 2010 I will not make any payment for it because it was not my fault, it is their fault who fail the promises.

My name is Teresita Santos, I'm a plan 499 subscriber, I would like to complain about my billing, I visited Globe Sm North Edsa but then there's a lot of complainants and your customer service cannot accommodate more, so what to do where to call and how, I'm also a working mom so really its very hard to find time. There's a globe agent kept on calling me at home but i was not around and he is asking me to pay a big amount of money when I checked its not my account, I only subscribed 499 plan and he is insisting that my plan is 2, 499. What is this? How inconsistent your company is?

Globe Telecom zero customer service at emall

I am a foreigner with ample income and I have provided all requested documents for a phone plan and in a week this company has messed me around continually - no return calls as promised, lost documents, disinterested in my application, rude and generally telling me that they have the customers they need and they don't need me. SMART should be pleased - the best advertising they have going is Globe themselves - incompetent, poorly trained staff anf zero customer service! GO ELSEWHERE!

Exactly the same problem:
I have requested for a personal plan 1799 and an iPhone 4S on Wednesday 4th of January. I have been given a reference and told that it will take 5 days to proceed (3 days for validation, 2 days for delivery). They also confirmed that you had the phone in stock then.
My first follow-up was Friday, Jan 6 and a new reference ID was then given. After 13 days and despite numerous calls during which nobody was able to tell me when it will be delivered, I have received a text, saying that the application was now validated and that the phone was going to be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks!
I've sent then an email and received the standard message "We will get back to you within 24 hours." and guess what? It's been more than 24 hours ago...
This delays are outrageous. For an IT company, their process seem to be out of age and totally inefficient.
In any other country, if you don't get your plan and phone in the hour, you go straight to the competitor...
That's what I will be doing now, switching also my 500 company lines to Smart.

I have been a Globe subscriber for many years also and had the same problem you do; i.e. Intermittent Service. I had the same experience you are having; robots answering the phone, promises, and no results. I gave up and just decided I must live with it. I went to the US in 2010 for a month and when I came back miraculously the problem did not exist any more. I don't know what they did or who did it but my service has been very good since then. This is just so you don't lose hope. John

Globe Telecom fraudulent advertising

Globe Telecom sells a variety of internet packages. Several of these packages are advertised as being 'Unlimited'. The adverts lead customers to believe that they will recieve unlimited internet access (data transfer) for set periods of time, in return for their payment.

However, Globe has a (very hidden) policy which actually sets strict limits on the data usage allowed to customers. This policy is the 'Fair Use Policy'. It unilaterally sets an 'average' data consumption limit for customers. If customers exceed this limit, then they are deemed to be "abusing" their contract and their package is suspended.

One example is the Globe Tattoo Broadband, on pre-pay. This is advertised as being "unlimited" broadband access. The customer pays based on the amount of time that they remain connected and using the broadband internet.

However, the Fair Use Policy actually limits pre-pay Tattoo customers to a maximum of 1 Gb (gigabyte) of date use per day. This is not made clear to customers at any time when they purchase their Tattoo usb stick or buy load/credit to use that service.

When a customer exceeds that 1GB limit, then their SIM card is blocked from internet access for 24 hours. Again, they are not warned that this can or will happen in advance.

To put this data limit (1GB) into perspective... the advertised maximum speed of Globe Tattoo Broadband is 3Mb per second. This means that, at full speed, the user will exhaust their data usage (1Gb = 1024 Mb) within 6 minutes!

How can it be legal the Globe advertises and charges for "UNLIMITED" internet, when in fact, the maximum daily useage at advertised speed is a pathetic 6 minutes per 24 hours?
