Globe electric accord 14.875-in h motion activated outdoor wall light
As of Nov 2/2022, I bought 2 wall lights type as stated above. We ordered them on line from Lowes. We wall mounted then on the front of the garage and beside the front door. Recently we observed they have RUSTED! On July 18/2023, We removed them and returned them to Rona in Port Hope, On. They refused to give us a refund and suggested we return them to...

Suite à une ampoule qui a litéralement flambée chez mon cousin j'ai fait des recherche et j'ai vue un avis de santé Canada disant de ce départir de ces ampoules. J'ai fait le tour de ma maison et j'en ai trouvé 4 qui sont visé par cette avis. Les ampoules sont des GLOBE 13w 120v 60hz 240mA portant les dates si haut mentionné. Comment procède ton pour échanger nos ampoules? Ma boite Hotmail est [protected]@hotmail.com Une réponse de votre part serait grandement apprécié avant que je communique avec santé Canada.

Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous aviez vécu une expérience négative avec nos ampoules.
Lorsque les LFC meurent, ils peuvent émettre un bruit, émettre une odeur ou de la fumée, et même brûler à la base. Ce-ci est connu et s'applique à tous les LFC, et non pas seulement la marque Globe.
Nous faisons nos ampoules en matériau ignifuge, donc une risque d'incendie est jamais un problème.
Si vous le souhaitez, je pourrais vous envoyer des ampoules LED pour compenser pour cette expérience.

Poor quality product
Shame on me for buying more than a dozen of these (Http: / / globe - electric.com / product / 3 - in - 1 - sleek - security - led - night - light / ) just under 2 years ago. Only 2 still have decent brightness, the rest either started flickering or went very very dim. I guess this company is doing well enough that they don't need repeat customers. Will have to replace this product but you can be sure it won't be made by globe electric. Too bad this company thinks it's ok to sell garbage like this. I should not have to buy just one to try it out but i guess with this company i should have.
This company offers absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. Repeated phone calls in search of help are ignored. I can say that this company is the epitome of the word horrible.
