Globalegrow E-Commerce bikini and striped jumpsuit.

These items were ordered on25 th May 2018 from " Novashe" total cost £39.68. When they arrived several weeks later they were of poor quality and were not received when I needed them.An email was sent to ask for information on how to return the goods for a refund as there were no instructions or any paperwork included in the order.
I was emailed back and told to download a returns form from the website fill it in and return it via email. This I did. I was then told that shipping expenses to China would be costly and would take a long time to process, so would I be prepared to accept £10 compensation and keep, the two items to give to friends or charity! I declined, so I was then offered £6 compensation, which again I turned down. I have sent about 10 emails to the company asking for the refund, and have now been offered £16 compensation!
I was told not to send the goods back to your depot in West Drayton, in UK, the address on the package, which would have been less expensive in postage. I did not realise at the time of ordering that the company was based in China, and since doing further investigation, have discovered that you have a very bad reputation for bad customer service and are operating a scam.
I have passed this information onto the authorities to deal with.

Globalegrow E-Commerce clueless support

My complaint has to do with an irresponsible behavior of their employees.
I honestly think that a lot of things depend on staff: what they do, how they communicate to customers. Of course, if their management spends money on training.
My order was in processing for over four weeks and I decided that I don't want this mess in my life anymore. So I called them and asked to cancel my order. I was said that the order was already shipped and there was no way t cancel it. I didn't believe it. I called two more times and spoke to two different people and they said that yes, the order was still in processing, but they weren't responsible for order cancellations, that's why they transferred me over and over again. Summing it up, I spoke with 4-5 people and no one knew their job.
Great. I didn't succeed, unfortunately, and my order is still in processing...

My order of on gearbest was handled by you. The french service of delivery colisprive indicated to me that the parcel was lost and that you are informed about it but I have no news about my order and when this problem will be corrected
My order concern a amazfit pace and you have lost it. I paid for that but I dont have anything

Globalegrow E-Commerce probleme de livraison suite a un mauvais ettiquetage.

bonjour, je vous contacte suite à un problème de livraison d'un téléphone commandé sur le site GEARBEST. La plateforme française COLIS PRIVE me dit de vous contacter car la plateforme globalgrow aurait fais une erreur dans étiquetage de mon produit. celui-ci c'est perdu car le nom de la ville de destination n’était pas affiché.toutes les informations transmises au site GEARBEST concernant mon adresse sont correctes.je vous joint le mail de la société GEARBEST en copie, celui ci vous a été transmis auparavant

Globalegrow E-Commerce package not received

Hello,

I am writing to claim the reimbursement of a parcel never delivered (lost, stolen or never distributed, most likely hypothesis).

I made at Gearbest, an order on Dec 21, 2016 17:56:32 referenced "PM Order number: W1612211156329340", in the amount of 171, 03 €.

This is the package distributed (supposedly) by "Colisprivé" for your account, referenced 1W000030188975013.
Supported on 12/01/2017, it would have been delivered on 16/01 / 2017. It never was.

This is the first time such a mishap has happened to me. I have become a regular buyer on the internet and to this day I have always received my packages.
What I do not understand and does not admit is that this parcel is registered as received and distributed by the carrier on the same day (16/01/2017).
 How is it possible? There is always a distribution delay. This is not the case here. The guard, I know him very well, he writes on a notebook what he receives (there are 150 residents, he receives many parcels for the tenants). He did not receive anything that day.

I do not believe that the package was distributed or if it was, it was stolen or lost by those who were responsible for distributing it.

The consultation of website has allowed me to note that this problem affects many Internet users. It appears that you are not in question, Internet users praising your quality of service, superior to European companies. However, your "distributor" shows great "lightness" and non-professionalism. Know for example that it is useless and lengthen to go to his post office to pick up his parcel. Indeed, one finds there only the parcels distributed by the Post itself. For you to understand, it's a bit like asking Amazon to ask when will the product ordered from Gearbest intervene.
With this type of way to inform people, I have no doubt that my package has never been delivered.
Moreover, "Private Coli", who contacted me by phone said that GLOBALEGROW is responsible for the routing of my package. GLOBALEGROW is a Chinese company linked to Gearbest, a company of worldwide notoriety. They told me to make a claim to GLOBALEGROW to claim the reimbursement of my package. It is only an intermediary company. It seems that they are not responsible for any step of delivery: La Poste distributes if they do not, GLOBALEGROW reimburses because it is the company that handed them the package on behalf of Gearbest.
In addition, I asked them how to claim against GLOBALEGROW, they told me to look on the internet, that it was simple. While I have not found the website dedicated to customer complaints, if it exists.

All this makes me think that this virtual and / or incompetent carrier could be a real actor of a scam, to which your company which enjoys a good notoriety could see its image degraded, with damages far superior to a smartphone not reimbursed .
 
I have shown so much patience and understanding. Too much.

On google, there are many testimonials of difficulties. I checked out and I listed a few websites specializing in consumer alerts.

I have prepared a testimonial that I will post on all the sites listed so that this misadventure does not happen to others.

I thank you for returning or refunding the parcel to me, returning to Colisprivé.
I would also like to say that I also applied to GEARBEST, which proposes a partial reimbursement of USD 100, which I did not follow up.

Globalegrow E-Commerce order not delivered (in france final shipment comp "colis privé" tracking number 1w0000350396

I just had a mail from "Colis Privé" the final delivery company that tells they have informed GLOBALGROW of the loss of the items.

I have ordered in december 2016 2 items to gear best and I did not received any delivery yet.

Could you tell GEAR BEST that you have this proof of loss ?

Globalegrow E-Commerce they didn't cancel my order

I made an order and bought something from www.globalegrow.com. I found a better deal somewhere else so I contacted Globalegrow support and asked them to cancel my order. They said ok and told that I'll get my money back within a couple of weeks. Three weeks passed and my order arrived. They never cancelled anything and lied to me about my refund.
I went online and saw a lot of reviews written by people complaining about the same thing! It's simply impossible to cancel. Stay away from this site.

Globalegrow E-Commerce the seller promised to provide my size, but still I heard only fake promises

I ordered dress and coat from the company www.globalegrow.com. I already paid for the order, and it turned out that my size was sold out. The seller promised to provide ASAP, but after 3 weeks I haven’t heard from them. I again and again sent them emails, but each time I heard only fake promises. Total scam and rip off, so be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Globalegrow E-Commerce the quality was awful and the worst services ever

Don’t order from the company www.globalegrow.com. I ordered and after couple of weeks I got total crap. The quality was awful, no communication with the seller. I tried to reach him within couple of weeks, but no one replied and no idea why they ignored me. Better don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I bought some clothes from the company www.globalegrow.com. It was awful, ‘coz I haven’t received my order and the seller tried to fool me. I placed order and paid money through Western Union, but these jerks decided to fool me. They haven’t sent me any info or order at all. They simply started to keep silence. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Globalegrow E-Commerce - total scam, so don't waste time and money

I placed the order on the website www.globalegrow.com. I received the confirmation email from the seller, and he told me that the delivery would take 5 days. I paid them for express delivery, but they still haven’t managed to provide my order. I heard only fake promises and stupid excuses. I want money back. But they didn’t reply. Also don’t buy from them, because it is real scam and crap. Share your reviews about this website.
