I've fax in all the information they asked for a brand new bill, my first bill at this address and they tell me the bill has to be earlier than 45 days. I haven't even pay it yet, it's two weeks old, they even have money of mine from my old address and still they have me on hold. This the second time they do this to me!

Globaltel Link needs some competition. The service is awful and the representatives are very inexperienced. I would like to see someone like AT&T take over and believe me there would be a big difference in the way things are done.
