I believe Global Consults America is a scam. They contacted me through email asking me to take surveys on the internet and they would pay me $200.00 for each one I took. The lady said she was mailing me $2950 and to deposit it into my checking account. I believe this is a scam!
I just got the same email that went right into my junk email from a supposed Alex Johnson (corradini.antiquari@libero.it), the "recruitment manager". The rest of the email is verbatim as posted above. I googled it and got all of the above posts. Thanks for sharing. Why can't these people find something productive to do with their time instead of ripping people off that actually work for their money instead of stealing? I also don't find it coincidental that the SPAM is originated in India, the country to which so many of our computer "help lines" are outsourced. Just friggin' great. Our own American companies are setting us up.
Two years after your email and they are still at it. I also received the same email as everyone else. Whoever is reading this be careful do not go for it... it's a scam! The shame of people trying to take your money especially in the holidays!
very true. I too received this SPAM mail located in India. This is all very fishy. Donot get into troubled waters.

i reiceived a check from this and cashed it now what should i do they want me to western union the money to someone else . how should i go about this so i do not lose money i did not write the check it is from global consultants so how can i be responsible for the money when all id did is cash the payroll check how can i be held responsible for this?

Same here I posted a post on Craigslist about needing a job its crazy how they will target people my post said "woman with 4 month old seeking employment" and I received the same email it goes to show that they will go to extreme leangths to scam people.

Yes, thanks all for reporting, as I am doing here too. Just received an email almost verbatim to the one above Usually if it is too good to be true, it probably is. I saw where another person was scammed out of her money with the same so called company.

This is a scam. What they will do is send you the check, you will deposit / cash it and send some amount via Western Union / Money Gram to some unknown person. Then the check will not clear or will be recalled and you will be out the $$. Anything involving someone sending you a check and asking you to send some amount via western union / money gram is a scam. You will never ever be able to recover your money because the scam is being run from outside the United States. Do not be fooled, this company is running a very common type of scam.
