Make a police report in Dominican Republic? The police themselves in that country are thieves. And the moment you go to the police in the Dominican Republic, you would be killed by the mafia with the police collaborating with the mafia themselves. Stay away from opening account with brokers from this sort of country. It is stupid and dangerous.
