Global Alvtor Private Security Enterprises review: Discrimination, Working double shifts, not paying OT

Ive been working for Global Alvtor Private Security Enterprises, for about 4 months. it all started with discrimination cause of the way i would dress when i was off duty. The company works in the grocery store#20 Vallarta and i was discriminated for the way i would come in the store when i would go grocery shopping. The supervisor even told me not to come in dressed like that, i did not listen because he always had something bad to say. Since day one i been keeping track of the hours i worked and i started realizing a month after that the hours I've worked were not coming in my paychecks. i even worked overtime and i wouldn't get paid for it. i would work 8 to 9hrs to close and i would have to open the next day. i would only get 3 to 4hrs of rest then i had to open at 6am when i got out at 12am the night before. i recently got laid off for not working them crazy shifts. most of the time i would work six days a week straight because there short with Armed Guards. So the supervisor got mad at me and they started taking hours away from me because i got sick and i didn't go to work. even though i was sick my supervisor called me open when i was in no condition to open at 7am and i did because i did not wanna get fired. now they laid me off because work is slow and they have enough guards even though they always told me to come in cause there short with guards. i told them that there doing illegal stuff and that i was gonna collect un-paid hours and all of a sudden they changed the company name and put it in someone else's name and they gave all the other guards new application to start working except me. i need someone to talk to about all this its to much to type up.
