I purchased a watch from lifestyle mumbai india . It is a giordano product which has a good reputation. I spent around 7000/- rupees on the product via bill numbr 387616/387616 on 22 /3/06.
I have three other watches so it was spearingly used . Yet the outer surface polish has wornoff completely and the watch has started looking absolutely unwearable.I would like the company ao replace the product. It is also for the QC department of the company to check the product quality thoroghly before putting such products for sale.
